It has been six years since Princess Twilight Sparkle ascended to the throne of Equestria. There has been continuous peace and prosperity ever since. The only down side? Rarity cannot get away from the press and media who follow them around.
Even in remote holiday destinations she is recognised. Only now she has an idea. A potentially weird and risky idea which involves a certain mirror portal. This tale really focuses on the relationships of these holidaying ponies, and the effects having a doppelganger can have on someone from a parallel world.

A most interesting idea.
So far, a really enjoyable read. The flashing back is odd, expecting that to be important later. Two things have popped out to me so far:
First, “does the map even work?” Starlight, my girl, it’s a 1000-year-old magical artifact built by your universe’s equivalent of Merlin. That thing ain’t breaking down soon.
Second, I feel I would be remiss not to point out that when describing posteriors, the word ‘but’ is spelled ‘butt’. Unless the Brits don’t do that. In which case... you’re still wrong, but whatever...

Hi Sunset, I will be updating within the next week and should be finished within the first few weeks in January. Just had a busy couple of weeks and had to take a break. But the story plan is all set for the next few chapters. Just gotta finished them!

Afraid I cannot answer that as of yet. I'm still in the process of writing, and despite the fact I have a story plan/canvas, the story changes once I start writing a chapter. For example in the last two chapters I intended to have a slightly different scenario but changed it to suit the action and relationships in the chapter. If that's what you're looking for, maybe the last chapter & onwards will be the best place to start.
