I know no one is reading these, so why do I write them? · 8:53pm Aug 28th, 2012
Because I can, that's why.
Also I'll be randomly updating my own post count with estimates whenever I think I've read enough chapters to mark another million words or so, plus I'll add a short list of some notable reads for anyone who actually read whatever crap I write here.
Edit: Forgot to post the actual word count I'm posting this for, silly me. Estimated word count around 14,000,000 words, though I can't say for sure.
First of all, I need to know if this liking stuff actually works so I'll just throw the first one out there TwiDark. I think most of the stories I post will be either Dark, Adventure or Comedy, but other stuff might slip through. Like TwiDark, it's Dark but still really good. Kind of a long time since I read it but it is a good story. A more recent completed one (as recent as yesterday in fact) is Breaking Twillight. I read a few comments it follows a similar plot as Dusk and Dawn but it's one of the stories I've yet to read, but I really enjoyed B-T for what it was worth. It does however earn it's Mature rating with margin with the torture and mind rape going on for nearly 150,000 words.
Lastly, I'll throw out a ongoing series about Cheerile. It is a spin-off from a different story I didn't read before but still enjoyed this one. Linked is the first installment, second one is The Night Shift and the current uncompleted part is Murder on the Mind. All of them a bit on the gory side, but it works.
The most I've ever written, a shame no one will read it.
You never know if someone might read them. :P I like to see who favorites my stories, even if I don't post about it.
