On December 26th, 2012, I joined Fimfiction. Today is December 26th, 2013. It has now been exactly one year since I joined this site.
I never would have predicted my explosive rise in popularity or the number of people who have decided to follow me and read my work. Thank you all! As of now, I have 327 followers and nearly 20,000 story views across 34 stories. Very few people do as well as I have their first year, and I couldn't have done it without my loyal readers. So again, thanks to every one of you.
It's been a crazy year. I've gained both fame and notoriety through my stories, videos, groups, and offsite escapades. I've been on a real life panel, and an internet panel. I've read and favorited 142 stories. (This number would be higher if FimFiction hadn't mysteriously deleted all my favorites from prior to March 2013). I've started several groups including the Good Grammar Directory and One-Shotober. I've been a contributor to the riffing community. I've done a lot of proofreading and editing.
I've met and befriended lot of great folks here on the site, including (takes deep breath)

Overall, it's been an amazing year here with all of you. The stories are fun, and I enjoy writing and reading them, but the community is really what keeps me coming back to this site. If it weren't for you guys, I'd have probably left by now to go do something else.
