I'm Not Dead; Progress; New Stuff

I expected to have tons of time this summer to write tons of fanfic. I've never been more wrong in my life.
Without school, I don't keep a schedule. I don't have regular sleep/food cycles, so I don't get any inspiration to write.
When I don't have inspiration to write, I watch YouTube videos, download music, watch anime, or work on college stuff. Which all usually takes a big chunk of the day, and I'm too tired to write at the end.
So when school starts up again (because 80% of my classmates are idiots, there's only 1 Calculus class, and it's the same hour as band, so I'm taking a computer class instead), I should get back into a schedule, have to do less around the house, and actually be writing again. Plus, by November, new episodes will be coming out.

New Stories that May Interest;
Elusive Love- an AU where Rarity was born male. Sweetie Belle and Elusive are much closer in this universe.
Crystallize- a VinylXOctavia shipfic with a twist; Vinyl and Octavia switch their conventional personalities.
So Much Depends on the Weather- a Thunderlane and Lightning Dust shipfic.
Rainbow Dash writes Horror Stories- an AU where Rainbow Dash is the author of Cupcakes.
[Name TBD]- Scootaloo is half pony, half Cthulu. She just wants to live a somewhat peaceful, non-evil life in Ponyville. Because of this, the rest of her kind, the Eldritch, wants her dead, and they don't care who else they kill to get to her. The way that the Eldritch try to get to her is through kidnapping and imitating those closest to her. She can see the future, and her wings are actually disguised tentacles. She uses these gifts to stop the foreign invaders and beat them back to Tartarus.

Priorities;
Of Mice and Mares doesn't really have an ending, so I'll just make it a two- or three-shot.

Tales of Symponya has had progress made, but due to the progress of the MLP canon, I've had to make modifications. Fortunately, these modifications make it 10X better than they were before.

Only on the Surface is also being worked on, but unfortunately, I know what to do in chapter 4, but not chapter 3... I'm contemplating doing a "One week later..." thing. It seems like a lazy copout to me, but I guess something is better than nothing.

Disruption is really hard to write, and the next chapter has a scene that I just can't think about because it's really sad. Like, "Mama, pwease wake up. Why won't you wake up?" sad.

A New Type of Harmony still has some timeline issues to work out... not to mention the fact that it's coinciding with another AU (Trixie, Big Mac, Derpy, Carrot Top, Cloudchaser, and Lyra become the new Elements of Harmony) and a War fic (in Griffin country, essentially Europe). However, I have made some progress with it. I have the order set, I need to glue it in with the show's timeline before permanently setting events in place. These are the types of music the band plays throughout its career. Key should be obvious.

What I'm dropping and why:
Exit Light, Enter Night is dead. I only wrote this one to fix a creepypasta, and it became Dungeons & Dragons with shipping and a ridiculous plot.
Broken in the Storm is dead. I thought about it, and I really don't want to write physical or sexual abuse. If someone's interested in writing it instead of me, it's up for adoption.
Give Back my Baby is also dead. I'm keeping the essay Dinky wrote, but that'll be the extent of the story. It'll be a diabetes-inducing oneshot.
Cupcakes Versus Muffins is also dead. I'm going to change the first chapter to Twilight instead of Applejack, but I won't continue it. I literally won't be able to write it without studying economics because I have some interest in it. It would be like wanting to write a MLP/Touhou crossover, since I, like Twilight, like reading nonfiction as well. FML, right?

I'm sorry to those disappointed. I really am.

I'd like to see Crystallize, being a fan of Vinyl/Tavi. Tales of Symponya continuing would be nice, though I should probably play Symphonia at some point, especially since it is being released on PS3.
