Equestria has bean at peace for eleven years, now with the return of Tirek and Princess Cinch the Main 6 will have to do evrything thay can to save there home
It has been eleven years since The Shadowbolt Battle in the Crystal Empire and Equestria has seen peace. Applejack and Rainbow Dash are happily married with a young Colt named Zap Apple, Fluttershy and Discord are dating and some Romance Between Twilight and Pinkie Pie is going on nothing could be better, Except for the fact that Princess Cinch is back and has backup with her but not just any back up, she has teamed up with Tirek, Now the Main 6 with the help of Sunset Shimmer must defeat Tirek and stop Princess Cinch from Taking over Equestria before it is too late.
As Celestia raised the sun from the east, she knew it would be a great day. Her sister Luna had just retired to bed and it was now her job as Princess of Equestria to run her country. As Celestia walked to her throne room she looked around at the many stained glass windows of Twilight’s adventures with her friends. From stopping Nightmare moon to befriending Discord, and now her newest one, the Shadowbolt battle. Sure, it was not a pretty window, but nonetheless it was necessary. The corners of the window held the many Wonderbolt soldiers battling with the Shadowbolt robots. In the middle was Twilight and the Mane Six fighting Celestia and Luna’s long lost sister Cinch, and next to her was Lightning Dust, the corrupted ex-Wonderbolt, and above them was King Sombra. While the window showed no clear end to the story, everypony knew that the battle ended with success, but not without casualties.
As Celestia entered her throne room she was immediately greeted by Cadence.
"Good morning, Celestia," Cadence said.
"Good morning, Cadence," Celestia said with a happy tone. "And how might I help you this fine morning?"
"Well actually, it's not about me," Cadence said. "It's about Twilight. She wants us to come to Ponyville immediately."
"Why, is something wrong?" Celestia said with a concerned look.
"No, actually it’s the opposite," Cadence said. "It’s about Rainbow Dash and Applejack’s child."
"Ah yes. I remember their due date is next week, correct?" Celestia said.
"It was supposed to be next week," Cadence said.
"You mean?" Celestia said with a shocked face.
"Applejack was rushed to the hospital today. She is about to have her baby!" Cadence said.
Ponyville Hospital
"Is Applejack going to be ok, Twilight?" Fluttershy asked worryingly.
"Im sure she will be fine, Fluttershy. She is a strong Mare," Twilight said with a confident tone.
"Darling, Applejack is the strongest, toughest pony I know," Rarity said. "She will be perfectly..."
"AGAHHHHHHHHH," Applejack said from behind the hospital door.
"Well, as fine as I think she will be," Rarity said with a concerned tone.
Just then Celestia and Cadence busted through the door with Luna following behind.
"Are we too late?" Celestia said.
"Umm, actually you are Just..." Twilight said before getting interrupted by Applejack again.
"AGAHHHHHHHHH," Applejack said, this time even louder.
"In time," Twilight said, getting back on her train of thought.
Then Rainbow Dash stepped through the door "Guys, come in! I have someone to introduce you to," she said.
As Twilight, Fluttershy, Rarity, Celestia, Cadence, and Luna followed Rainbow Dash into the hospital room, they saw Applejack holding her newly born colt. He had an orange fur coat like his mom, and a mixture of different colors on his mane just like his other mom. His mane consisted of a mixture of yellow, light blue, and light orange. But the most noticeable part were the wings. Sure they were to be expected, but they were not just normal wings. On the tips of his feathers were sparkling rainbow colors.
"Awww," The group said as they saw the baby pegasus.
"He is perfect" Twilight said.
"She looks just like you, Dashie," Fluttershy said.
"Oh, all the dresses I will be able to make after his coat will be divine!" Rarity said before everyone started to look at her with a tone. "I mean...he is so cute?" she said, fixing her last remark.
"What are you going to name him?" Twilight asked Rainbow Dash and Applejack.
"Well, we decided that we would name him Zap," Rainbow said.
"And because I took Rainbow Dash’s last name, his middle name will be Apple," Applejack said.
"So his name will forever be Zap Apple Dash," Rainbow said with a happy smile.
Looking around the room Applejack noticed a certain Pink earth pony was missing from the room.
"Hey, where is Pinkie Pie?" Applejack asked.
Just then a party cannon went off in the hallway and Pinkie Pie came running into the room.
"The future is looking bright today, is it not sister?" Luna said.
"Yes it is, Luna. Yes it Is," Celestia said with a smile on her face. Little did Equestria know they were about to have a storm coming, and it was not the type that brought Rainbows after it was done. This was the type of storm that would bring destruction across all of Equestria.
"ZAP, COME ON, YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE," Rainbow yelled up the stairs to her son's room. She knew that her son would be a fast flyer, that's for sure, but she did not know that he would take his sleeping in after her.
"Zap Apple Dash, you come down here right now or else you will not go to your Mom’s show tomorrow!" Applejack said.
"OMC mom I’m coming," Zap said as he flew down the stairs. Then Rainbow Dash looked at his cutie mark and remembered the day he first got it. Zap Apple Cutie mark consisted of a Wing, and inside that wing was a picture of a cut in half zap apple. He had gotten it from bucking a tree while flying backward. He had made the entire Zap Apple tree drop all the apples in ten seconds flat.
"So I was thinking that after school today we could work on some of your flying tricks?" Rainbow said.
"Yeah, that sounds awesome," Zap said.
"Not so fast, you two. Zap apple harvest is around the corner and we need all hands on deck for it," Applejack said.
"Aww, come on, Mom," Zap said. "Mom said she would teach me to do a Sonic Rainboom!"
"I thought I told you, Zap, as much as I would like to see you do that, I don’t think that is possible," Applejack said. "Even if you were able to somehow pull it off, a rainbow would not happen. It would more likely be a Sonic Color Boom."
"Oh," Zap said disappointedly.
"Hey, no worries, Squirt," Rainbow said. "Your aunt Scootaloo was able to fly when doctors said it was not possible and look at her now. She is one of the best fliers in the Wonderbolts."
"Yeah, second to you," Zap said with a sassy tone. It was true that ever since Spitfire retired to hunt down Princess Cinch, she had filled the role as Commander and Leader of the Wonderbolts nicely. Evan tho she and Spitfire are the only original Wonderbolts left, she is still proud to fill in the role of a grate Wonderbolt like Spitfire
"Now, Sugarcube," Applejack said in her explanation voice, "you know that your mother had to retire from the bolts in order to help take care of you and the farm"
"Yeah, but even so Spitfire has said she would welcome mom back any time," Zap said
"It’s true, AJ," Rainbow said. "While I will be happy to return to the bolts. I just dont think I can right now, not with Lightning Dust still on the loose"
Then Rainbow looked at the clock and immediately remembered why they were all downstairs. "Zap we gotta hurry you are going to be late for school!"
"It’s ok Dashie, I’ll take him," Applejack said.
"Ok then, I will see you later," Rainbow said.
"Why, where are you going?" Applejack asked, confused.
"Twilight wanted to see me about something," Rainbow said.
"Ok Sugarcube," Applejack said as she grabbed Zap and walked out of the door.
"Ok Twilight, now let's see what trouble you have gotten into this time," Rainbow Dash said to herself as she flew towards the castle.
Twilight’s Castle
As Rainbow Dash walked into the crystal castle she could see that Twilight had been busy. There were books everywhere and Spike was on a trip to the Dragonlands with his Dragon-Girl-Friend Ember. As she walked into Twilight’s Library she was immediately unsurprised to find Twilight reading a book titled How to Win a Pony Over Without Using Magic, a really specific title but nonetheless easy to find.
"Rainbow Dash, I’m so glad you are here! I have been waiting for you to get here forever," Twilight said.
"Hey calm down, what the hay is up with you?" Rainbow asked.
"I'm going to tell you something but you have to PROMISE that you will not tell anypony," Twilight said.
"Ok, I promise," Rainbow said.
"Pinkie Promise?" Twilight asked.
"Ugh, cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye" Rainbow said as she did the motions.
"Ok..." Twilight said, taking a deep breath. "I have a crush on Pinkie Pie."
Rainbow Dash was stricken with stillness. She knew that Twilight had her fair share of crushes in the past, but Twilight had a crush on Pinkie Pie, out of all people?
"Wow," Rainbow said. "That's a lot to take in. When did you know you, umm, have feelings for her?"
¨I've hid my feelings from her for along time now¨ Twilight said ¨I started to have feelings for her during the first Grand Galloping Gala we went to. She was just so cute and adorable looking She said ¨Ever since i've sorta had feelings for her. But Last week during her Happy Random Holiday Month Party," she continued. "Pinkie pie was standing under a misslehoove and I pointed it out, then without hesitation she kissed me. But not just any kiss, she kissed me ON THE LIPS!"
"Ok," Rainbow thought. "Twilight, having a crush is perfectly normal, you just need to learn to live with it.
"What if she doesn't feel the same way, or what if I wait too long and she finds someone else?" Twilight said.
"Twilight, do you think Fluttershy and Discord would be dating right now if Fluttershy did not open up to him?” Rainbow said. "And remember how me and Applejack confessed to each other? If it were not for that book you gave me I would not have married and had the best kid ever"
"What are you saying?" Twilight said.
"I'm saying that you need to tell Pinkie Pie how you are feeling," Rainbow Dash said. Just then Rainbow and Twilight’s Cutie marks started to glow, and that only meant one thing.
"The Map," Twilight and Rainbow said, then without a second thought ran out the door to the map room.
The Cutie Map Room/Throne Room
As Rainbow Dash and Twilight entered the room, they were surprised to find everyone else was there, which meant only one thing: the map had called all of them at once. But that was not the only thing that was noticeable, because three more cutie marks showed up on the map. Just then Celestia, Luna, and Sunset Shimmer walked through the doors with Glowing cutie marks. They were immediately as confused as everyone else in the room.
"Ok, does anyone know why all of us were called here?" Applejack said.
"I would ask the same thing," Sunset said. "I was in the middle of class when my necklace started to glow. It was like some sort of compass, and the next thing I knew it was telling me to go to Equestria.
"Umm, guys, you might want to see where the map wants us to go," Rainbow said in a concerned tone as everyone looked at where the map was telling them to go. They all had that same face of confusion and shock.
"The map wants us to go to the Storm King’s old castle."
"The map wants us to go The Storm King’s Castle," Rainbow said, still shocked by Twilight’s comment.
"The map works in many mysterious ways," Celestia said, "but we can't just ignore it."
"Indeed," Luna said. "The last time the map called all of you was for Starlight’s Village and the Pony Of Shadows."
"And Starswirl did say that the map could call on you six to protect Equestria from danger," Celestia said.
"Well, if the map wants us at the Storm King’s castle, then we have to go," Applejack said.
"Um, who is the Storm King?" Sunset said.
"The Storm King is a conqueror of lands beyond Equestria. He launched an invasion on Canterlot and captured Celestia, Luna, and Cadence. We defeated him with the help of his former lieutenant, Tempest," Twilight said.
"When he was defeated we invaded his castle and took everything we found necessary to study," Celestia said.
"So why does the map want us back there?" Fluttershy said.
"Whatever the map wants us for it must be important," Rarity said.
"Then let's go," Pinkie Pie said.
"Now just hold on," Applejack said. "Me and Dash have a son that we need to take care of, and since we all are going on this mission we have to know who can take care of him."
"Oh, um, my parents can take care of him," Fluttershy said. "They would be more than happy to do it"
"Are you sure Fluttershy?" Rainbow said. "Zap can be a real handful."
"I’m sure they will be up to the task," Fluttershy said.
"Then it is settled. We head off to the Storm King’s Castle in the morning," Twilight said.
Sweet Apple Acres
"Do you have to go?" Zap said in a frustrated tone.
"Now sugarcube, you know your mother and I love you," Applejack said, "but when the map calls, we need to go."
"But can’t one of you just stay and the other go?" Zap said.
"If that were possible your mother would have already asked to stay," Applejack said.
"Hay, I’m right here you know" Rainbow said.
"I Know," Applejack said with a grin on her face.
"When will you guys be back?" Zap said.
"Once we kick the newest threat to Equestria in the flank," Rainbow said.
"Rainbow, language," Applejack said. "But your mother’s right."
"Ok," Zap said as his ears flopped down.
"Hay, we love you," Rainbow said.
"I know," Zap said.
"Now, Mr. and Mrs. Shy will be here in ten minutes to get everything ready," Applejack said.
"Ok, bye moms," Zap said as Rainbow and Applejack walked out the door.
"Bye, Sugar" Applejack said.
As Rainbow closed the door to the barn she looked at Applejack with a devilish grin.
"The last one to the Friendship Express is on the bottom tonight...if you catch my drift."
"Oh, it's on," Applejack said.
The Friendship Express
As Twilight along with Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie, Celestia, Luna, and Sunset walked to the friendship express she got extremely nervous. She had been to the Storm King’s castle before, but she was worried that she might have forgotten something when clearing the castle the first time.
"Are you ok, Twilight?" Celestia asked.
"Ya, it’s just..." Twilight said in a nervous tone. "You and Luna would not have been called by the map if there was something that we could take care of. So does that mean we are about to go up against something that we may not beat?"
"Twilight," Celestia said, "you defeated the Pony of Shadows, Tirek, The Storm King, and Nightmare Moon. I think that you will do just fine.
As the group boarded the train to Mount Aries, Fluttershy looked over at Rainbow in worry.
"What’s wrong, Rainbow?" Fluttershy said. "Are you not feeling well?"
"No, I’m fine, Flutters," Rainbow said.
"Then what’s wrong?" Fluttershy said.
Then Rainbows face turned as red as the apples on Applejack’s cutie mark.
"I lost the race," she said. "I’m bottom tonight."
Then Fluttershy had a blush on her face as well as they both walked into the train.
"Did you girls forget about me?" Discord said as he flew in holding an umbrella and wearing what appeared to be a wig.
"Oh, Discord, I was wondering when you would come," Celestia said.
"Celestia, why in Luna's name would you invite Discord?" Twilight said.
"I thought he could help us with the mission," Celestia said. "And Fluttershy is here, so he won't be doing anything too rash."
In the background, Fluttershy and Discord were hugging each other passionately. Twilight immediately forgot all of the anger she had.
"As long as my friends are happy, I’m happy" Twilight said.
Then she looked over at Pinkie Pie, who was packing her party cannon.
"Well, almost happy," Twilight said with a tiny blush on her face.
"Hey guys, the train is about to dep...." Sunset said, running into Discord. "AHHHHHHHHHH, WHAT IN CELESTIA’S NAME IS THAT THING!”
"I'll be right back, Twilight. I have a lot of explaining to do," Celestia said, walking over to Sunset.
Mount Aries Train Station
"So why did we have to take the train to Mount Aries again?" Rainbow asked.
"There is a boat tour of Aries Ocean," Twilight said. "And the Storm King’s Castle is right in the middle of it."
"And as princesses, we get access to the boat to go there," Luna said.
As Twilight walked over to the dock she could see the boat that they rented, and they walked over to the Hippogriff that was running the boat.
"Welcome ah Princess Twilight, how can I help you today?" the hippogriff asked.
"We need a lift to the Storm King’s old castle," Twilight said.
"Ok, and how many will be coming with?" the hippogriff said.
"Four princesses, two pegasi, two earth ponies, one unicorn, and one draconequus."
"Ok, welcome aboard! Next stop, Storm King’s Castle," the hippogriff shouted.
The Storm King’s Old Castle
As the group made their way into the hallway of the old castle they could see how enormous the hallways were. Most of the paintings and artifacts that were located in the castle had already been moved into the Canterlot Archives and were being studied for further purposes, but still, it felt like the walls were watching them. As they moved closer to the castle, Twilight turned around to address the group.
"Alright everypony, I have a plan," Twilight said. "We should split up to cover more ground. So Applejack and Rainbow Dash can go East. Fluttershy and Discord can go West. Pinkie and I will go South. Celestia and Luna can go North. And Sunset and Rarity will search this area.”
"Alright," Applejack said.
"Let's do this" Rainbow said.
"Right with you" Discord said to Fluttershy as she hid behind him.
"Oh, this is going to be fun!" Pinkie said, immediately hugging Twilight and causing her face to blush.
"We will meet back here when Celestia uses the spell I taught her" Twilight said, nodding towards Celestia who then used her magic to suddenly make everyone’s cutie marks glow.
"Ok see you later," Twilight said.
Team Appledash
"So do you think Zap is doing ok?" Applejack said.
"Jackie, you have to stop worrying so much," Rainbow said.
"Did you just call me Jackie?" Applejack said with amusement.
"Well you always call me Dashie, so I thought I would call you Jackie."
Just then Applejack and Rainbow Dash came upon a room marked with what appeared to be a bottle with bubbles coming out of it. As they opened the door they came across a room that could only belong to a captain. The bed was neatly made along with a map of Equestria with several flags on top of it. On the floor were several attack dummies that hadn't been used in over 11 years.
"Come on, we should keep looking," Rainbow Dash said. Just then she heard the door close behind her. She turned around only to find Applejack locking the closed door. "Umm, what are you doing?"
"Well, we haven't gotten some "alone time" in a while, and there just so happens to be a bed and a locked door," Applejack said seductively. "And you have a bet to live up to."
"I Love you," Rainbow said as she went in to embrace her wife. Then the couple started to kiss each other passionately until Applejack pushed Rainbow onto the bed. "The safe word is Wonderbolt."
Team Fluttercord
"Um, Discord, are you sure you know where we are going?"
"Well..." Discord said. Then, snapping his fingers, he immediately had a map in his hand and was wearing a flank pack and glasses, followed by a sudden growth of his two front teeth which now had braces on it.
"According to the map the throne room is right down this hall, and the Storm King’s bedroom is right next to it."
As the two came across the throne room they immediately were awe struck by the size of it, it was a massive dome. Right in the center of it was a circular object with a hole which could only be the staff holder that held the Storm King's staff. On the right next to the throne was a miniature throne which could only belong to his commander in chief. And then on the left side of the throne was a door which was about the same size as the throne that led into a room marked by the Storm King symbol.
"Um, ladies first," Discord said.
"Oh Discord, how gentlemanly," Fluttershy said, then a blushing Discord followed her in.
As they walked into the room they saw that it looked like a regular room except books were all over the floor, a map of Equestria had been posted on the wall, and a framed picture of the Storm King was above the bed. As the two wandered the room and sorted through the wreckage, Discord noticed a dusty plastic case in the middle of the dresser. He picked it up and dusted it off, then immediately dropped it in shock.
"Discord, what’s wrong?" Fluttershy said.
"We need to find Twilight and the others and get out of this castle NOW," Discord said, grabbing Fluttershy and running out the door, slamming it behind him and leaving the broken plastic container sitting on the floor. In the middle of the broken shards, however, sat a necklace. This necklace had a brown string attached to it, and was a gold triangular amulet. In the center of it were three triangular holes and a tiny inscription on the back reading "To My Best Brother and the Future of our Rule”.
Team Twipie
As Twilight and Pinkie Pie walked/bounced down the hallway Twilight was extremely nervous.
"Should I tell her now?" she thought to herself. "We are alone and she is so cute right now."
"Hay Twilight," Pinkie said.
"Oh..Um yes Pinkie?" Twilight said.
"Do you think that we might find what we are looking for?" Pinkie said.
"It depends on what exactly we are looking for," Twilight said.
As the two kept walking, Twilight knew what she had to do.
"It's now or never Twilight. Just ask. The worst she could say is she does not feel the same way," she thought to herself.
"Hay Pinkie, can I tell you something?" Twilight said.
"Sure, what is it?" Pinkie said with a smile on her face.
"Pinkie I like..." Twilight said before getting interrupted.
"TWILIGHT!" Discord shouted.
"Was that Discord?" Twilight said.
Then out of nowhere Luna and Celestia popped out.
"Did you hear that too?" Celestia asked.
Then Discord and Fluttershy came running to Twilight and Celestia.
"We need to leave this castle at once!" Discord said.
"Why, what’s wrong?" Celestia said .
"Me and Discord went into the Storm King’s room while we were searching. Discord found something and now he is all spooked," Fluttershy said.
"What did you find?" Luna asked
"It’s a necklace! I found a necklace!" Discord said.
"Umm, don’t you think Rarity should be here for this?" Twilight said.
"That's the thing! I know why he has it, and more importantly, who gave it to him."
"Why, who gave it to him?" Pinkie Pie asked.
"I did," a mysterious voice called out in the distance.
"I know that voice," Celestia said.
"But it can’t be..." Twilight said, frightened out of her mind.
"Princess Twilight we have some unfinished business to attend to," Lord Tirek said.
"Brother, are you sure it is a good idea to go to Equestria?" Tirek said.
"Do not worry brother, I will be successful in my mission, and when the Ali-pegacorn-access," Storm King said.
"Alicorns," Tirek said frustratedly.
"Ya, them," Storm King said. "When they are defeated you can come back and rule Equestria with me. But for now, you must rest. You are weak."
"You don’t say," Tirek said sarcastically.
"Be glad I rescued you from Tartarus," Storm King said. "If it were not for me, you would still be in that cage."
"I would not have been in that cage in the first place if Princess Twilight did not use the Elements of....." Tirek said before getting interrupted.
"I don’t want to hear it," Storm King said. "Now you rest and let me do the rest of the work.
Before The Storm King could walk out the door, Tirek grabbed the Storm King. "Don’t be so Cocky, Brother. Princess Twilight and her friends are not to be messed with," Tirek said. "If you want to defeat them then you need to..."
"Would you chill?" Storm King said. "I know what I’m doing." As Storm King left the room he walked out into the throne room to his first lieutenant. "Tempest, are the airships ready?"
"Yes my king, they are," Tempest said.
"Now, I would usually go with you, but I have some business to attend to. SO DON’T FAIL ME!”
"As you wish, my king," Tempest said.
As the Storm King and Tempest walked out of the throne room, Tirek followed them and would soon see the events about to unfold, and would have a reason to go back to Equestria to have his revenge.
The Present Day
"How did you escape, Tirek?" Celestia demanded.
"My brother helped me," Tirek said.
"Why would Scorpan betray Equestria?" Luna said.
"Oh, Scorpan did not rescue me," Tirek said. "My other brother did."
"You have another brother?" Twilight said.
"I had another brother," Tirek said. "No thanks to you," Tirek said, pointing to Twilight.
"What do you mean?" Twilight said. "I have never met your brother before."
"Yes you have," Discord said.
"What do you mean?" Twilight said.
Discord snapped his fingers and the necklace from the Storm King’s Room appeared in his hand "When Tirek first came here he gave me a necklace just like this," Discord said. "He said it was given to him by his brother."
"But why would the Storm King have it?" Luna said.
"If he had that necklace...then that means," Twilight said, finally putting the clues together.
"The Storm King is my Brother," Tirek said angrily. "And you will pay for destroying him."
"We had no idea he was your brother," Twilight said. "We did not want to destroy him...But he left us no choice."
"Well, maybe you should have thought of the consequences before you turned him into a pile of rubble," Tirek said.
"Well, you’re going to have a hard time stopping us. You are out gunned," Celestia said while secretly casting a spell letting the others know to come quickly.
"It's true that it will take 4 years for my powers to fully develop," Tirek said. "But I brought backup."
"What kind of backup?" Luna said.
Team Appledash
As Applejack and Rainbow Dash ran to find out why Celestia lit the Glowing Cutie Mark signal, they ran into the other group, Sunset and Rarity. "You guys got the signal too?" Sunset said.
"Y’all know what’s going on?" Applejack said.
"I have no idea, but whatever it is, it can’t be good," Sunset said.
"I’m sure Twilight and Celestia can take care of themselves," Rarity said.
"Rainbow, Applejack," Rarity said with a grin on her face. "Why are you all sweaty?"
"Umm," Applejack said, trying to make up an excuse. "We were trapped in a hot room."
"Ugh, let's stop bucking around and go find them," Rainbow said.
"Not if I have anything to say about it," a mysterious voice said.
"Who is that?" asked Rarity.
"I know that voice," Sunset said.
"Well, I should think you would remember me, Sunset," Princess Cinch said. "After all, if it weren't for me, you would not be a princess."
"Cinch," Rainbow snarled.
"Ah, Mrs. Dash. Long time no see," Cinch said. "How's the wing?"
With that Rainbow Dash was up in the air and about to fly into Cinch’s face with all the momentum she could, get but before she could do that she was grabbed by the tail by Applejack.
"It's not worth it, sugarcube," Applejack said.
"How did you find us Cinch?" Sunset said.
"Let's say an old friend of Princess Twilight brought me here," Cinch said. "He gave me a chance when others did not."
"Well, whoever you teamed up with, we will stop him just like we stopped you and Sombra eleven years ago," Rainbow said.
"Good luck trying. He has prepared for everything," Cinch said. "You don’t know it yet, but you have already lost."
"What’s that supposed to mean?" Applejack said.
"You will find out soon enough."
Just then Twilight, Pinkie, Celestia, and Luna came flying towards the wall, and a burst of energy followed them. As they recovered from the hit, Discord and Tirek came and were fighting like the whole of Equestria depended on it, which it did.
"Tirek?!" Rainbow said, "How did he..."
"No time to explain, we need to get out of here right now!" Twilight said.
"But Cinch and Tirek will..." Applejack said.
"They will be dealt with," Celestia said.
"Discord has volunteered to distract them while we escape," Fluttershy said.
"And you let him?" Applejack said.
"Tirek is the worst of the worst, and if Discord trusts me to know he will be fine, then I will trust him," Fluttershy said.
"Come on, less yapping and more getting out of here," Rainbow said while pushing the group to the door.
As the group ran out the door, Fluttershy looked back at Discord and he saw that she was scared for him. "Go, Fluttershy," Discord said. "I will be fine."
"Not if I have anything to say about it," Tirek said.
But before Fluttershy could do something, the wall fell in front of the door, blocking the fight. "It’s ok, sugarcube," Applejack said while comforting Fluttershy. "He can take care of himself."
"Celestia, what do we do?" Sunset said.
"We need to get back to Ponyville and get the Elements Of Harmony," Celestia said. "They are the best chance we have against Tirek and Cinch."
As the group made their way to Mount Aries, they hoped for the meantime Discord could deal with Tirek.
Outskirts of Ponyville
"Do you think Discord will be able to take Cinch and Tirek by himself?" Fluttershy said.
"I’m sure that he will be able to fend them off while we get the Elements," Rainbow said. "He might be a pain, but when it comes to your protection, Fluttershy, he will do anything."
Just then, Princess Cadence appeared out of nowhere using a teleportation spell.
"Celestia, Luna, we have trouble," Cadence said.
"What’s the problem?" Twilight said.
"There was an attack on the Canterlot dungeons and some of the prisoners escaped," Cadence said. "Lightning Dust was one of the first to escape."
"Why would Tirek attack the dungeon only to free Lightning Dust?" Rainbow Dash said.
"Well, Lightning dust does want revenge," Pinkie said.
"There is something else something we are missing," Twilight said. Then something clicked in her mind “Rainbow, where are the Elements?"
"The Elements are safely locked up in your Castle," Rainbow said. "Why do you ask?"
"Oh no," Twilight said with a grim look on her face.
"What’s wrong?" Applejack said.
"If you want to get something from someone and you know where it is, how would you get it?" Twilight said.
"Umm," Fluttershy said, "you ask politely for it?"
"You get all of them away from the location," Twilight said, "and destroy the location until you find what you are looking for."
Legend states that when the Elements Of Harmony were created peace was brought to the land, and that they would be used to protect the land for all eternity. But legends also state that for every good thing that is created there must be an opposite, and so when the Elements Of Harmony where created, their twins were created as well, The Elements Of Disharmony.
Outside Of Ponyville
As the group came out of the Everfree Forest, they hoped to see Ponyville as it was: happy, clean, and peaceful. But they could only see destruction, mayhem, and disharmony across town. Buildings where burning, smoke covered the once blue sky, and the smell of burning flesh, could be smelled across the town. At that moment Twilight saw something she never thought she would see again: Celestia crying. The Princess of the land, who was always full of joy and happiness, was now crying.
"Celestia...." Twilight said.
"I...I should have...I could have...." Celestia said.
"Sister," Luna said, "It will be ok."
"NO, IT WILL NOT!" Celestia shouted. "I am supposed to protect my subjects, be the protector of the land," she said. "Now I have failed at that."
"You have not failed," Twilight said. "You were with us, we had no idea this would happen."
"Then what should we do, Twilight?" Sunset said.
"Luna, take Celestia back to Canterlot and have her rest. We need everyone at full strength if we want to win this," Twilight said. "The rest of you, stay with me and help Ponyville go through the wreckage. Find any survivors you can."
"And what about you, Darling?" Rarity said.
"I need to see what happened to the Castle," Twilight said. "Then I need to find Spike and Starlight." Then under her breath she said angrily, "if they are dead, so help me, Celestia, I will kill Triek with my own two hooves."
Ponyville
As the group walked into town they could see that it was even worse than they first thought. Ponies running to the water fountain to put out the fires, hospital beds in the middle of the street, and worst of all, blood. Lots of blood.
"Look, Princess Twilight and her friends are back!" a pony said.
As the rest of the town looked to the group, they could only see tears falling down the Princess’s face.
"What happened?" Twilight said.
"It's the changelings! They have betrayed Equestria," Lyra said.
"The changelings?" Applejack said. "I thought they were at peace with Equestria."
"We did too," Triple Diamond said, "but then an army of black and green changelings came with weapons and armor and destroyed the town and ransacked the castle!"
"How many casualties?" Twilight asked hesitantly.
"We lost 20," Dr. Whooves said, "Bon-Bon, Berryshine, Vinyl, Lucky Clover, Rising Star,...Rose, just to name a few."
"How many injured?" Rainbow Dash said.
"Over 40," Derpy said. "But we were able to fight them off before any more could be injured."
"Thank you all," Twilight said. "This is a dark time in Equestrian History. It's nice to know we have ponies like you to fight off the evil that threatens this land. In my opinion, you are all heroes." Then after addressing the crowd, she turned around to face the mane 7.
"I need you guys to help situate the town," she said. "I will be looking for Spike and Starlight if you need to find me."
Castle Of Friendship
"Spike, Starlight!" Twilight said, shouting down the hall of the damaged castle. When she saw what had happened to the castle she was more than worried. The walls had been blasted, the carpet and furniture on fire, and the Cutie Map Room blocked off by rubble.
"Twilight?" a voice came from the rubble.
"Spike?" Twilight said. "Starlight?"
"Twilight, help me," Starlight said.
"Starlight, where are you?".
"When the castle was attacked, I put a shield over the map room Spike and I are trapped in here," Starlight said.
"Is Spike ok?" Twilight said.
"He was hit with a falling rock, I think he has a concussion," Starlight said.
"Hold on, I'm going to get Applejack and Rainbow Dash. They can help me move the boulder," Twilight said.
"Ok, hurry!" Starlight said worriedly.
Sweet Apple Acres
"It's a good thing Zap wasn’t here," Applejack said going through the rubble of the house she called home with Rainbow. "He would have been terrified."
"I'm sure he would have been fine," Rainbow said. "He is our son, after all."
"And now Garble joins with Chrysalis to destroy the town," Spike said.
"What is going on here?" Twilight said.
"Hay, y'all will not believe who I just got done talking to," Applejack said as she walked into the room.
"Who was it this time?" Rainbow said.
"Flam," Applejack said.
"What does that idiot and his brother want now?" Rainbow said.
"Actually it's not what you think," Applejack said. "At first I thought it did not make sense and I thought it was another trick, but he seemed worried."
"What happened?" Twilight said.
"According to Flam, two changelings broke into the brother's casino and coltnapped Flim," Applejack said.
"What do the changelings and Chrysalis want with Flim?" Rainbow said.
"Nothing good I reckon," Applejack said.
"Twilight," Sunset said, "I looked where you told me to go and you were right, they are gone."
"What's gone?" Starlight said.
"The Elements of Harmony were stolen during the attack," Twilight said.
"Why would Chrysalis want the Elements? They are useless to her," Rainbow said.
"Not necessarily," Twilight said.
"What do you mean?" Sunset said.
As Twilight dug through the pile of burnt books, she used her magic to conjure up a book and pulled it out if the rubble.
"This was Starswirl's Diary," Twilight said. "He gave it to me the last time we saw him."
"What does some book have to do with the Elements?" Applejack said.
As Twilight flipped through the pages, she stopped at a page that had a picture of the Elements.
"You recall that Starswirl and the Pillars made the Elements?"
"Ya, why?" Applejack said.
"Ahem..." Twilight cleared her throat. "When The Pillars and I created the Elements of Harmony, we created peace to the land. But little did we know about an old legend that states for every good thing that is created there must be an opposite, and so when the Elements of Harmony were created, their twins were created as well, The Elements of Disharmony."
"Ok, I think I understand," Rainbow said. "So let's find these Anti-Elements and destroy them."
"It's not that easy Dash," Twilight said. "The Elements of Disharmony have not been created yet."
"Now I’m confused. What do you mean, not created?" Sunset said.
"In order for the Elements Of Disharmony to be created, you need to have its twins."
"The Elements, right. I got that," Applejack said, "but what else do they need?"
"Just like the Elements we have, they need people with the traits of the elements and with them being the Anti versions of the elements they would be; Dishonesty, Cruelty, Loneliness, Greed, Betrayal, Negativity, and Apathy," Twilight explained. "Because Apathy was destroyed, and Empathy, which is the opposite of Apathy, is back in Sunset’s world, we don't need to worry about 7 Elements Of Disharmony. But we still need to worry about the 6 that still do exist...or have yet to."
"And the people that have Captured/Teamed up with Tirek are what they need to create the Elements," Starlight said.
"Lightning Dust is obviously the Element of Betrayal," Rainbow said.
"And Flim is the Element of Dishonesty," Applejack said.
"Garble must be the Element of Greed," Spike said.
"Then Chrysalis must be the Element of Cruelty," Starlight said.
"And with Apathy gone, Cinch must have the Element of Negativity no doubt," Sunset said.
"So that leaves the Element of Loneliness left," Starlight said. "But the question remains, who could be lonely enough to be the Element?"
"That's something we need to find out," Twilight said. "And quickly, because if we don't find that pony first, Tirek will."
“Ugh, this is taking forever!” Lightning Dust said. “Where is Tirek?”
“Be patient, my faithful student,” Cinch said. “He will be here soon enough, and when he comes we will be closer to the master plan.”
“Oh yes, this ‘plan’ of yours is such a good idea,” Chrysalis said. “Face it, Cinch, ever since you lost your horn you have become desperate.”
“How dare you, you filthy insect!” Cinch said. “I used to be the third most powerful alicorn in all of Equestria, and now I am just some filthy pegasus with a stump on my head where my horn used to be!”
“Excuse me,” Flim said, “but I can't help but notice that all of you don’t really need me, so if you could just let me out I will be out of yo…”
“Shut up, you filthy businessman!” Garble said. “Or I will make you my next meal!”
“Shutting up,” Flim said.
“Why did we have to come to this filthy castle again?” Chrysalis said. “We are trying to hide from Twilight and her friends, not let ourselves be found.”
“This is the best place,” Cinch said. “With the elements close to the tree where they were created, their energy can hide us from the princesses.”
“I guess you’re right,” Garble said. ¨Besides, as long as I get to have my revenge on that pony-loving dragon for embarrassing me in front of all the other dragons, I will be perfectly fine.”
“Are you sure that’s the only reason?” Lightning Dust said.
“Shut up, you dumb horse,” Garble said.
“So you’re not also here because Spike stole Ember from you?” Lightning Dust said, smirking.
“I said shut up,” Garble said. “You’re no better. You want revenge on that Rainbow pony just because she’s faster than you?”
“Hay, I’m not the only one who wants revenge,” Lightning dust said.
“You will all get your revenge,” Tirek said as he walked through the door. “I brought you all here because each of us has someone who did us wrong, and with the soon to be Elements of Dis-Harmony with us, we will be unstoppable. Then all of you can have your revenge on the one who did you wrong, but Princess Twilight is MINE."
“Can you please explain why I’m here, Mr. Tirek sir,” Flim said nervously.
“You are the perfect candidate for the element of dishonesty,” Tirek said while walking to Flim’s cage, “and you also will get a chance to have revenge on the pony who did you and your brother wrong, Applejack.”
“But she made up to us,” Flim said. “She helped me and my brother open a casino in Las Pegasus, and now me and my brother are as rich and as happy as we can be.”
“Yes...true, but,” Tirek said as he walked over to a tarp covering something, “if you don’t do this then your casino will not be the only thing you will lose.” Then Tirek pulled the tarp over and revealed a cage holding Flam, but he was badly bruised and bleeding.
“Brother!” Flim said.
“Now, what is your purpose, here again, Flam?” Tirek said.
“To destroy Applejack and her friends and rule Equestria in your name, Lord Tirek,” Flim said.
“No...Don’t” Flam said quietly.
"Quiet" Tirek said "Or you will not live to see another day!"
“Did you find what you were looking for, master?” Chrysalis said.
“Indeed I have. I have located the final person we need to make the Elements,” Tirek said. “Her name is Wallflower Blush.”
“Where is she?” Lightning Dust said. “Do you want me to retrieve her?”
“No,” Tirek said. “After we are done she will come voluntarily.” He looked over to Lightning Dust, coming up with a backup plan. “Lightning Dust, there is something you can do for me, however.”
“Yes, master?” Lightning Dust said.
“Take some robotic Shadowbolts to Cloudsdale and retrieve me something,” Tirek said.
“What do you want me to retrieve?” Lightning Dust said.
“Bring me the child of Rainbow Dash,” Tirek said with a devilish grin.
"Oh, It would be my pleasure!" Lightning Dust said.
"Lightning Dust," Tirek said, "I want him or her ALIVE."
"Ugh, fine," Lightning Dust said as she took off towards Cloudsdale.
Little did the group know they were being watched by somepony, and as soon as Lightning Dust retrieved her orders from Tirek the mysterious pony took off from her hiding spot in a flash of yellow and orange. She followed Lightning Dust to her target, Cloudsdale.
Ponyville
As Twilight walked out of the hospital she could once again see all the destruction that was brought upon the once peaceful town of Ponyville. She walked into the remains of the town square where already construction ponies were rebuilding.
"*Sniff *Sniff" Twilight heard from the direction she was headed, and it sounded like somepony was crying. As she walked towards the sound she came across the remains of a burnt house, and standing in front of the house was a mare. She had a light greenish gray coat with a moderate aquamarine mane.
"Are you ok?" Twilight said.
"I’m fine," the mare said.
Twilight sat down next to the mare. "I’m sorry about your house," Twilight said. "It must have been lovely."
"It was but.....Nevermind," the mare said.
Twilight saw the look of that mare and recognized it as the look of loss. "You lost someone, didn't you?"
"My mom," the mare said. "She was staying in town for a couple of days."
"I’m so sorry," Twilight said. "Loss is a hard thing to cope with. You never know when it happens so that's why we always try to avoid it. Or at best try to deal with it."
"How?" the mare said.
"Well, if I were in your situation," Twilight said, "I would find my closest friends and talk about it with them."
"*Sniff Thanks Princess," the mare said.
"What’s your name?" Twilight said. "Maybe I can help you reach out to someone who can rebuild your house?"
"Wallflower," she said. "My name is Wallflower Blush."
Twilight stood dead in her tracks. She knew that name. She remembered it from when Sunset came through the mirror when her Canterlot high friends lost their memories.
"T-Thank you," Twilight said. "Um, excuse me for a moment. I have to...Um...Find spike. He needs his nap." Then without a goodbye she ran towards the castle
"I've got to tell Sunset."
The Map Room/Twilight’s Castle
"Wallflower Blush is hear?" Sunset said.
"No, not your Wallflower, but this world’s," Twilight said.
"Um, excuse me, but who the hay is Wallflower Blush?" Applejack said.
"Wallflower Blush is a quiet and introverted girl," Sunset said, "but she is resentful towards me for both being so popular and constantly ignoring her presence, so eventually she found an Equestrian artifact and wiped my friends’ minds."
"If it weren't for me and Celestia, Wallflower would have succeeded in erasing all of the good memories of Sunset from her entire world," Twilight said.
"Ok, but what does this have to do with us?" Fluttershy said.
"She was probably the loneliest girl in the entire school up until recently."
"She makes a perfect candidate for the next Element of Dis-Harmony," Twilight said. "Sunset, do you know what caused Wallflower’s loneliness besides you?"
"She told me a fire broke out and killed her mom when she was little," Sunset said. "She blamed herself for it and ever since then she wanted to stay away from others to prevent a loss like that again."
"Oh no," Twilight said.
"What is it, Darling?" Rarity said.
"When I met Wallflower I was standing in front of her old house," Twilight said. "She said her mom was killed during the attack."
"We need to get to her, fast," Rainbow said.
As the group rushed to the door they came face to face with a very similar pony.
"Spitfire?!" Rainbow said. "Why are you..."
"There's no time," Spitfire said. "Rainbow and Fluttershy need to come with me right now."
"Why, what’s wrong?" Fluttershy said.
"Cloudsdale is under attack!" Spitfire said.
But before anyone could react a bright pink dash flew right out the door, and as Rainbow looked behind her she could see Fluttershy was completely gone.
As Rainbow Dash flew towards Cloudsdale she could feel the adrenaline in her body, but most of all she could feel one thing she had not felt since Tirek’s first attack on Equestria: fear. And it wasn't for her, it was for her son. She knew that the shadowbolts attacked Cloudsdale for a reason, and that reason was to coltnap her son.
"Dash, we are coming up on Cloudsdale," Spitfire said, snapping Dash out of her thoughts.
As Spitfire and Dash came to Cloudsdale, they could only see one thing: carnage. The attack was still going, and the Wonderbolts were doing everything they could to defend their home from attack. One by one the Wonderbolts were taking down the remaining Robot Shadowbolts.
"Dash, what do we do?" Spitfire said.
"Help the Wonderbolts defend the citizens, I have to find Zap and Fluttershy," Dash said.
"Yes Ma’am," Spitfire said with a smile on her face.
As Rainbow flew through Cloudsdale, she could see how much damage the Shadowbolts were doing. Luckily, since most of the buildings were made of clouds, they could be rebuilt easily. As Dash came up upon her old street she could see Fluttershy’s house, or at least what was left of it. As she landed she could hear crying from the remains of the living room. She walked in to see Fluttershy crying, and in her arms were her parents.
Dash could feel the heartbreak in Fluttershy. She knew Fluttershy's parents well, she always considered them close friends of the family, sometimes even accidentally calling them aunt or uncle.
"Fluttershy, I promise we will get whoever did this, but right now you need to tell me where..." Dash said before getting interrupted by a very familiar cry.
"MOM!!" Zap cried out.
"ZAP I’M COMING!!" Dash said as she flew up to Fluttershy's guest bedroom, but as she entered to see her son she also saw a very familiar face, Lightning Dust.
"Well Well Well, look what the cat dragged in," Lightning Dust said.
"You let go of him or I Swear I will-"
"Not so fast," Lightning Dust said as she pulled a knife from her pocket. "One more step and the little guy gets it.
"Mom, please don’t let her hurt me!" Zap said.
"I've got to say, Dash, when I first heard you had a child I was surprised," Lightning Dust said. "I didn't take you for a family girl."
"Let him go," Dash said, tears filling up in her eyes. "This is between you and me, leave him out of this."
And then Rainbow said something she never thought she would say in her lifetime. "I beg you, please."
"Dont worry Dash, I’m not a monster," Lightning Dust said. "I wouldn't kill a kid." She brushed her hoof against Zaps Mane. "But Tirek, on the other hoof, I can't speak for." Lighting Dust then grabbed Zap and flew into the sky. "Oh, and Rainbow. Your Parents said hi," she said with a devilish grin before taking off bringing Zap with her.
"Mom!" Zap said before disappearing in the horizon.
But before Rainbow could go after Zap she had a thought. "Why would she mention my..." Rainbow then had a horrifying look on her face "MOM, DAD" Rainbow said as she took off for her house, but before she could get there she stopped and looked in horror at the sight before her. Her house was on fire and two charred skeletons were laying in front of the house, blood soaking the yard spelling out You Took Everything From Me, Now I Did The Same
Twilight’s Castle
Twilight paced back and forth through her room. Dash and Fluttershy along with Spitfire left for Cloudsdale two hours ago and had not come back.
"They’ll be fine," she said to herself. "Dash is always looking out for danger, so she’ll be fine."
"Haya Twi," Pinkie said, hopping into her room.
"Oh, hay Pinkie," Twilight said.
"You seem tense," Pinkie said, then she put her hoof in her mane and pulled out a cupcake. "Have a cupcake.”
"Thanks, Pinkie, but not now," Twilight said. "Dash and Fluttershy have been gone for a while now, do you think they will be fine?"
"Twilight, this is Rainbow Dash we’re talking about," Pinkie said. "She has done a sonic rainboom, survived Tirek, and had her wing cut off only to fight against a lunatic princess and her vengeful student."
"You do have a point," Twilight said, "Hay have you seen Sunset?"
"She went back to her dimension, she said something about Giant Robot Aliens then she ran into the portal" Pinkie said.
"Ya that sound pretty important" Twilight said then the two just sat in silence for a couple of minutes.
"Hey Twi," Pinkie said breaking the silence.
"Ya Pinkie?" Twilight said.
"Before in the Castle you were going to tell me something," Pinkie said. "What was it you were going to say?"
"Oh umm," Twilight said, then in her head, she thought Come on Twilight, just say it! I Love You Pinkie! "I was going to say that" Come on, just say it!! "Ugh screw it," Twilight said before she leaned forward and pressed her lips against Pinkie Pie's, who imminently grew a large blush on her cheeks. As Twilight backed away from the kiss the saw the expression on Pinkie’s face.
"I’m sorry I dont know what came over me, I just..." Twilight said before imminently getting pushed onto her bed, while bright pink lips met hers.
"I love you too, Twi," Pinkie said as she separated from a flushed Twilight.
But before the new couple could say anything else Rarity burst through the door. "Twilight, Rainbow and Fluttershy just got back and..." Rarity said before looking at the two ponies in bed on top of each other. "Hah, Rainbow and Spike owe me Ten Bits," she said.
The Map Room
Rainbow and Fluttershy looked awful next to the blood that soaked their coats, though their tear stains were more noticeable than the blood.
"Oh My goodness what happened," Rarity said
Then Applejack burst through the door "Rainbow, where’s Zap? Is he ok?" Applejack said with a worried look on her face.
"She took him," Rainbow said. "Lightning Dust took Zap.”
"That bitch is gonna get so many bucks to the face her own parents won't even recognize her," Applejack growled.
Fluttershy spoke in a soft tone. "She killed them," Fluttershy said.
"What?" Rarity said
"My parents," Fluttershy repeated. "She killed my parents."
There were gasps all around the room and a faint deflating sound could be heard from Pinkie's mane as it slowly went straight.
"Fluttershy, I’m so sorry," Twilight said.
"She killed mine as well," Rainbow said. "She burned them alive."
Applejack saw tears coming from Dash’s eyes, and the only thing that came out of Fluttershy was nothing good.
"When I get my hands on that mother****** I’m gonna buck her in the ****** stomach until she bleeds from her ***," Fluttershy said angrily.
Everyone stared at the once shy pegasus.
"What do we do?" Applejack said. "They have my son."
"First, we have to go to Wallflower Blush and keep her from finding Tirek," Twilight said. "Then me and the princesses will locate Tirek and stop him from harming anyone else."
"Well first off, where exactly is Wallflower?" Rarity said.
"She is most likely near her former house located close to the..." Twilight said before realizing something.
"We Have To Go Find Her Right Now," Twilight said.
"Why, what’s wrong?" Applejack said.
"I know where Tirek is hiding," Twilight said.
"Where?" everyone asked.
"The Everfree Forest," Twilight said. "And Wallflower Blush lives right next to it!"
"Come on, we gotta get to Wallflower before Tirek does!" Twilight said.
"Twi, I hate to be a bother, but how are we going to get Wallflower to come with us?" Sunset asked. "She won't just come with us right away."
"Hopefully, we can talk to her nice and peacefully, and calmly explain to her our reasons," Twilight said.
The Main Six, including Starlight, ran through Ponyville as fast as they could to Wallflower’s former house. They knew that if they didn’t get to Wallflower first Tirek would win.
"Attention everypony, changelings and Shadowbolts have been spotted at the edge of Ponyville! Take shelter immediately!" Mayor Mare said through the emergency speakers.
"Twilight, what are we going to do?" Fluttershy said. "Tirek and his team will be here any second!"
"Starlight, you need to get to Spike at the hospital and tell him to send a letter to Celestia, Luna, and Cadence," Twilight said.
"Are you crazy Twi? Look at the sky, the clouds are literally covering the entire town. It's too dangerous to go alone," Applejack said.
"You’re right Applejack," Twilight said. "Go with her and fend off as many Shadowbolts and changelings as you can."
"Are you crazy?" Applejack said in a stern tone. "My son is out there and I’m not going anywhere without him!"
"Jakie," Rainbow said, "I will get Zap. You need to go with Starlight."
"But Rainbow, I need to..." Applejack said before getting interrupted by cyan blue lips getting pressed against hers.
"I promise you, I will get Zap home, but you need to go," Rainbow said. "Starlight needs you right now."
"Ok," Applejack said, "be safe."
"I will," Rainbow said. "And I love you"
"I love you too.”
"Enough chit-chat, we need to go!" Twilight said.
Then the group split up. Starlight and Applejack went to the hospital and Twilight, Rainbow, Pinkie, and Fluttershy went to Wallflower’s house.
Wallflower’s Former House
Wallflower was in panic. The sky was dark and gray, Shadowbolts and changelings where attacking Ponyville, and she was left defenseless.
"Wallflower Blush," a voice said.
"Who...Who’s there?" Wallflower stuttered.
Then a giant red centaur walked out of the forest accompanied by an alicorn with a broken horn and… Discord?
"Tirek?" Wallflower said. "What are you doing here?"
"I have come for you, my friend," Tirek replied.
"Friend?" Wallflower said. "Why am I your friend?"
"You are a special pony, Wallflower," Tirek said "You just don’t know it yet."
"Special how?" Wallflower said, now curious.
"You are one of the few who meet the standards for the Elements."
"I’m sorry," Wallflower said, "but I’m not an Element of Harmony."
"No, you are not," Tirek said. "You are a pony who can wield their counterparts, the Elements Of Disharmony."
"What are you talking about?" Wallflower said.
"You are one of the six Elements Of Disharmony," Tirek explained, "I already possess Dishonesty, Cruelty, Greed, Betrayal, and Negativity."
"So who am I?" Wallflower said.
"You are the Element Of Loneliness," Tirek said.
"Loneliness?" Wallflower said. "Why would I be Loneliness?"
"You have lost everything Wallflower," Tirek said. "Your home, family, friends, and it's all because of Princess Twilight and her friends."
"How is she responsible?" Wallflower asked.
"I can show you," Tirek said. "I believe you know Discord."
"Yes, I have heard of him," Wallflower said, "but last time I checked he was reformed."
"He was until I put this on him," Tirek said, pointing to an electronic device. "Thanks to Princess Cinch I now control Discord and tell him to do anything."
"So what are you going to show me?" Wallflower asked. "And what does it have to do with Twilight?"
"Discord," Tirek said, "take us to the Castle of the Two Sisters."
Discord only nodded as he snapped his fingers and in an instant, they were teleported away.
Ponyville
It was madness. The town of ponyville had always known happiness and never resorted to violence, but now the rules had changed. The once peaceful citizens were now killing and destroying changelings and Shadowbolts as they descended on the town, and the once clean town was now a fiery war zone with smoke coming out of every direction.
"Applejack!" Starlight yelled, "Come on, we gotta hurry before the hospital is attacked!"
Applejack knew what she had to do but she could not stop thinking about Rainbow and Zap.
"Don’t worry Starlight," Applejack said, "I’m right behind you."
"MOM!" Zap shouted from his cage, which was being guarded by Wallflower.
"We’re coming, Zap!" Rainbow Dash and Applejack both yelled.
"Not on my watch, you filly-foolers," Lightning Dust said, barging at Dash at top speed.
The sky was dark gray, and all of Tartarus was breaking loose. Twilight and Fluttershy were battling Discord and Tirek, Pinkie out of all ponies was dealing with Flam, and Rarity… Was gone. This was truly a dark day for Equestria.
"Face it, Princess Twilight, you have lost," Tirek said. "With the elements on my side and my powers slowly returning in part, I shall rule over both Tartarus and Equestria!"
"I will not let you win, Tirek!" Twilight said.
Just then the sky broke open, and through it came Celestia, Luna, and Cadence wearing battle armor.
"Tirek, your reign of terror ends now!" Celestia said.
"Not if I have anything to say about it!" Cinch said, flying towards Celestia’s back with a spear.
"Celestia, look out!" Cadence yelled.
Celestia jumped out of the way of Cinch's surprise attack, allowing the spear to pierce Cadence’s stomach.
"AGH!" Cadence shouted, and slowly she dropped her weapon, falling towards the ground. The Princess of Love was dead.
Three Hours Earlier at the Castle of the Two Sisters
As Tirek, Wallflower, Cinch, and Discord appeared at the castle, Wallflower could see that Tirek had made himself at home already.
“As you can see, I used Discord’s powers to make this castle more unique than it used to be,” Tirek said, showing Wallflower the new and improved Castle of the Two Sisters. The once old and damaged castle was now a fortress, the bricks glowing red, the floor covered in black tiles, and the throne giant and menacing. At the top of the throne was a device, at the center of which were five of the six Elements of Disharmony.
“This place is nice and all, but how does this at all affect me?” Wallflower said.
“Why, this will be your new home, Wallflower!” Tirek said.
“I’m sorry, but why in Luna's name would I want to live with you?!” Wallflower said with a tone sounding almost offended.
“Because I am the only one who sees you for who you really are,” Tirek said. “A powerful pony who could rival even Nightmare Moon.”
“Ok…” Wallflower said, “but you said that you would show me how Princess Twilight is the real villain. How does this prove it?”
“Ah yes, follow me,” Tirek said.
As Wallflower walked through the castle she noticed that the alicorn with the broken horn was working on the device atop the throne.
“Who is that?” Wallflower asked. “She looks familiar.”
“Oh… Her,” Tirek said, facing Cinch. “This is the former Princess Cinch. She was the rightful heir to the throne until Celestia and Luna stopped her. She went into hiding and then I found her.”
“Why is she missing her horn?” Wallflower asked.
“Let’s just say she messed with powers she could not handle,” Tirek said. “Because of her lack of magic, she uses most of her time making machines for me.”
As Tirek led Wallflower to a dark room she could hear the sound of bugs from one room, and another sound that was almost like giant boulders being thrown against a wall in another.
“We are here,” Tirek said.
As Wallflower looked around the room she could see it was different from the rest of the castle, like it was not built in Tartarus.
“What is this place?” Wallflower said.
“This is your room, Wallflower,” Tirek said. “And here is your welcoming gift.”
Tirek then held out a mirror to Wallflower. “This is the mirror of truth. It will show you what you want to see.”
“And you want to show something to me with it?” Wallflower said.
“Show me Princess Twilight Sparkle,” Tirek said, then he blasted the mirror with his orange energy and the mirror showed Twilight with her friends near the Everfree Forest.
”With Ponyville distracted, we can now move on to phase two of our plan,” Twilight said.
“And what would that be?” Fluttershy said. “I hope it involves more burning.”
“Yah,” Rainbow said, “putting gasoline all over Ponyville was fun.”
“Can y’all remind me why we are helping Tirek destroy Ponyville again?" Applejack said.
“How many times do I have to tell you idiots that we are not helping Tirek,” Twilight said. “We are only making the damage of his attack more extreme so Celestia and Luna will let us deal with it.”
“But Daarrrlllliiinngg,” Rarity said, "all of the gasoline is ruining my beautiful luxurious coat, and I refuse to…”
Just before rarity could speak, however, she was punched by Fluttershy. "For once in your life, can you please shut up about fashion!”
"Hahaha!" Rainbow and Applejack laughed while pointing at the fallen and bleeding Rarity.
"Hay Rainbow," Applejack said, "There’s an abandoned barn around the corner, and my hips are really begging for some action."
"Oh, I love you," Rainbow said.
"OK, if you need us we’ll be having sex in the barn!" Applejack said.
"Wow, subtle," Twilight said. "I know you’re the element of honesty, but you can keep some things to yourself.”
"Oh shut up," Fluttershy said. "You are all horrible, you know that, right? If I wanted to I could...”
"OK, I have seen enough!" Wallflower said.
As Tirek put the mirror down, the image of Twilight faded away just as the image turned off. Before it did, however, her eyes briefly flashed green and then the image went black.
"How… How could they do this?" Wallflower said. "They are supposed to be heroes, instead they are all Evil and Liars!"
"Like I said before, Wallflower, you belong with me," Tirek said. "Unlike Twilight and her friends, I will not betray your trust."
"You said I am an element bearer?" Wallflower said.
Tirek gave a wicked smile. "Yes… Yes you are," Tirek said. "Here you are, Wallflower." Then Tirek handed Wallflower a silver tiara with the corrupted element inside.
"Now Wallflower, come with me," Tirek said. "we are about to have company.”
Twilight ran as fast as she could. She knew that she needed to stop Tirek, but how she was going to do that was still up for debate. Without The Elements, they couldn’t use the rainbow power like last time.
"Twilight, we need to move now!" Rainbow said.
"Look out!" Fluttershy said, just as a wing of changelings and a squad of Shadowbots landed nearby. Thinking quickly, Rarity created a diamond shield around the group just as a volley of magic bolts flew at them, bouncing off the shield and hitting the ground with a series of loud thuds and throwing up dust around them. There was a violent crack as the Shadowbots flew into the shield as well, and several hairline fractures began forming.
"Twilight, Rainbow, Pinkie, Fluttershy, go on without me!" Rarity said. "My diamond shield can only hold for a short amount of time!"
"We are not leaving without you!" Pinkie said.
"Don't worry darling, I'll be right behind you," Rarity said, trying to fake a smile for Pinkie.
"Rarity's right, we need to go now!" Rainbow said.
As the group ran ahead of Rarity they could see the Castle of the Two-Sisters, or what was left of it.
"W-what happened to the castle?" Fluttershy said.
"Tirek has turned it into a fortress," Twilight replied grimly.
"How in Celestia's name are we going to find Tirek and..." Rainbow said
"MOM!!" Zap shouted.
"That came from the castle’s courtyard!" Twilight said, her head snapping to the source of the sound.
Before the group could start towards the sound, however, a chittering sound was heard from above. They had spotted the group from the air, and now began getting into an attack formation and descending towards them.
"Twilight, I hope you know a healing spell, because after this we’re gonna to need it," Rainbow said.
Ponyville Hospital
As Applejack and Starlight entered the Hospital they could only see one thing: despondent ponies sitting in chairs bleeding and nursing wounds, with nurses and doctors rushing in and out of rooms, clearly overwhelmed.
"Excuse me Mrs. Tenderheart," Starlight said.
"Starlight, Applejack, what are you doing here?" Nurse Tenderheart said, "Can't you see Ponyville has become a war zone? We’ve got wounded to heal!"
"I understand, but we need to get to Spike," Applejack said. "Which room is he is?"
"Room A113," Nurse Tenderheart said. "Now please excuse me, we have a pony who seems to have claimed to have seen a train become a giant robot, and we need to get him some anxiety pills right away."
As Starlight and Applejack walked down the Hospital hallway all they could hear was screaming and crying. "Look there, room A113."
"Spike, you awake?" Starlight said.
"Starlight, is that you?" Spike said.
"Yah, it’s us," Applejack said opening the door
"What is happening out there?" Spike said.
"Tirek’s invading Ponyville. He’s gonna make his last stand and we need you to send a message to the Princesses telling them that we need all the help we can get!" Applejack said.
"Do you have the letter?" Spike asked.
"Here," Starlight said.
As spike took a huge breath, green fire came out of his mouth, disintegrating the paper. "There, sent."
"Ok, now we need to go!" Applejack said.
"And leave all these defenseless ponies here?" Starlight said.
"Well, Zap is still out there and I need to find him!"
"Then you need to go," Starlight said. "I will stay here and watch over the hospital."
"Starlight, are ya sure?"
"I would only get in the way. Now go!"
"Good luck Starlight."
"Thanks," Starlight replied. "Good luck to you as well."
As Applejack ran out of the hospital she quickly headed into the Everfree Forest towards the rest of the group. "Hold on Zap, I’m coming,” she whispered under her breath."
Tirek’s Castle / Throne Room
"Lord Tirek," Cinch said, "Twilight and her friends have arrived."
"All of them?" Tirek said.
"Applejack fell behind, she is headed in our direction now. Rarity has been... Disposed of," Cinch said casually before tossing Tirek a cloth.
"What is this?" Tirek asked.
"Like I said," Cinch said as Tirek pulled out Rarity’s severed horn, "disposed of."
Tirek smiled wickedly "You have done well, Cinch," Tirek said. "Now go to the Courtyard and finish the portal."
"Yes, my master," Cinch said.
"Soon father," Tirek said, staring at a picture of his father standing over the bones of his enemies, "I will make you proud."
Outside Tirek’s Castle
As Twilight and Fluttershy took out the last of the Shadowbolts she looked to see Dash and Pinkie had done the same with the changelings.
"You know Twi, if the world wasn't about to end this would make a really romantic first date," Pinkie said.
"Date?!" Rainbow and Fluttershy said simultaneously.
"Long story," Twilight said. "Now let's move."
"Hold on y'all," Applejack said.
"Jakie!" Rainbow shouted, zooming into her wife's arms. "Where is Starlight?"
"She is back at the hospital with Spike helping out," Applejack said. She looked around, noticing the group was short one pony "Where’s Rarity?"
"You didn't see her?" Twilight said.
"We’ve gotta go back for her," Fluttershy said.
"We can't, Tirek could make his move any moment now!" Rainbow said.
"As much as I hate to say this, Rainbow is right," Twilight said. "Besides, I have been training Rarity in magic ever since the Shadowbolt war, she will be fine."
"But Twilight, we..." Fluttershy said.
"Sugarcube, Rarity will be fine. We gotta go," Applejack said.
As the mane five reached the courtyard they could see Tirek, Cinch, Wallflower, Flam, and Lightning Dust were waiting for them.
"Welcome Twilight. I’ve been expecting you," Tirek said.
"It's over Tirek," Twilight said. "I will give one chance. Go back to Tartarus or you will pay."
"Oh, and I was so getting attached to my new pet," Tirek said as he snapped his fingers, revealing Zap in a cage.
"MOM, HELP!"
"You let my son go you bastard," Applejack said.
"Your son?" Tirek said. "I was told that he was the child of...." Tirek gave a smile so wicked even Pinkie was scared.
"Oh this is just brilliant," Lightning Dust said with a smirk. "Rainbow is a Fillyfooler!"
"Why you-"
"Sugarcube, now is not the time," Applejack said.
"I mean it’s unnatural!" Lightning Dust continued. "And Applejack! I would have thought you would have gone after Soarin, or since you are a fillyfooler maybe Spitfire, but this mud-pony,… to think I was almost friend's with an, an… abomination!"
Rainbow saw something in Applejack she had not seen before. Fluttershy had seen that face once before when she went to Las-Pegasus with Applejack on that friendship quest. She had the same look when she found out Flim and Flam were working there.
"An… abomination," Applejack said slowly, her anger raising to a boil. "An Abomination! You don't know a thing about love, and what Rainbow and I have is love, pure and simple. It is not wrong or unnatural! It’s no ab-ab…abomination, and it ain’t no illness! It’s the most precious, sacred, and pure of things, be it between colts and mares, mares and mares, or colts and colts!"
Rainbow was in tears. She had never heard her wife speak such beautiful words in her entire life. Meanwhile, Lightning Dust was stiff with fear, and pure anger.
"And seeing you say those things… proves that YOU are as much as a monster as he is!" Applejack said. "And all my friends are with me to accept that."
"Well, I wouldn’t say all your friends," Tirek said.
"What is that supposed to mean?" Pinkie said.
Tirek grabbed the tarp and unrolled it revealing Rarity's severed horn, with fresh blood marks staining the bone.
"No..." Gasped Twilight.
Fluttershy was in tears, Rainbow threw up, Applejack was stiff with fear, and Pinkie had fainted.
"It looks like friendship will not be saving the day after all," Tirek said.
"YOU ARE DEAD, TIREK!!" Twilight roared with the full force of the Canterlot voice, shooting a giant laser beam at Tirek and launching him backward against the wall.
"ATTACK!!" Lightning Dust yelled.
The final battle had begun.
"MOM!" Zap shouted from his cage, which was being guarded by Wallflower.
"We’re coming Zap!" Rainbow Dash and Applejack both yelled.
"Lightning Dust, stop them!" Wallflower said.
"It would be my pleasure," Lightning Dust said. "I am coming for you, fillyfoolers," she cackled, barging at Dash and Applejack at top speed.
The sky was dark gray so Rainbow could barely see, but she could see well enough to know where to hit Lightning Dust.
"Applejack, you deal with Wallflower," Rainbow said. "I'll take care of Dust."
"On it," Applejack said.
Applejack charged at wallflower at top speed. "You traitor!" she said.
"The only traitor is you!" Wallflower said.
Meanwhile, Pinkie out of all ponies was dealing with Flam.
"Ok Mrs. Pinkie, you liked my cider, so let's see how much you like my ACID CIDER, WITH EXTRA DEATH!!" Flam said.
Pinkie dodged the shots coming from the modified Super Cider Squeezy 6,000. "You’re going to have to try a lot harder to get rid of me," Pinkie said, digging into her hair and pulling out her Party Cannon. "I will do to you what I did to Dash in that one dream I had!" Then she fired a cupcake shaped cannonball at the Super Cider Squeezy 6,000, destroying it.
For Twilight, Tartarus was breaking loose. She and Fluttershy were battling Tirek, and the once Kind, Loving Twilight was now ready to Kill Tirek for all he did for Rarity…
"Face it, Princess Twilight, you have lost," Tirek said. "With the elements on my side I will gain my powers back, and I shall rule over both Tartarus and Equestria!"
"I will not let you win, Tirek!" Twilight said.
"We will see about that" Tirek said, then he snapped his finger and summoned a familiar friend. "I believe you know Discord?"
"DISCORD!!" Fluttershy screamed. "What have you done to him!"
"With the help of Cinch and her off-world technology, I have mind controlled Discord by using my horn’s magic," Tirek said. "He will do whatever I say. For example." He pointed his finger at Discord, then at Fluttershy, then slid his finger across his neck. Discord looked at Fluttershy and knew what he was told to do.
"Discord?" Fluttershy said. "It's me, Fluttershy." She slowly backed away from Discord.
"Never," Tirek said. "Once Discord has disposed of your shy, yellow friend it will only be me and you." He walked over to the portal Cinch.
"Cinch...Is the portal almost done?" Tirek said.
"It only needs one thing and then it will be done," Cinch replied.
"What do you require?" Tirek said.
"The blood of a Princess," Cinch said.
"I am a little busy with this one," Tirek said. Twilight, ready to attack, turned and noticed the machine.
"What is this contraption?" Twilight said.
Tirek then leaned over to Cinch, whispering something.
"Of course," Cinch said, grabbing her spear and flying off.
"Tirek," Twilight said, "What are you doing?"
"You see Twilight, my plan was never to rule Equestria," Tirek said. "It was to remake it in my image."
"What?" Twilight said.
"Using the Elements of Dis-Harmony, Cinch’s off-world technology, and unicorn magic I will open a portal to Tartarus and release all the monsters and ponys who were trapped there," Tirek said.
"But....Why?" Twilight said. "If you like Tartarus so much why would you want to leave only to bring it back?"
"Tartarus is a prison," Tirek said. "What I am doing is simply making a better version of it where we are free to do what we want when we want."
"Not If I have anything to say about it!" Celestia said in her Canterlot voice.
"What?!" Tirek said, looking up. Just then the sky broke open, and coming through it were Celestia, Luna, and Cadence wearing battle armor.
"Tirek, your reign of terror ends now!" Celestia said.
"Oh really, Celestia?" Tirek said. "Well then… It's a shame that you will not get the satisfaction of seeing your plan through.”
"What are you..." Celestia said before Cinch came out of the clouds charging at her.
"Celestia, your time on Equestria has come to an end!" Cinch said, flying towards Celestia's back with a spear.
"Celestia, look out!" Cadence yelled.
Celestia jumped out of the way of Cinch's surprise attack, allowing the spear to instead pierce the person who was behind her: Cadence.
"AGH!" Cadence shouted, as the spear penetrated her in the stomach and slowly she dropped her weapon, falling towards the ground.
"CADENCE, NO!" Celestia and Twilight said as they saw her fall to the ground.
"Finally," Cinch said, "I have killed a Princess!" Cinch said, then flew over to the portal and put the spear over the device, allowing Cadence’s blood to drop onto it.
“NOW LET YOUR DIMENSION BE FREE, TIREK!” Cinch shouted. A loud boom echoed across Equestria and the portal activated.
“No…” Celestia said.
"Yes," Tirek said, looking at the direction of the portal.
Thousands of beasts and demons were seen through the portal coming closer and closer to entering Equestria and turning it into New Tartarus.
"My name is Twilight Sparkle... and Equestria has lost."
The sky was dark gray, and all of Tartarus was breaking loose. Fluttershy was battling a brainwashed Discord, Pinkie out of all ponies was dealing with Flam, Applejack and Rainbow were battling Wallflower Blush and Lightning Dust, Rarity… Was gone, and Cadence had just fallen. This was truly a dark day for Equestria.
"Hahahaha," Tirek laughed, "I can feel my powers flowing through me!" Then as if by magic Tirek started growing and soon he was as large as the Castle of The Two Sisters itself.
"Master," Cinch said, "please I beg of you, return to me what was rightfully mine, and I will owe you my life."
"You have done well Cinch," Tirek said. "Very well." He snapped his fingers and using his magic Cinch’s horn grew back.
"Thank you, sir," Cinch said.
"Tell me, how long until my army arrives?" Tirek said.
"Your army is scheduled to arrive in fifteen minutes, sir. They should be ready for action in another five," Cinch said.
"Good, good," Tirek said, then looked at Twilight who was standing there just staring.
"I have failed Equestria," Twilight whispered softly.
"Hehe," Tirek said, then looked around and noticed that two of his elements and new lieutenants were missing.
“Cinch!” he barked. Cinch immediately turned around and snapped to attention.
“Yes, Tirek?” she asked, a hint of trepidation in her voice. Normally the boss wasn’t this harsh on her when things were going this well.
“Where. Are Chrysalis. And Garble?” he demanded. “I will not have my crowning moment of glory ruined because some insolent traitors decided to jump ship!”
“Er, yes sir. Let me check the reports.” Cinch began frantically flipping through the papers in her bag. She was sure they hadn’t jumped ship, not when they were so close to victory. She knew they had a deployment order somewhere else, she just had to… Aha! “Here it is, sir. It looks like they were scheduled to lead the attack on Ponyville today.”
“Ah, good. That’s… Good.” Tirek visibly relaxed. “With the Elements of Harmony incomplete, there’s nothing left in Equestria that can stop their opposites.”
Cinch was silent for a moment.
“Yes, sir,” she finally responded.
Ponyville Hospital
"Starlight, we need more medics!" Nurse Redheart frantically shouted.
"I'm coming," Starlight said.
Starlight knew this was a dark day for Equestria. While she wished she could have gone with her friends to stop Tirek she knew she had to protect the people. The ground shook and a loud boom could be heard.
"What was that?" Spike said
"I have no idea," Starlight said
"Starlight come quick!" Nurse Tenderheart said
Starlight raced to the front desk as fast as she could. "What is it?"
"I just got a call from the mayor, she said that Queen Chrysalis and her changelings, as well as a dragon, are out on their way here," Nurse Tenderheart said.
"Spike!" Starlight said.
"What is it?"
"We need to go now.”
"But all the ponies here need our help," Spike said.
"Chrysalis and Garble are on there way here, and if we are still here they will kill everyone in this hospital," Starlight said.
"Then where do we go?" Spike said.
"Twilight's Castle is far enough from Ponyville, we can go there," Starlight said.
"Won't Chrysalis and Garble just follow us there?" Spike said.
"I'm counting on it!"
Ponyville Streets
Spike and Starlight were running, running faster then they had ever run before, and they had one goal: get Garble and Chrysalis as far from Ponyville as possible.
"Look, Twilight's Castle is just up ahead!" Spike said.
Then a green energy beam and a fire blast shot in front of Spike and Starlight, stopping them in their tracks.
"Well Well Well," Garble said, "if it isn't Spiky Wiky."
"Garble, why are you doing this?" Spike said. "What did the ponies do to you to want to team up with Tirek?"
"Ever since I met you, Spike, us dragons have gotten softer and softer on ponies. I used to be able to kill ponies for fun, now if I do it I will be arrested!" Garble shouted angrily. "And then you went ahead and took MY GIRL!"
"She was never yours to begin with!" Spike said.
Across from Spike, Starlight and Chrysalis where having a similar conversation.
"So, we meet again, Starlight Glimmer!" Chrysalis said. "But this time your friends can't save you now!"
"Is this really what you want Chrysalis?!" Starlight said. "You realize you are making a big mistake!"
"Tirek has promised me something I long for, and that something is your death!" Chrysalis said.
"And when you kill me, what will you have then?" Starlight said.
"What are you talking about?" Chrysalis asked skeptically.
"Once Tirek controls Equestria, how much love do you think there will be for you and your followers to eat?" Starlight said.
The Chrysalis thought for a moment and realized what Starlight meant.
"Exactly," Starlight said. "None, and when he figures that out you know he will destroy you!"
Then Starlight heard Spike shout. Before she could react Spike came flying into her, knocking her over. "Agh Spike what the hell did you say to him?" Starlight said.
"You do not want to know," Spike said.
"I'm going to kill you both!" He sucked in his chest and his throat began to glow, then he let out a giant fireball at Starlight and Spike.
"NOOOO!" Then Chrysalis jumped into the way of the blast getting herself blasted behind Spike and next to Starlight.
"Chrysalis, why would you save me?"
"Because," Chrysalis said, "you were right, *Caugh *Caugh, I should have taken your hand when I had the chance."
"Chrysalis, stay with me," Starlight said.
"Starlight..." Chrysalis said. "Tell Celestia, no, tell my sister, I am sorry." Then just like that, Chrysalis, Queen of the Changelings, died.
"Shame," Garble said. "I was beginning to like her. Oh well."
Starlight was frozen, she did not know what to do. "Garble, please don't!"
"Tell Chrysalis for me, She was a Tasty snack!" Garble said, but before he could breathe in he heard something behind him.
"Garble!!"
"Oh, what now....." Garble said, then he felt something sharp go through his stomach and he could see a spear go through him. Holding that spear was a pony with a bloody hole in her head and a missing eye
"No one touches my Spiky Wiky," Rarity whispered through gritted teeth.
Garble knelt on his knees and said his final words. "Why are ponies always saving that damn dragon?" He fell dead next to Chrysalis.
"Rarity?!" Starlight and Spike asked in surprise.
"Are you two ok?" Rarity asked bluntly, pulling her spear out of Garble.
"Rarity, what happened to you?" Spike said.
“That’s… I’m fine, darling,” she replied, avoiding eye contact. “At the moment we have more pressing matters to attend to. We need to get to the Castle of the Two Sisters right now. Trust me, this is important.”
Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust flew through the air, their wings clashing again and again as both tried to find an opening. They slowly wore each other down, neither one giving the other an angle as they fought.
"You're not going to win, Lightning. Just like last time we will defeat you," Rainbow said.
"No," Lightning Dust said. "This time Rainbow it is you who will lose! Do you know what it was like sitting in canterlot prison for ten years?!”
"It’s your own fault. You shouldn’t have teamed up with Cinch and Sombra," Rainbow Dash said.
"My fault? MY FAULT!" Lightning Dust screamed. "You caused all this, Rainbow! If you had just walked away and never heard Spitfire out any of this would be happening!"
"Lightning, I am sorry for what happened to you. But all the stuff you have done, teaming up with Sombra, Cinch, and Tirek, and then you fillynapped MY SON?!" Rainbow shouted. "I’m sorry Lightning Dust, but there is no turning back from where you have gone."
"Then if I’m going down I will take you with me!" Lightning said.
Then Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust started clashing again, only this time Rainbow Dash was attacking with all of her anger. As the two pegasi battled in the air Wallflower and Applejack where duking it out on the ground.
"Your friends took everything from me! My home, my family, and now I will do the same!" Wallflower shouted.
"Listen Sugarcube, I’m sorry for what happened to your home, and your mom. I know what it’s like to lose family, but Tirek is tricking you," Applejack said.
"No! If anything he showed me the truth!" Wallflower said.
"If anything I can tell you the truth. I am the element of honesty, after all."
"What can you tell me that Tirek can’t?" Wallflower said.
"The honest, proper truth," Applejack said.
"Ok… Where were you the night before the first attack in Ponyville?"
"Me, my wife, my friends, the princesses, and Discord were called on a mission to the Storm King’s old castle."
"Liar!" Wallflower said. "I saw you and your friend near the Everfree! You said that you helped to burn the town down, then you and your wife fucked in the barn!" Wallflower said, blushing a bit.
"I… Ok, well first off that second part NEVER happened. Second off how did Tirek show it to you?" Applejack said.
"He gave me the Mirror of Truth," Wallflower replied.
"Sugarcube, there has never been a Mirror of Truth, but there is The Mirror of Deception," Applejack explained.
Wallflower was frozen in shock. She was tricked, she willfully helped Tirek take over Equestria. "I...But...Oh no, what have I done?!" Then she collapsed and started to cry.
"There there, it's ok, let it all out," Applejack said.
"I’m a traitor to all of Equestria," Wallflower said.
"No, you’re not," Celestia said.
"Princess?" Wallflower said.
"Wallflower, listen to me. I have just lost my niece and soon my home, but none of it is your fault," Celestia said "You, just like Flam and Lightning Dust, are all victims who were lied to and cheated on by Tirek."
"Then what do I do?" Wallflower said.
"You fight!" Applejack said. "And you don't stop ‘till Tirek is gone forever!"
Then Rainbow Dash slammed into the ground five feet away from Wallflower, followed by Lightning Dust softly landing next to her.
"Oh, poor little Dashie," Lightning said. "Looks like love won't save you. Now prepare to..." but before Lighting Dust could say another word a wooden plank was slammed right into her head, knocking her out.
"Take that, bitch!" Applejack said.
"Now who’s the poor one, Dusty?" Rainbow said. "What do we do with her?"
"When Tirek is gone I will see to it personally that she is sent to the deepest cell in Canterlot," Celestia said.
"Rainbow Dash, I’m..." Wallflower said.
"No need, you were tricked and that’s ok," Rainbow said.
"MOM!!" Zap said, running to Rainbow and Applejack.
"ZAP!!"
Rainbow and Applejack raced toward their son, and as they all hugged each other Rainbow Dash was crying.
"Mom, what's wrong?" Zap asked.
"I’m just happy you’re safe, Zap," Rainbow said.
"Ok, as much as this is a happy family reunion and all, we are kinda in the middle of a battle, so can we hurry this up?" Wallflower said.
"She’s right, but what about Zap?" Applejack said. "He’s not safe here."
"I will take him back to Ponyville," Wallflower said. "It's the least I can do."
"But Mom..." Zap said.
"Zap Apple Dash," Applejack said. "You are the bravest, smartest, and best son I could ever have, but right now I need you to be safe."
"Ok mom," Zap said.
"Now go!"
As Wallflower and Zap left the castle Applejack, Rainbow, and Celestia turned to see Luna still guarding Cadence’s body.
"Is… Is she..." Applejack said.
"No, but if we don't get her back to Ponyville soon she will be," Celestia said.
"But we need you and Luna to stay here and help defeat Tirek!" Rainbow said.
"You six have never needed me for everything, just have faith and you will succeed," Celestia said.
"Ok, Thank you Princess," Applejack said, then Luna and Celestia, Carrying Cadence with them, teleported away.
"It looks like your only hope of winning is now gone!" Tirek said, sitting on his throne. "Who can stop me now?"
Meanwhile, Twilight was still standing, looking at the clock counting down until Tirek’s army arrived.
"Twily!!" Pinkie said. "I just got done with Flam, you would not believe how much that pony cries when he’s with his brother!"
Twilight just stood in silence.
"Twily?"
"Pinkie, what’s wrong with Twilight?" Applejack said as she and Rainbow ran to her and Twilight.
“I don't know, she’s just staring at that clock that says five minutes on it.”
"FIVE MINUTES!!" Rainbow and Applejack said.
"Ya, is that bad?" Pinkie said.
"Pinkie, if that clock reaches zero all of Tartarus will break loose!" Rainbow said.
"Oh ya, that does sound bad!" Pinkie said.
"Hahaha," Tirek said. "Face it, without Twilight you are all doomed. To think all I needed to do was kill her friend Smarity!"
"THAT'S RARITY!!!" Rarity said.
"RARITY!!" Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, and Pinkie shouted
"What!? You told me she was dead!" he said, shouting at Cinch.
"It takes more than a few changelings to get rid of me you broot!" Rarity shouted.
"ENOUGH!!" Tirek said. "Even if all six of you are here you still don't have the Elements, so you can't stop me!"
"You are wrong Tirek!" Twilight said. "We may not have the Elements, Rainbow Power, or the princesses, but what we do have is friendship!"
"Friendship will not save you!" Then Tirek used all his power to shoot an Orange beam at the group, but before it hit them it was turned into colored water.
"WHAT!?" Tirek said.
"Miss me?" Discord said.
"DIscord!" Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, and Pinkie shouted.
"And Fluttershy!" Discord said.
Then Fluttershy and Discord flew towards the group and landed next to their friends.
"But that’s impossible!" Cinch said. "How did you break my technology?"
"Because love always finds a way," Discord said, holding Fluttershy’s hoof.
"Enough of this sappy love and friendship stuff!" Tirek said. "If my Minions can't kill you six then I will!"
As an eruption so powerful, so unimaginably massive it shook the entire landscape that was The Castle of the Two Sisters, a mountain peak that rose higher than any other began to tremble, the entirety of its foundation crumbling down as the portal became unstable.
"Twilight, we have to act fast!" Applejack said. "The portal to Tartarus will open if we don't do anything!"
"Ok, here’s the plan," Twilight said. "Rainbow, Applejack, I need you and Discord to distract Tirek. Rarity and Fluttershy will help me with the portal, and Pinkie, I need you to deal with Cinch."
Just then, numerous rocks fell towards the castle from the absolute power of the portal destroying much of the structure. Flame and debris and stone shot outwards and in all directions as the fires from the Castle corroded the skyline, blurring out the sun and bringing forth Hell into Equestria.
"Go, now!" Twilight said, and the groups split up.
"Discord, if you have anything to use on Tirek, now would be a good time!" Rainbow said.
Discord chuckled. "Oh Rainbow Dash, when do I not have something up my sleeve?"
"You really think your parlor tricks will work on me discord?!" Tirek said. "I am the most powerful thing in Equestria right now. What makes you think your magic will do anything?"
Discord blurted out laughing. "How’s this for a parlor trick, Tirek?" He snapped his fingers, and suddenly a giant fist that looked just like Discord's lion paw was hovering above Tirek. Discord brought his hand down and the giant lion paw landed right on Tirek.
"Nice, but that won't hold him," Applejack said.
"AGH!" Tirek shouted as he pushed Discord’s paw out of the way, then Tirek shot an energy blast at Discord; Discord snapped his fingers and teleported just before the blast hit him. Tirek looked above him to see Discord floating in midair. Discord snapped his fingers again just as Tirek was about to shoot him with another blast.
"Not this time, Discord!" Tirek said, but before he could do anything he was trapped in a giant bubble. As he shot more blasts to try and break the bubble, Discord lifted up his hand and the bubble rose above him.
"That should keep him held for a few minutes," Discord said, "but my magic won’t hold him for long. Do you have any ideas?"
"I have one, but I need Tirek to be right below me when I do it," Rainbow said, "so you will have to keep him in one place."
"On it. Let's go, Applejack," Discord said.
"Be careful, sugarcube."
"I will."
The Portal
“Ok, when we get to the portal I need you and Fluttershy to disconnect the timer to the portal while I work on closing it," Twilight said to Rarity.
"On it Darling," Rarity said.
“Pinkie, you need to keep Cinch as far away from the portal as possible until we can close it.”
"Okie Dokie Lokie!"
As the group arrived at the portal Cinch stood at the front ready for all that they would bring her "I will not let you ruin my master's work, not over my dead body" Cinch said
"Oh, Ciiiiinch," Pinkie said, "Is this by any chance important?" Pinkie said holding what appeared to be a remote control
"You idiot, drop that before you get us all killed!" Cinch said
"Pinkie what did you grab?" Twilight said
"Oh, just a remote labeled Shadow Bot Army Controller," Pinkie said. "Why?"
As Twilight, Rarity and Fluttershy stared blankly at Pinkie she gave an award smile "Weee! if you need me, I’ll be playing keep away with Cinch."
Pinkie then started to hop into the forest followed by cinch chasing her on foot.
"Come back here, you delinquent!"
"Well that just happened," Twilight said. "Come on, let's get to work on that portal!”
Tirek’s Throne
As Tirek broke free from the bubble, he was clearly angry.
"I should have killed you when I had the chance, Discord!"
"I get that a lot," Discord said, and picked up Applejack and held her in front of him.
“Discord, what are you doing?!”
“Just stay still,” Discord said. "Hay Tirek!"
"What?"
"Applecore!"
Then for some reason Tirek answered "Baltimare".
"Who’s your friend?"
"Me!" Tirek said pointing at himself then snapping out if the trance he realized what was about to happen. "No wait!"
"Sorry about this, Applejack." Then Discord pulled on Applejack’s tail and thousands of apples came flying out of her mouth and started to continuously hit Tirek.
"AGH!" Tirek said, putting his arms in front of his face.
As Discord put Applejack down she was clearly disoriented.
"Never...Do that again!" she said.
"Duly noted."
"Discord!" Tirek said, then launched himself at Discord.
"Not so fast," Discord said as Tirek hurtled towards him, then snapped his fingers and metal chains came shooting out of the ground, wrapping around Tirek’s arms and legs, pinning him to the ground.
"What is the meaning of this?" Tirek said.
“It’s called a distraction, sweetheart," Discord said, then pointed up at the sky, queuing Rainbow Dash.
"This is for Zap!" Rainbow yelled, then started to fly down at top speed. She could feel the pressure of the sky funneling in as the sky started to form a triangular shape around her, and she could feel her face getting pulled back at the shear pressure. Then, releasing all her energy, she put her hooves in front of her and a Sonic-Rainboom formed behind her and she hurdled right towards Tirek. She put her hoof back and punched Tirek’s right horn and knocked it clean off his head, sending him flying next to the portal.
"Yahoo!" Applejack said as Rainbow landed next to her.
"You did it, Rainbow!" Applejack said, hugging her wife.
"Enough hugging, we have to help Twilight with the portal!" Rainbow said, then she and Applejack ran towards the portal.
The Portal
"Twilight, we got the timer disconnected!" Fluttershy said.
"OK, now all I need to do is unplug the power source."
"Then what?" Rarity said.
"Theoretically the portal should collapse in on itself, dragging anyone with Tartarus-like abilities into it," Twilight said.
"Taking Cinch and Trek with," Rarity said.
"But what about Discord, won't he be taken in as well?" Fluttershy said.
"Yes, I would rather not spend the rest of my life getting tanned. I like my fur just the way it is, thank you," Discord said as he, Rainbow, and Applejack arrived at the portal.
"Discord I need you to go to Canterlot, it is the safest place for you and it is out of the portal’s range," Twilight said
"Ok, on it," Discord said, and turned to Fluttershy. "Be safe."
"I will," she replied, pecking a kiss on Discord’s muscle. Discord snapped his fingers, teleporting him away.
"Ok, where is the power source?" Applejack said.
"It should be right here," Twilight said, pointing to the Elements of Disharmony.
"Hay Giiirls!" Pinkie said, hopping into the group.
"Pinkie, where is Cinch?" Twilight said.
"Oh, I tossed the remote next to Tirek so she should be in a range of the portal."
"How do you...Nevermind, just stand back," Twilight said as she grabbed her Element from the portal. The portal made a sound and turned off for a second, then a loud boom blasted and started to suck the Castle’s debris into it.
"Noooo!" Tirek said, grabbing on to a stone pillar. "I will not go, it is my destiny!"
"Not anymore it ain’t!" Applejack said as she bucked Tirek’s hand, making him let go of the pillar and sucking him into the portal as Cinch followed him.
"I will come back!!" Cinch said as she too was sucked into the portal. Then the portal started to smoke up and make more sounds.
"The portal is going to implode, everypony get back!" Twilight said as she and the girls hid behind a stone pillar. With a large boom the portal exploded, and then everything was quiet.
"Did...did we win?" Fluttershy said.
"We won, yes!!" Rainbow said as the girls had a group hug.
"So, that's it, right?" Applejack said. "There are no more Villains we need to face off against?"
"Nope, and I wouldn't have it any other way," Twilight said.
As the mane 6 walked out of the Everfree Forest they went out to see Ponyville, at least what was left of it. Yet again the buildings were burning and smoke covered the sky.
"Well we won, but at what cost..." Applejack said.
As the group walked around the town they could see that not much had changed from the previous attack. Hospital beds were still in the middle of the street, and blood was still stained into the ground, except that there were a couple of spots of changeling blood now staining the ground as well.
"Twilight!" Starlight said as she ran over to the group. "Did we win? Did we defeat Tirek?"
"Hell yeah we won!" Rainbow said. "We whooped his sorry ass!"
"Rainbow, lang....Ah forget it" Applejack said.
"MOM!" Zap said, running in the direction of Rainbow and Applejack.
"ZAP!" Applejack and Rainbow said running towards Zap. The three ponies met in a hug.
"Mom, I'm so glad you’re ok!"
"Oh Zap, I promise I will never let you alone again," Applejack said.
"Well I wouldn't say never, but yeah, we’ll do a better job at being there," Rainbow said.
"Mom, I saw your sonic rainboom!" Zap said "It was awesome!"
"Yeah I know," Rainbow said.
As the Appledash Family laughed, Fluttershy and Discord were looking over to the castle of Canterlot. "Fluttershy, I'm so sorry if I hurt you. I will never do that again."
"Oh Dissy, I know you would never hurt me on purpose," Fluttershy said. "Especially considering recent events."
"What...What do you mean?" Discord asked, confused.
"Discord, I'm pregnant!" Fluttershy said.
"I’M GOING TO BE A FATHER!!!" Discord said.
"Wooo," Pinkie Pie said, firing off her party cannon. "This calls for a Fluttershy is pregnant party!"
"Pinkie, you are so sweet" Twilight said. "What would I do without you?"
"Probably lock yourself in a library and read books for the rest of your life," Pinkie said, before nuzzling Twilight.
As the rest of the group was with their special somepony, Rarity looked out into the sky of Ponyville, pondering.
"Um, Rarity?" Spike said as he walked over to his injured friend.
"Oh, hello Spike" Rarity said. "I see you have held up well."
"Yeah, the doctor said that I had made a full recovery," Spike said. "Are you doing well?"
"Well, I lost my horn, my eye, and I look horrid," Rarity said. "But other than that, I suppose I’ll manage."
"I'm sorry, Rarity. I know you care about how you look so..." Spike said before getting interrupted by Rarity.
"Spike, I don't depend on my looks to make people like me, I rely on my personality and passion for fashion," Rarity said. "Besides, it's not how I look that bothers me."
"Then what’s wrong?"
"Rainbow has Applejack, Fluttershy Has Discord, Twilight has Pinkie, and you have Ember..." Rarity said "Where is my special somepony?"
"I'm sure you will find your special somepony some day, Rarity," Spike said. "After all, if Twilight can date Pinkie Pie out of all ponies, then anything can happen."
"Yeah, I guess so," Rarity said with a smile.
"Twilight," Celestia said, landing on the hill top.
"She did not make it..." Celestia said, softly sobbing.
"No...." Twilight said, tears falling into her eyes.
1 Week Later
"Princess Cadence, the princess of love, a wife, mother, sister, friend," Twilight said, speaking to the crystal empire with a crystal coffin behind her. "When I first heard that I was going to have an alicorn as a babysitter, I was excited. Little did I know she would soon become my sister-in-law. She sacrificed herself to save Celestia, and for that we all are grateful, but saddened. But as an old Pony saying once went, without sacrifice, there can be no victory," she said, tearing up. "Let Cadence join my brother in the heavens, and let the fallen look over her soul, may she rest in peace.”
As Twilight walked off the podium, she looked as Celestia lit the heart-shaped flame above the castle, then floated the casket to the top of the castle where the crystal heart once was held.
"Twilight, that was a beautiful speech," Celestia said. "Cadence and Shining Armor would be proud of you."
"I know, I just wish I could have been there to see her go," Twilight said. "I will miss her so much," she said crying softly.
"There is something that you can do, however, that will make them even more proud," Celesta said.
"What?"
"Flurry Heart is an orphan, and she will need someone to watch over her," Celestia said. "And you and Pinkie seem like you could handle it."
"But, what about the Crystal Empire?" Twilight said. "Flurry Heart is only 10, but she still will need to take her mother’s place."
"Actually, we have made a decision about that," Celesta said. "Luna has volunteered to rule the Crystal Empire until flurry is of age."
"But that will make you rule Equestria by yourself. You have not done that since Nightmare Moon was banished."
"It will be lonely, yes, but I will manage myself," Celestia said. "Will you take the task, Twilight?"
"I will. Pinkie and I will be great step parents," Twilight said.
"Good, I will tell Flurry to pack her things so she can move to Ponyville," Celestia said.
1 day later
As the sun rose in the east, Rainbow Dash knew today would be an awesome day. She was probably the happiest mare alive, and in her eyes at least, she had everything: her dream job, her wife and son who where always by her side, what more could she want?. So far, her life was perfect.
As she got out of her bed, she looked to her left and saw Applejack sleeping in the messy bed that she had just gotten out of. She looked outside and recalled that she had to meet Spitfire to give her old job back. As she went down the crystal stairs of the Castle of Friendship, she could hear Zap in the living room playing with Flurry Heart.
"Hay Aunt Dash!" Flurry Heart said. "Where are you going?"
"Yeah, where are you going, mom?" Zap said.
"I'm off to work, your mom will be up shortly. Make yourself some breakfast, I will be back soon," Rainbow said.
"Ok, mom!" Zap said.
As she opened the door she saw that the sky was an orange color, which meant it was super early, so it would not hurt if she took her time. Before she could close the door a voice called her name.
"Rainbow, wait up!" Applejack said, holding the door open. "Leaving without saying goodbye?"
"Oh, sorry Jackie," Rainbow said, kissing her wife. As she looked at her face, she just stared at her wife.
"Is something wrong, Dashie?" Applejack said.
"Nothing, its just we have been through so much. Nightmare Moon, Sombra, Tirek, Cinch, The Storm King, Lightning Dust. I'm just worried that next time....."
"One of us won’t come back," Applejack said.
"Yeah," Rainbow said.
"Listen, you and I have survived worse, and yes, our job is dangerous, but let's not focus on the future, let's focus on what is happening right now. After all, we have a son to watch," Applejack said. "And who knows, maybe we might want to expand the family."
"Well, I have been thinking about that too," Rainbow said. "But I'm not having it."
"Oh yes you are. I had Zap and you’re having the next one," Applejack said.
"First one to the train station has to have the Baby?" Rainbow said.
"You’re on!" Applejack said.
As the two lovers ran to the station they both knew, life truly was beautiful.
As Lightning Dust sat in the Canterlot dungeon, she thought about her next escape plan.
"Ok, if I can bribe a guard then I can maybe get out in 2 or 3 years," she said to herself. She was literally in the worst situation she could be in. Twice now she had tried and failed to get revenge at Dash for all she had done to her, and now she was stuck in the worst place yet. "Now, as for how I am going to get revenge on that stupid filly-fooler and her family, how about a murder and I frame it on her, or I could kill the wife and ruin her marriage!"
"Oh, but why not do both?" a voice said. "And so much more, after..."
"Who is there, show yourself!" Dust said.
As the figure came out of the darkness, she could clearly see he was not of pony origin. He was a small blue and gray ram with a bell attached to his neck.
"You are Lightning Dust, correct?" the ram said.
"Yeah, what's it to you?!" Dust said.
"I am looking for somepony to help me conquer Equestria, and you look like just the pony I need," the ram said.
"Yeah, sure," Dust said. "Sorry to break the news to you, but Tirek already tried that and you can see where that ended up."
"Oh, but this time I have something even the powerful Tirek did not have," the ram said.
"Yeah let me guess, some magic weapon or item that can be found but only by the cruelest of hearts," Dust said.
"No," the ram said before pulling out a severed white horn with dry blood on it. "This will do the trick."
"Is that..."
"Yes, one of the element bearer’s horns, and with my magic, I can make you into something extraordinary,"
"On what condition?"
"You will have to come with me to my home for 5 years to train and harness your magic, then you and I will be ready," the ram said.
As the sun rose from Canterlot, everyone was happy to know that Tirek and his accomplices were defeated. Equestria was damaged, sure, but everyone could sleep peacefully. Except for one man, Yellow Thunder. Last year he was made the manager of the Equestrian History Museum, but this night he was uneasy.
"I am so close, I can just feel it," Yellow Thunder said. He was sitting at his desk looking through some old historical papers. "Wonderbolts Assassin, no. The Founding of the Three Tribes, no. Aha, here it is. Let's see… Canterlot is proud to welcome the Prince of Gold, Son of.....SWEET LUNA!" He nearly jumped out of his seat. "After all this time... I must see Celestia at once." But before he could open the door a blue light shone through the door window.
"Hello?" Yellow Thunder said.
The blue light just stared at him ominously. "Is somepony there?" Then he opened the door and then stood back at the metal monster in front of him.
The creature that stood before Yellow Thunder was something that he had never seen before. It was a strange metallic being with a dome-like top, an eye that extended like a telescope, several metallic circles on its body, and a suction cup and a strange rod, resembling a stretched egg beater, sticking out from its front chest.
"What in the name of Celestia?" breathed the surprised Yellow Thunder. The creature turned towards Yellow and approached him, moving along the floor as if it had wheels for feet.
"WHAT IS MY CURRENT DESTINATION?!" asked the creature with a loud, metallic voice. "EXPLAIN! EXPLAIN!"
"You're...you're...you're in Equestria."
"EQUESTRIA?! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A PLANET!"
"Oh...it's not a planet. It's a country...though a very large country. Our planet is named Gaia."
"GAIA?! THERE IS NO SUCH PLANET!"
"But...but there is. You're...standing on it."
The creature turned around in a circle and pointed its telescopic eye up to the ceiling. Yellow Thunder felt incredibly uncomfortable around the creature and desperately wanted to walk past it
"Well...if you don't mind, sir, I'm just going to head off on my way," he choked. The creature seemed to ignore him and took it as a silent goodbye. He prepared to continue walking when a strange cloud of golden gas flew towards them. Yellow Thunder noticed that it came from the open window and he wondered what it was. The creature caught sight of the dust and watched as it disappeared into thin air. Yellow Thunder shrugged his shoulders and prepared to leave but the creature got in his way.
"WHAT?! WHAT?! THE DOCTOR?! THE DOCTOR IS HERE?!" it screamed.
"Well...there are many doctors, but there is a pony by the name of Doctor in Ponyville¨ Yellow Thunder said.
"WHERE IS THIS PONYVILLE?!"
"It's that town just north of Canterlot."
"THE DOCTOR IS THERE?!"
"Well like I said there is a doctor. I think he prefers going by Time Turner though."
"LIAR! LIAR! YOU WILL TELL ME! YOU WILL TELL ME WHERE THE DOCTOR IS!"
"I don't know who or what you're looking for and, if you don't mind, I'll just be on my way!"
Yellow Thunder turned away from the creature and began to walk away when it aimed the metal rod on its chest at him.
"EXTERMINATE!¨ cried the creature
Before he could react, a beam of green light shot out of the rod and hit Yellow Thunder. He screamed in agony and then dropped to the ground, dead. The creature turned away from his body and looked at the rising sun.
