Charming Thunder and Danny Eclipse must work together to stop the vamponies before the prophecy comes true.
The prophecy will soon end the light of the sun and bring the Solar Eclipse is upon the two brothers. Charming Thunder along with his brother, Danny Eclipse will work together to stop the vamponies and their lord from making it happen. Will this be the end of Equestria or will the Consortium and the Equestrian Empire triumph over them.
Peace between the Equestrian Empire and the Phantom Consortium has been established. Charming Thunder reunites with his long lost brother and both wield medallions of Cybertronian warriors.
A few weeks after the day of Danny's wedding, Twilight and her friends discovered a map in the castle and has set out to a location that was marked on it.
Meanwhile, Danny trains Charming Thunder on wielding the powers of the medallion without knowing that something has happened to the Mane 6....
Danny and Charming Thunder were using vibro blades that looked like swords. They kept on clashing, not losing an inch of ground. When they were about to clash, something popped in Danny's mind and he heard voices in a distant. "I don't blame you for what you tried to do here today," a female voice said. "You've spent your whole lives thinking those marks are a good thing." The next thing he heard was Twilight's voice. It sounded angry.
"Give them back to us or you will regret it!" Twilight's voice demanded.
"Well, now you can spend the rest of your lives here with us! And we'll teach you just how much better life can be without your cutie marks!"
"Just you wait Starlight!" Rainbow's voice threatened. "Danny Eclipse and Charming Thunder will notice our disappearance and you won’t live to see the light of day again when Danny gets his hooves on you!"
"Let them come, they will suffer the same fate like you." Danny's vision ended as his eyes glowed purple. His eyes returned to reality as Charming Thunder stared at him.
"Danny, you ok?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Twilight and the others are in trouble," Danny said.
"Are you sure!?"
"Would I ever lie to you Charming? I saw a vision of them, a vision of the force. I know they are in trouble."
"Do we know where they are?"
"No…but I bet Spike does."
"Time to go pay Spike a visit." Danny nodded and left with his brother, taking the Rogue Shadow together since traveling as a group is a good idea.

The Rogue Shadow arrived at Ponyville landing at near Twilight’s Castle. Charming Thunder and Danny got out and entered to find Spike. They found him in a castle and went over to him to chat. "Spike, do you know where Twilight and the others are at?" Charming Thunder asked.
"I think so…there is a map of Equestria inside the castle," Spike replied.
"A map?" Spike lead Charming Thunder and Danny to where the throne room would be at and they see a large table that had an auto projection of Equestria on it. There was a glowing signal on the map and they took a closer look at it. When they finished, they rushed back to the Rogue Shadow and began to travel to the location at fast speeds.

The Rogue Shadow landed near a town that was position to an equal sign. Danny was confused and they went down to see what was going on. He looked around at the locals as they walked in, not trusting anyone. They all kept saying “Welcome” and when Charming was about to reply, Danny stopped him. "Don’t talk to them," Danny said in a cautious tone. "I trust them as much as I can throw them. Something fishy is going on and I don’t like it." They kept walking around, they kept saying “Welcome” but they ignored them.
Charming Thunder and Danny came across a house that had two ponies guarding a door and some banging against the door was going on. Danny didn’t think about it but his heart kept telling him to investigating it. They kept going until we came across a white earth pony. "Welcome to our town," the earth pony said.
"We are pleased to come but we came in urgency."
"Why?"
"Well, my brother here-" Charming Thunder said.
"That’s classified." Charming Thunder looked at Danny in confusion as he leaned in to whisper.
"In my vision, I heard the name “Starlight” and I think they may be connected to her. We can’t give them any information until they are trustworthy." Charming Thunder knew what he meant and nodded in agreement.
"Our business is our own. Who are you?"
"I’m Double Diamond and I’m the 2nd in charge here," the earth pony replied.
"Can you take us to the leader of this town?" Danny asked.
"Our leader is Starlight Glimmer. I would gladly take you to her."
"Do take us. I’m dying to meet her in person." Double Diamond began to walk Danny and Charming Thunder to Starlight’s house. Charming Thunder knew that this was going to be bad.

Arriving at Starlight's house, Double Diamond knocks on the door. "Starlight, we have visitors!" he shouted. He walked inside as they followed him. The door opened, revealing a light lavender unicron. She had purple mane with teal headline. She had purple eyes and Danny recognized her from his vision. "Starlight, these two wanted to talk to you."
"Welcome to our town, strangers," Starlight greeted. "We are glad to have you here." Danny's medallion began to glow as he recognized her voice.
"So…YOU are Starlight," Charming Thunder said.
"Yes, I am. Can I give you a tour?"
"You can take us to our friends, Starlight, unless you want to die," Danny said in mixer of normal and demonic voice. Starlight gasped and began to back up. Purple markings began to spread around his body and his eyes turned purple. Charming Thunder stood back and did not interfere.
"I can take you to your friends. They are up at the Cutie Mark Vault and I’ll gladly take you there." Danny's markings began to subside, but his eyes remained purple. Starlight began to lead them away from town.
Charming Thunder leaned in to Danny and whispered, "Something's not right here."
"I will put you in charge on this one," Danny replied.

Danny, Charming Thunder, and Starlight arrive at a cave and went inside. There was a massive glass wall containing cutie marks. Danny and Charming Thunder were shocked to see so many cutie marks. They then saw the cutie marks of the Mane 6. Anger began to grow in Danny. They looked around with the Mane 6 nowhere to be found. They noticed Starlight however at some sort of staff. They lifted it with her magic and began to hold it. "Behold the Staff of Sameness," Starlight said. "We use it to separate our Cutie Marks. It was a great mage Meadowbrook's one of nine enchanted items. Do you want to see how it works?" Before Charming Thunder and Danny could reply, she fired the staff at them. Charming Thunder pushed Danny out of the way and got hit by it. He was struggling as his Cutie Mark was being taken away. Danny watched and smirked as Starlight threw Charming Thunder's cutie mark into the vault and on Charming Thunder’s flank became an equal sign. Starlight looked at Danny with a grin and said darkly, "Your turn."
"Try on me, I dare you," Danny said taunting Starlight. "I promise you that I’m not going to join you."
"Danny, run!" Charming Thunder shouted.
"No way!" Starlight fired the power of the staff at me and it hit Danny. Charming Thunder saw Danny not struggling as the power didn’t faze Danny. Starlight gasped when she saw what was going on. His cutie mark was not moving at all or being torn off like the others. Diamond and Charming Thunder gasped in shock as well.
"Impossible! Your Cutie Mark-"
"I’m no ordinary pony. I’m a Halfa!"
"Halfa?"
"Halfa! Half Pegasus, Half Ghost!" Everyone in the cave gasped. Charming Thunder wasn’t surprised but wondered why being a Halfa was so important. "You see…back when I was a no more than a foal, I didn’t have a cutie mark back then. My mother, Princess Luna, became Nightmare Moon when I was no more than four years old. After Princess Celestia banished her to the moon, Clockwork came to make a request. He offer to train me to ready myself to defend Equestria. But the only way to learn Ghost Power was to become a Halfa. I became a Halfa at the age of four. When you become a halfa, your appearance becomes permanent, meaning that I would NEVER have a Cutie Mark! So, Clockwork improvised and tattooed a Cutie Mark to my flank so when I grow up, I wouldn’t be a blank flank in public. Don’t you get it? WHEN BECOMING A HALFA, I WOULD NEVER GET MY CUTIE MARK!! MY TATTOOED CUTIE MARK IS FOR SHOW, I’M A BLANK FLANK FOREVER UNDERNEATH!!!" Starlight got worried even more with every savoring word Danny said. They all gasped. The staff couldn’t work on blank flanks and his cutie mark was tattooed, not earned. Starlight began to notice that she lost the advantage she had before. "Also, nice idea by the way. Using a made up piece of wood to make it look like it is an actual staff."
"What?"
"I learned from Clockwork, Master of Time and he has all the knowledge of Equestria. I’ve learned of everything about relics in Equestria. And the ‘Staff of Sameness’ is NOT an Equestrian Relic." With that being said, Danny fired a ghost ray at the stick, destroying it. "I’m not stupid, you know. Now, you ARE going to tell me where our friends are at OR I’ll make you tell me."
"You won’t break me."
"I don’t need to break you. I can overshadow you and see into your mind." Danny grinned and jumped at Starlight. His body began to glow as he turned into clear and I entered her body. She shivered as he looked into her memories and everything. When he came out, he was smiling. "Thank you for your cooperation. By the way, how about I get rid of that makeup you have coving your cutie mark?" Starlight gasped as Danny's eyes turned icy blue and fired an ice beam at her flank and then melt it with some ectoplasm fire that got rid of the fake cutie mark, revealing her TRUE cutie mark. Diamond and Charming Thunder gasped as Starlight began to back up. "If you aren’t an equal, so can your other villagers." Danny looked at the vault and fired an ecto-energy ball at it, destroying the glass. Starlight used her magic to catch Charming Thunder and the Mane 6’s Cutie Marks and put them into jars and she began to take off. "Go to the others. They are in town in a house that are guarded by two stallions and the door locked. Tell the villagers what has transpired here and tell them: Starlight is a traitor." Charming Thunder nodded and took off as Danny took off after Starlight, running and not flying to make it more challenging. Charming Thunder began to head into town to tell the villagers.

Charming Thunder arrived at the village and saw the villagers with their cutie marks back. "Listen, everypony," Charming Thunder announced. "You have been deceived by Starlight. Free my friends and we will help you catch Starlight."
"We will fight for you," one of the villagers said as one of the others opened the door letting out Twilight and the others. Twilight saw Charming Thunder and rushed to him. She then gave him a hug as he returned the hug.
"What are you doing here?" Twilight said. "What happened to your cutie mark?"
"Is Danny alright?" Rainbow asked.
"Starlight has taken our cutie marks and Danny is after Starlight as we speak. If we hurry, we can catch her." Charming Thunder and his friends ran to the direction where Danny is heading hoping to catch up to him.

As Charming Thunder and his friends walked on a path, they saw their cutie marks flying towards them and rejoined their owner's flanks. Charming Thunder smiled as he began to run along the path. He then came across a bright purple glow ahead and stopped. The glow faded to reveal a giant robot as Starlight became terrified. "This is new to me...and I like it," Danny's robotic voice said. Danny then looked up and fired the cannon on his arm towards the top of the cave entrance. He then returned to his normal form and looked at Starlight. "Run away, Starlight. Run. Run away and never return.” Starlight began to run into the cave with fear. When she was inside, Charming Thunder and the others walked up to Danny. Rainbow Dash hugged him as he hugged her back.
"We saw the transformation," Charming Thunder said. "How did you do that?"
"I don’t know…but I have the feeling that it’s important. Come on, let’s go home." The group nodded and began to walk away from the cave. Danny looked back and smiled as he remembers where to find Starlight whenever she may be needed.
The next day after the cutie mark incident, Danny was in his transformer form and testing out its capabilities. His riot cannon was very powerful. He transformed into his vehicle form and looked like an alien tank. He shot a nearby tree and destroyed it completely. He returned to his normal form grinned at the smoking ashes of the tree. He sees Charming Thunder approaching and he was awestruck from the destroyed tree. "How can you transform and I can’t?" Charming Thunder asked in confusion and anger.
"Well, I don’t know how to…but I think you need to establish a connection to Primus," Danny explained. "Time for some meditation, Charming Thunder." Charming Thunder nodded and they began to walk towards outskirts of Ponyville.

Charming Thunder and Danny arrived at the outskirts and Danny laid a blanket down on the ground along with two cushions. H sat on one cushion while Charming Thunder sat on the other cushion. "Now, the objective here today is to look into the medallion and establish a connection to Primus’ power," Danny said. "To achieve the power, you must look through the knowledge of the primes and speak with Primus directly. Knowing Primus from Unicron, he will be willing to offer you some power but there are times when you take the power by force. I know you aren’t the violent type when power is needed but you must take the power by force and combined it to your very being. If you have to, fight Primus, face-to-face. I’ll be there to help you when you most need it." Charming Thunder nods as Danny puts his hoof on the medallion. Charming Thunder closed his eyes and began to focus on the medallion in his mind.

Charming Thunder appeared next to Danny as they opened their eyes. They found themselves in a magical place. They began to walk forward, passing all types of words, memories, etc. They arrived at a giant chamber with Primus himself in the center. Behind him was the Matrix of Leadership, on the wall with all of its glory. "Remember; you must fight Primus if he doesn’t give you direct connection to his very might," Danny said. "Hopefully, we won’t need to fight. But if we must, then you will know that I will have your back." Charming Thunder nodded and began to walk towards Primus. He found some sort of hovercraft and managed to get on it to talk to Primus, face-to-face.
"Hello my champion," Primus greeted. "What can I do for you today?"
"Primus, I need to establish a direct link with your power," Charming Thunder requested. "You are holding me back and I demand to know why."
"I fear that you will misuse my power and you will use it for your own self desires. I’ve already seen your dark side and I feared that you will fall for that again. That’s why I refuse to give you the power required."
"But Danny has unlocked his power and he hasn’t misused it yet. Besides, I’ve shown you countless times that I won’t fall for selfish desires."
"Still…I can’t let you have this power." Charming Thunder was angry. Not only did Primus not trust him but Primus won’t even allow him to further his grip on the power. Charming Thunder wasn’t power hungry but if Primus won’t allow him to access the power of Level 3 and transformation, he knew he would have to take if by force. He looked towards Danny and nods. He nodded back and flew up to him. Primus was surprised to see Danny in the medallion. "What is the meaning of this!?"
"If you won’t give the power willingly, then we shall take it by force, Primus," Danny said. "Charming WILL have access to that power if you like it or not!" Primus laughed at the empty threat. However, he regretted it when he summoned the Dark Star Saber, jumped at him, and slashed at him. Primus was pushed back slightly. Charming Thunder summons the Star Saber and the two of us ready ourselves for battle.
"You think you can come here to take whatever you like!?"
"You refused to allow access so our only way to control it is by enforcing restrains on you. We tried to be diplomatic but if you allow access then we will have to MAKE access. Charming, get to the Matrix of Leadership. I’ll handle Primus with Unicron." Charming Thunder nods as Danny transformed to his robot form. He jumped and landed on a platform. He fired his riot cannon at Primus, which hit him square. Primus growled with rage and attacks him. He dodged the attack and noticed that Charming was running to the Matrix while Primus was distracted. Primus was about to attack again until Danny began to radiate with dark energy. Primus attacks as Danny summons a Dark Energy Mace and managed to hit the massive hand, cracking the metal on it. Primus roared with rage and Danny jumped down and landed on Primus’ shoulder. He began to run up to his head and Primus was trying to grab him. He evaded the hands and his hands began to glow purple as the purple energy formed into Hammers. Charming Thunder approached the Matrix's core and it grabbed him. He was being pulled by the center of the core. Charming Thunder came out after a few seconds, the power fused into his very being. Blue markings were all over Charming Thunder and he erupted into a blue light. When the light dimmed, standing there was a new Charming Thunder. He was now a transformer. He looked like a combination of a truck and tank transformer. He was red with some yellow streaks on him. The Autobot logo was on his chest and Danny grinned at his appearance. Charming Thunder gave out a roar of power and saw his blue energy markings light up to that roar. Charming Thunder looks at us and Danny nods to his direction. Primus began to get up, angry clear on his face. Danny jumped to Charming Thunder's side and Primus stared at the both of them.
"You arrogant fools!!" Primus shouted. "I’ll destroy you here and now!!" Primus looked ready to squish them but both Danny and Charming Thunder had different ideas. Danny transformed into his vehicle form and fired his cannon at Primus’ foot, cracking it and making him fall backwards. Charming Thunder's right arm transformed into a Neutron Assault Rifle and he jumped up. He began to open fire at Primus’ head and Danny returned to his robot form. Danny jumped up and landed on a platform. He shot Primus' chest again and hit him again, cracking the wound more. They stopped and looked at the exhausted Primus.
"We beat you on fair ground," Danny said. "You know the rules Primus and now you must follow them."
"What rules?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Of course Primus never told you. Unicron told me AFTER I beat him in fair game." When Charming Thunder was about to reply, they heard Primus chuckling and they looked at him.
"I knew he wouldn’t give you the power willingly. You took it by force, didn’t you?"
"Yes. You see, Charming, there is a pair of rules that Gods must follow. If the god loses to his Champion, the god has to offer complete and total support to their champion against their will. Primus still helps you, but now he is at your mercy. Primus is forced to give you the power you require. Now, we must continue our training to expand our power. And they can’t hold us back anymore. Come now, let us leave. The portal is back where we came from." Charming Thunder nodded and they went into vehicle form. Charming Thunder's look like a truck combined with a tank. They made it to the portal and entered.

Danny and Charming Thunder opened their eyes to see that they are still in their normal forms. Danny smiled and said, "Now that we got that out of the way. Ready for some training?"
A few days later, Charming Thunder and Danny finally achieved total control over their medallion’s powers. They did some more training on their transformer form and when they believed they were finished, they returned to Canterlot to see how the search for the Vampony Empire was going. Charming Thunder and Danny came into the throne room. There was a change as they saw only two main thrones. They see a guard approaching them. "Guard, what has happened to the throne room?" Danny asked.
"The Princesses of the Sun and Moon saw fit to make the Counsel of Royalty in a new room," the guard replied. "We finished it yesterday and the Princesses are waiting for you two, King of Harmony and King of Insanity."
"Wait! ‘King of Insanty’?" Charming Thunder asked.
"While Charming Thunder is the King of Harmony because of the Mane 6 being loyal to him, Princess Brutalight demanded he be titled the King of Insanity."
"I don’t know if I should be honored or fearful," Danny said. The guard began to lead them to the new royalty meeting. They arrived in a few short minutes and they see what has changed. In the center of the room, there was a giant round table. Above it was a holographic globe that made a holographic map down on the table. They see several different thrones at once. There was a yellow throne that had Celestia's cutie mark on the top of it. To the left of it was a blue throne that had Luna’s cutie mark on the top of it. To the right of the sun throne, there was a pink throne that had Cadance’s cutie mark on the top of it. There were other thrones too, all different types. There was Twilight’s Throne located next to Cadance’s throne, Charming Thunder’s throne located next to Twilight, Brutalight’s throne located next to Luna’s throne, Danny's throne located next to Charming Thunder's throne, Rainbow's throne located next to Danny's throne, and both Meta’s and Chrysalis’s thrones located between Rainbow and Brutalight’s thrones. Twilight’s throne was lavender and her cutie mark was on the top of it, Charming Thunder's throne was red and his cutie mark was on top of it, Brutalight’s throne was dark lavender to purple and her cutie mark was on the top of it, Danny's throne was black and it had his cutie mark on top of it, Rainbow’s throne was cyan and her cutie mark was on the top of it, and both Meta and Chrysalis’s thrones were green and on top of it was the Changeling symbol on them. Everyone was sitting at the thrones and both Danny and Charming Thunder joined them.
"Glad you could join us, Danny and Charming," Celestia said.
"It’s OK. So, tell us of the situation."
"We believe that we have located them," Meta said.
"Where are they?" Charming Thunder asked.
"They are located far out to sea, on the other side of the planet, near the Argonian Tribes," Chrysalis reported. "There is a lonely island where technology doesn’t exist. However, we discovered that there is an invisible magical barrier that prevents technology ships to get through, only shuttles and fighters."
"So our fleets is useless against them?"
"It would seem so."
"Then we fight them the old fashion: with our blasters, swords, and lightsabers," Rainbow said.
"If we march now, we won’t win," Danny said.
"What do you propose?" Luna asked.
"Vamponies are better at status than normal ordinary ponies. We need to fight fire with fire."
"How shall we take this action?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Well, I’ve been out of contact with my Sith Masters for a long time now. I believe they can help me with something. I can train an army of Sith Warriors and Sith Inquisitors."
"Keep going."
"Sith Warriors were warriors who fought with a lightsaber and has almost zero connection to the force. A Sith Warrior’s skills with a lightsaber are unrivaled. Driving at their enemies with strong, crushing blows, the Warrior quickly beats his foes into submission or death. Though the lightsaber is the Warrior’s primary method of attack, he also uses his dark command of the Force to paralyze, terrify, and kill. Protected by heavy armor and his powers of intimidation, the Warrior wades into the thick of the fight and unleashes pure hatred and fury to eliminate all who would stand against him. That is why I think we need warriors to help our cause."
"Normally I would disagree with the idea," Celestia replied uncomfortably. "But first, let us hear of these ‘Sith Inquisitors’."
"Ah, yes. They prefer to use the Force instead of using a lightsaber. The Inquisitor fights with unlimited fury to create a storm of destruction. Expertise in conducting Force energies further allows Inquisitors to draw upon the life essence of themselves and others. This energy can be channeled to bolster their powers, harm their foes, and even to reinvigorate their allies. An Inquisitor’s skills with a Lightsaber are equally impressive. Often wielding a double-bladed Lightsaber, Inquisitors use quick, guileful, and lethal maneuvers to strike their enemies down with astonishing speed."
"I don’t like Sith Warriors but the Sith Inquisitor sound useful enough," Luna said.
"Perhaps Jedi is more suitable? There are Jedi Kinghts and Jedi Consular."
"Do tell more, I want to hear this," Charming Thunder replied interested.
"The Jedi Knight’s graceful movements are awesome to behold. Freezing a moment in this display captures the deep commitment underlying the Jedi’s dazzling abilities. Though a Jedi Knight’s life is filled with battle and adventure, the Knight’s heart is dedicated to peace and service. An ironic observation to some, but greater wisdom suggests it is the Jedi Knights’ humble devotion which makes them so likely to become such famous heroes. The Jedi Knight enjoys the benefit of ancient teachings that have been passed down through hundreds of generations. Combining these time-tested maneuvers with the natural guidance of the Force, the Knight is capable of achieving extraordinary feats."
"We can use Jedi Knights for our offensive army."
"In a more peaceful age, Jedi Consulars may have humbly dedicated their lives to service as keepers of Jedi lore or as ambassadors in service to the Republic—tasks for which Consulars are uniquely qualified. However, as the shadow of the Empire has spread further across the galaxy, Consulars have stepped up to face the darkness on the front lines of battle as often as they’ve faced it when exploring the mysteries of the Force. Jedi Consular fights with an open conduit for the Force; manipulating massive forces to disable or even destroy their enemies."
"It’s hard, that’s for sure," Celestia said.
"Here is an idea. Charming will gather a group of individuals who are worthy of Jedi Knights and Jedi Consulars while I gather a group of individuals to become Sith Warriors and Sith Inquisitors."
"A well suited plan if I say so myself," Luna said.
"I do have to make a request. Normally I would allow the Mane 6 to allow such access, but these powers may be too much for them. Believing something else isn’t a good sign of friendship."
"I would object, but I do see the logic in that," Twilight said.
"Me too," Brutalight added.
"Alright, now that we got that out of the way. I was thinking that maybe we can train a special unit for us."
"What do you mean?" Cadence asked.
"I was thinking of a whole different and secret class known as the ‘Imperial Agents’. From what Revan had told me: Reconnaissance images of Imperial Agents are rare; between their varied disguises and stealth enhanced battle-gear, they can be hard to spot. If there is anything remarkable about their habits, patterns, and appearances it’s that they can change at any time. Many of the tasks set before the Imperial Agent call for a high degree of subversion and infiltration into hostile organizations, so it’s a safe bet that if they aren’t with their friends, they’re probably with their enemies. They relying on range, surprise, and an arsenal of state-of-the-art gadgets and weaponry, the Imperial Agent enter battle with a confident strategy. Though striking from a distance or from the shadows plays to the Agent’s strengths, a well-equipped operative is more than capable of evading his enemies when necessary or moving in close to quietly slide a blade between an opponent’s ribs. Whether on a solo mission or working in conjunction with a strike team, this operative keeps a finger on the right button for almost any situation."
"You know; having them could give us the field advantage," Charming Thunder said. "What race do we recommend for Imperial Agents?"
"The Changelings."
"What!?" Chrysalis and Meta replied in unison.
"Changelings have traits similar to the Imperial Agent. Besides, I’ve worked with changelings in the past. Who says they can’t do a job right?"
"Are you sure?" Meta asked.
"I’m sure."
"Well, not that we got that, let us proceed with our plans," Celestia said.
"I’ll return to Ponyville with Charming and we can find a location there where we can build our shrines."
A few days later after the meeting, Danny's ship arrived to the Crystal Empire and landed on a platform. Danny got up to meet Charming Thunder and Cadence. He came over to hug Cadence and hoof bumped Charming Thunder. They began to walk to the castle. So, how shall we reclaim it?" Danny asked.
"Well, after I supposedly eradicated the treacherous knights, I think some draconequus from Slade’s old force had retreated here for refuge," Charming Thunder replied. "I’ve prepared a fleet to retake the temple."
"I have an idea for them. We can hand them over to the changelings."
"Why? Cadence asked.
"We can strengthen our alliance with the changelings this way. Also, I think Charming promised draconequus prisoners but never did fulfill the promise, I think." They entered and prepared for the attack.
"I’ve been in the temple before and you haven’t, Danny," Charming Thunder said. "So, if we are taking prisoners, we need a team who can use stun blasters and won’t get killed easily."
"I got some boys who didn’t die and were under my command during the Lunar Wars: Varilar, Thedrilith, and Lumylar. They will help us on the mission." Charming Thunder responded with a nod.
"Alright. Me, you, and your three other members will handle this operation with care." Danny nodded and went to call the three to them.

A shuttle landed on one of the Crystal Temple landing platforms. The group came out of the shuttle and began to advance to the doors. Varilar was a Pegasus Pony; yellow coat with some red war paint markings on him. He had black mane and tail, his eyes were emerald green. His cutie mark was a shield and sword with a few drops of blood on the shield. Thedrilith was a unicorn pony; green coat, yellow mane and tail, his eye color was teal, and his cutie mark was a cauldron with some elixirs around the cauldron. Finally was Lumylar, she was a changeling. Lumylar had black chitin but her shell, eye color, and wing color was pink. "Let’s get moving," Danny said as he pulled out a blaster and handed it to Charming Thunder. He took it and Danny took out his twin blaster pistols. "Remember: Stun only, no killing." The group nodded and went inside and moved in the shadows. They spotted some draconequuses and Danny got behind them and stun the two together. Lumylar used her changeling spit and goo them to the ground, unable to move. They continued on and began to look around and hardly seen any action around.
"I’m getting a bad feeling about this, sir," Varilar said.
"Me too. It’s almost too quiet for comfort."
"We need to press forward," Charming Thunder added. The group moved on and ran into some more draconequus and found a secret chamber. When they went inside, they saw something different. A pony, an argonian, a spectral shadow, and a draconequus.
"My master wishes to have the remaining draconequuses to join our cause," the pony said in a dark voice.
"We will join you if we get our revenge against Charming Thunder!" the draconequus replied.
"The Argonians will back you up," the argonian replied. "We had no love for Equestria."
"Lord Harkon will be pleased to hear this," the pony replied. Danny almost gasped. Charming Thunder noticed his gesture as he grew angry in expression. So, Harkon was back and he is behind this. Danny came out of the shadows but motion the others to stay hidden. They see him and stood ready but the pony stopped them and kneeled. "Prince Danny, you have come."
"Identify yourself, Vampony," Danny ordered.
"Messenger Harper, my liege."
"Who is he?" the argonian asked.
"He is Nightmare Moon’s son and heir to the Vampony Throne!" The other representatives gasped in shock and kneeled to Danny. He kept a calm head and held the authority.
"You mention Harkon, am I to understand that my mother’s second in command is alive?" Danny asked.
"Yes, my lord. We thought you turned your back against us."
"No, I haven’t. I never knew that I held relationships to Nightmare Moon until recently when I discovered my fangs. I’ve already had my first blood and I have a mate."
"That-that’s wonderful news, my lord!"
"Harper, who are these representatives?"
"My name is Scales, leader of the Argonian Tribes," Scales said.
"They call me Doom," Doom said.
"My name is Red Claw," the draconequus replied.
"Pleasure to meet you all," Danny replied.
"The Argonian and Spectral Shadow Empires have joined the Vampony Empire," Harper said. "The Draconequus have joined us just now."
"Excellent. Head out but do not tell Harkon of my appearance here. Charming, my foolish brother, thinks I’m with him to the end. I’ll pass information on their movements but I want you to keep me informed on Harkon’s movements."
"Yes sir! The Vampony Era will come at last!" Danny gave a false smile as they left, but Red Claw remained behind. He pulled out a pistol and stunned Red Claw and he fell to the ground. Charming Thunder and the others came out, awestruck on what just happened.
"Sorry for any insults, Charming. I needed to make it look real. At least we now have an informant on the Vampony Side. But now we have to wage war with the Spectral Shadows and Argonians."
"We need to finish up and tell the princesses immediately," Charming Thunder said.
"We just got out of a war and we go into a more global war now."
"No rest for the wicked?" Danny laughed with Charming Thunder and then began to finish the rest of the draconequuses in the temple.

The group waited for the Changeling Prison Ship and it came. Meta and Chrysalis came down to see them. "What do you want and why did you tell us to bring a prison ship?" Chrysalis asked.
"We were hoping to strengthen our alliance with each other by giving you a new love source," Danny said and pointed towards the door and an army of chained draconequuses came out. Chrysalis and Meta eyed them widely and smiled.
"Consider our alliance strengthen, King Charming and Emperor Danny," Meta said with glee. Danny smiled as a group of Changelings began to board the slaved draconequuses and him and Charming Thunder watched as they left.
"Now that is out of the way, time to discuss with the princesses."
Charming Thunder, the princesses, the Mane 6, Meta, and Chrysalis were at the mega factory with Danny. Everyone besides Danny was in awe. They saw all sort of things. They saw the cloning facility where ponies were being cloned and being trained. Hundreds of different droids being made on the bottom level. They saw the shipyard constructing many ships and other factories making many different vehicles. Danny smiled at their struck faces. "Impressive, isn’t it?" Danny asked. "This factory is vital to the Phantom Consortium and pretty special too. This very factory and shipyard made the Eclipse, armies, and fleets."
"It’s no wonder why we were almost defeated when Lightning invaded us, with this factory, your armies are numberless," Charming Thunder added.
"We have been developing new technology since that battle. We have combined Minotaur and Griffin technology, made aquatic vehicles and droids, etc. But the main reason why I have brought you here is because of my Adjutant, who left us after Lightning took over; I lack intelligence of the outside world. So, after some research and looking, I’ve found a more suitable replacement for her."
"Who is it?"
"Charming, are you familiar to the name of “Soundwave” from the Beast Wars?" Charming Thunder was confused and nodded until he began to understand and his eyes narrowed. "Indeed. Soundwave is the replacement. He is faithful, loyal, true, etc. like the Soundwave from the Beast Wars."
"You mind telling us who this “Soundwave” is?" Twilight asked.
"Soundwave is Megatron's Communications/Surveillance Chief of the Decepticons. Soundwave is cold and almost completely devoid of emotion. Soundwave can speak, but chooses not to, preferring to communicate through replayed Cybertronians' voice recordings, including ponies he encountered. Soundwave is very skilled in combat and will not hesitate to finish off his opponents. Soundwave and his little pet, Laserbeak, will do whatever it takes to accomplish their assigned mission. Megatron is usually talked to Soundwave a lot during the Beast Wars. Soundwave is capable of hacking through pretty much anything he encounters. I managed to recreate Soundwave with some excellent parts and made him the size of us, he’s like Calamitous but not a cyborg, just a robot." They arrived the main computer room and they see a robot standing there, two tentacles connected to a computer and he looked like he was downloading data. "While Soundwave, like I said before, will not speak, he does play back voice recordings of anypony he encounters. Soundwave finished with the data download and he turned to face them. He kneeled to Danny's presence and he motions him to rise, which he did. "Unlike Adjutant, Soundwave has been program with 3 Primary Directives. Directive 1: Obey any order I give him without question and follow my orders alone, no pony else. Meaning: He will follow my orders alone; he will not follow Charming’s orders, Luna’s Orders, not even Rainbow’s orders."
"Why just you?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Because I don’t want Soundwave doing many different things at once. Also, he’s my creation and he shall do my bidding without question. Soundwave doesn’t mind it, really. Anyway, Directive 2: If I’ve gone missing, ponynapped, etc. Soundwave begins to search for me by using the Satellite dishes to try to locate me. If he doesn’t find me in a week, he is programmed to halt his search and follow orders of a new master."
"Who is that new master?"
"Which leads to Directive 3: If I’ve died in combat or went missing in action for an entire week, he is program to go to Rainbow Dash as his new master."
"Here is the chain he goes to, starting with me. Danny, Rainbow, Charming, Luna, Dusk, and finally Celestia. So, if Rainbow dies or missing, Charming would own Soundwave. The flow goes on until Celestia. If the results of Celestia death or missing, Soundwave gets his independence until one of his masters return from missing."
"OK, I get it now."
"Anyway, what do you have to report Soundwave?" Soundwave’s blank screen face began to show something. It looked like an open field with a red dot there. "You have located some sort of beacon in Equestria?" Soundwave nodded and Danny turned to Charming Thunder. "Charming, I think we need to find out what it is." Charming Thunder nodded and they began to head to their fighters. Charming Thunder had a new fighter that was known as the TIE Advanced v1. Danny still was using the Soulless One and they took off, heading to the source of the beacon.
"How exactly do we know where we are going-" Charming Thunder was interrupted when a MQ-9 Reaper that was grey to near black was with them.
"Glad you could join us Soundwave." Charming Thunder was surprise to see that Soundwave took the form of a MQ-9 Reaper. Soundwave began to lead the two of them to the target location.

After a few minutes of flight, they arrived to the location. Soundwave transformed into his robot form while Danny and Charming Thunder landed and they got out to see what the beacon was for. They arrive to see a large pod. Soundwave used his tentacles to open the pod, retrieving two things. One of those things was a cube while the other was some sort of blaster. Danny recognized it and smiled darkly. "The Resonance Blaster, one of the many artifacts created the Decepticons during the Great War," Danny explained. "If that is here, who says the other artifacts aren’t here as well?"
"I remember something like that from the knowledge of the Primes," Charming Thunder said. "We need to retrieve these relics and lock them away."
"No! We lock away the most dangerous ones like the Spark Extractor. We can use the other ones."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes…Soundwave, you can use the Resonance Blaster as your trademark weapon, if you wish." Soundwave nodded and they began to return to the mega factory where they can continue their search for the Iacon Relics.
Charming Thunder, the princesses, Twilight, Rainbow, and Brutalight sat at their thrones as they wait for Danny, Meta, and Chrysalis as Danny called a war meeting. The doors opened and Danny entered the counsel room with the two changelings. "Sorry we are late; we were almost assassinated today by this assassin," Danny said. He then used his telekinesis to levitate a bat pony and dropped him on it. His coat was blue, his mane and tail was light and dark blue. He had slit yellow eyes. His cutie mark was a star leaving a trail of color. He was tied up and gagged and the other royalty looked at the bat pony with shock expressions. "You recognize this scum?"
"Shooting Star was a former night guard," Luna explained. "His skills were impressive until he made an attempted murder on a guard for harassing civilians. There was no evidence and the harassed ponies reported that they were just chatting with him about a problem. Shooting Star left after the harassing guard was able to walk away as innocent. We later discovered that the guard was indeed harassing mares but we were too late when we discovered that the guard died. We couldn’t find the assassin but I thought it was Shooting Star as payback for lying."
"Shooting Star here was hired by an old enemy of mine to try to kill me for returning back from the mists."
"Who is this enemy you speak of?" Celestia asked.
"Lord Harkon." Celestia and Luna gasped in shock when they heard the name. Celestia had an expression of pure rage while Luna had the expression of both anger and fear. Cadance and the others were confused why the name of "Lord Harkon" caused the chain reaction.
"I’ve been wanting to hear who this ‘Lord Harkon’ is," Charming Thunder said. "Why is he a big deal to you?"
"Harkon ruled as a mighty king and his domain was said to be vast and powerful," Luna said. "As the years passed and death approached, Harkon began to fear his own mortality. So, he made a deal with the devil and made a pact with Molag Bal and sacrificed a thousand innocents in his name."
"Molag Bal…wasn’t he the king of rape, the harvester of souls, and the lord of brutality?"
"Indeed, he was," Celestia replied. "You see, Molag Bal was a daedric prince but he was later banished to his own plane."
"Anyways…Molag Bal granted him immortality by turning him and his family into pure-blooded vamponies, giving birth to the Volkihar bloodline. It was at this point Harkon and Valerica's marriage began to break down, as they both became drunk with their newfound powers."
"Who’s Valerica?" Twilight asked.
"His long betrayal wife," Danny replied.
"Wait! Valerica betrayed Harkon?" Cadence asked.
"From what I heard from Clockwork, Harkon uncovered an ancient prophecy written by a Draconequus called the "Tyranny of the Sun". Harkon learned that if it were fulfilled, it would blot out the sun and plunge the world in eternal darkness thus allowing his kin to flourish. Fancying himself as vamponic royalty, he found such a concept seductive and fiercely sought to fulfill the prophecy. To enact the prophecy he required the ancient artifact called Auriel's Bow and the blood of a Daughter of Coldharbour, namely his own daughter, Serana. While he was never close with Serana, his relationship with her deteriorated as he became more and more obsessed with fulfilling the prophecy. Ultimately, it reached the point that he was even willing to sacrifice her to achieve his goal. His immortality gave him the revelation that such bonds are fleeting, momentary and never endure. His mantra became 'Power takes precedence' and he would not allow anything to stand in his path for domination. He was a heartless pony, if you ask me."
"What does this have to do with Valerica?"
"I’m getting there. Anyway, Valerica saw the change in Harkon's behavior and disagreed with his goal. She believed that if eternal night fell, it would bring too much attention upon vampires and ultimately would lead to their extinction. As Harkon became obsessed with power, Valerica became obsessed with seeing him fail. In an attempt to stop him fulfilling the prophecy, Valerica fled Castle Volkihar with two Elder Scrolls that contained parts of the prophecy. She sealed Serana and one of the scrolls in Dimhollow Crypt for her protection and escaped to the Soul Cairn with the other. Harkon, enraged by her betrayal, commanded every vampire in his court to look for them, but after centuries of searching, he lost hope. But, to my guess, Harkon still seeks to find Serana and the Elder Scrolls."
"I see."
"Then Harkon met Nightmare Moon. Nightmare Moon found out that there was a Vampony Family that could help her take over and because Nightmare was looking for a way to bring eternal night, Harkon supported her completely. When Nightmare kidnapped…me, she was already a pure blooded Vampony, so she bit me and began to turn me into a pure blooded Vampony as well. However, I was different for some odd reason. When my DNA was fused with Ghost Power to turn me into a Halfa, it did something to the Vampony DNA in me. So, I can walk among the sun without getting hurt by the sunlight. Rainbow was infused with the new Vampony Venom of mine and she is like me. We are a whole different species of Vamponies."
"Let’s create a whole different bloodline!" Rainbow shouted with glee.
"What do you have in mind?"
"How about…Lunar Bloodline!"
"I like that name," Luna said.
"Agreed. Our bloodline is now known as the Lunar Bloodline."
"So, there are just you two," Charming Thunder said.
"Actually, if you don’t mind, mother, can I request that three bat ponies from your night guard are picked to join our clan. While me and Rainbow are the main royal family, clan followers defend the royal family with their life. So, expanding it will help us some."
"Alright, I can do that for you," Luna replied.
"Thanks mom. Anyway, we need to worry about the Argonian, Spectral Shadow, and Vampony Empires. They have united as one, if we ever go to war with all three, we will need to unite as one."
"The Changeling Empire is willing to fight besides Equestrian Empire and Phantom Consortium," Meta reported. "Our mortal enemy is the Spectral Shadow Empire, we will be glad to fight by your side."
"The Primals will aid us in this fight?" Chrysalis asked.
"Indeed they will. We need to get Dusk a throne here too, you know?"
"I can arrange that," Celestia said.
"Anyway, The Phantom Consortium will aid the Equestrian Empire and I’m sure the Minotaur Empire will aid as well."
"If we are to wage war with those three countries, then we shall," Charming Thunder said. "If we engage the Argonians, we will surely lose."
"You forget that you have me as an ally," Danny reassured. "My empire has already developed ways to fight aquatic battles. We can provide offensive means to fight them while you fight the Argonians for the base."
"Alright."
"Anyways, there was a Spectral Shadows. They are ghosts, how are you going to fight them?"
"Uhhh…anti-ghost weaponry?" Danny remained quiet and nodded back at Charming Thunder. He hated anti-ghost weapons because he hated weapons that attacked ghosts.
"So, we need to work on many different things. How are we going to fight against three different countries and train Jedi and Sith?"
"You won’t be able to do it," Celestia said. "Charming and you will be leading the offence against these empires. We may not need to get Jedi and Sith if we can find an alternative."
"Fine."
"Now we got that out of the way, how are we going to fight the Vamponies?" Twilight asked.
"How about the Worgens?" Luna suggested.
"Worgens?"
"Oh yes, them," Danny said.
"Oh, I forgot, Vamponies hate Worgens."
"Their stench is too much even for my nose to bear. It’s like walking near them and your nose is filled with that disgusting smell."
"Tell me this then: How do you suggest we fight them?"
"We are going to ask Ivar Bloodfang, leader of the Bloodfang Pack for help."
"Can we really trust Ivar? He has attacked one of our cities before and he left after Celestia drove them out, they fled to Silverpine Forest. Can we really trust a feral pack of wolves?"
"While I do question his loyalties and pack, we need his pack in this desperate time of need," Celestia said. The meeting ended as Danny left and Charming Thunder walked with Twilight.

At the Volkihar Keep, Harkon was sitting on his throne in the dining hall. The other Vamponies gathered there, waiting for the next event. Finally, a messenger; Harper, returned with bad news. "Lord Harkon, our Draconequus allies have been defeated and enslaved by the Changeling Empire," he reported.
"That is…disappointing," Harkon said. " What of our other allies?"
"Scales and Doom are awaiting command from you to beginning the war against Equestria. However, our spies report that Equestria has some allies of their own. The Phantom Consortium, Changeling Swarm, and the Minotaur Empire."
"Powerful allies, am I right?"
"Yes, my lord."
"Have you located Nightmare Moon or Serana?"
"No, my lord. All search parties reported negative."
"Continue the search! I need those Elder Scrolls or the Prophecy will never come true!"
"Yes, my lord!" Harper left and another pony came up to him. His name was Spell Nexus, member of a cult that is loyal to Nightmare Moon. Spell Nexus was a light blue stallion with silver mane and tail, his eyes were light blue as well. His CM was a black circle with a black sun on it and a moon crescent on the center of it.
"Perhaps we aren’t looking good enough," Nexus said coldly. "I had received intelligence report from Professor Bastion Yorsets that he overheard the Princesses talk about a filly who had resemblance to Night Light. However, not many were relative to Night Light so he believes that this ‘Nyx’ is our queen, Nightmare Moon. I’m going to head over to Ponyville to see for myself."
"Alright Nexus. Be careful though, Charming and Twilight won’t allow you close to Nyx."
Three days later, Danny, Charming Thunder, and Twilight were on an Equestrian Shuttle that was on its way to an ocean that had an underwater culture known as The Mon Calamari. Their mission is to talk to Lee-Char, Leader of the Mon Calamari, about our situation with the Argonians. As they were halfway there, they began to talk. "So, remember why we are here?" Twilight asked.
Danny groaned and replied, "I know, I was told a thousand times. Our mission is to talk with King Lee-Char about the war against the Argonians and hopefully, they will help us in our war effort, like we need them to help us."
"Just because you already made an army capable of combating the Argonians, doesn’t mean we don’t need reinforcements," Charming Thunder said.
"I did some research on the Mon Calarmari. They have a tension against the Argonians. Lee-Char wanted to bring peace between the nations but Lord Red Claw refused the Peace Treaty, which rose tensions."
"Still doesn’t mean we need to be here," Danny said.
"I agree with Twilight on this," Charming Thunder replied. "Besides, opening a treaty with the Mon Calamari will be useful for our cause."
"Reminder about this though. Equestrian Empire sign the treaty with the Mon Calamari, I’m going to sign no treaty with them."
"Whatever you say Danny." Danny nodded and sat back down in the seat and began to think about something. They then arrived at their destination above the water. Charming Thunder and Twilight were putting on their underwater gear as Danny didn't.
"Danny, are you going to get into your swimming gear?" Twilight asked.
"Give me a second-" Suddenly, Danny accidently tripped and began to fall down the landing ramp that had lowered and he fell off. Twilight and Charming Thunder gasped in shock and horror and went after him. He inhaled the fresh air and hit the water in a dive. Charming Thunder and Twilight got into the water as he began to suffocate.
"Danny, NO!!!" Charming Thunder shouted. Bubbles left Danny's mouth as he drifted away into an eternal sleep. Charming Thunder and Twilight were about to cry when Danny began to laugh. They began to look at him as he smiled and flapped his wings in the water making him soar in the water. He came up after a few laps and grinned as they looked shocked and angry.
"How are you-" Twilight asked shocked.
"-Not dead? I’m a Halfa, Ghosts can breathe underwater, space, etc. I thought you knew because it is basic ghost abilities. Sorry for the show but had to do it, you should see the looks on your faces. Priceless!" Danny chuckled a bit more as Twilight face hoofed for two reasons. The first reason on why she didn’t know that. The second reason was because she remembered Discord saying those same words when he took away her horn when he wasn’t reformed. "Anyway, we should get going. It was fun while it lasted."
"I’ll admit, that was pretty funny," Charming Thunder admitted.
"Well, let’s get moving. The longer we wait, the stronger Harkon grows." They nodded and began to proceed. Twilight the softly hits him on the shoulder as she is not happy about the prank Danny pulled.
"What?" Twilight said nothing and continued to swim.

After their arrival and the signing of the treaty, Danny was in the war room with Gial Ackbar as they were working on the offensive plan to take the Capital of the Argonian Empire. They were interrupted when the door opened and they see King Lee-Char, Charming Thunder, and Twilight enter the room. "How goes the war plan?" Charming Thunder asked.
"We have figured out a way to win," Ackbar replied.
"Here is the plan," Danny explained. "My agents inside the place has reported that security is tight and secure but they do have some weaknesses. So, my forces are going to draw the Argonians’ attention and we will strike them where it hurts. Ackbar and I are going to lead an underwater offense with my vast army of Aqua Droids and etc. While we got their attention, Charming will lead the offensive to the landing platforms on the surface. Rainbow, Lightning, Light, and Rainbine will lead a fighter assault to help and provide support to the Bombers on their bombing run. The bombers will target the Proton Cannons that are on the landing platform. When those cannons are offline, Charming will lead the assault by landing new dropships that I had stolen from the Lunar Wars. It is called an 'C-9979 landing craft'. It can carry armies on them and will help us mobilize a large army against them. Charming will lead the army against the Argonians. Our Trident-class assault ships will attack when the city is under attack. Three separate boarding teams will deployed, being led by three separate commanders: Soundwave, Onslaught, and General Grievous."
"Who’s General Grievous?" Charming Thunder asked.
"The, soon to be, Supreme Commander of the Phantom Consortium’s Military Forces. You will recognize him on sight, Charming, I promise you that."
"If you say so."
"Anyway, they will help secure the Capital. When the Capital is secure, we will be one step closer to Harkon."
"Seems to me that the Capital is as good as ours."
"Now, we must prepare our forces." Everyone in the room nodded and began to return to their nations to prepare their forces for battle.
Good thing I'm staying at Ponyville," Twilight said. "Spike and I have to go to Canterlot so I can reunite with my old friends."
"The ones you told me about when you left Canterlot?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Of course. I just hope they don't forget about me since I have been away from them for so long."
Charming Thunder nudged Twilight as he said, "I'm sure they'll be happy to see you."
"Thanks for the encouragement. I love you, Charming." Twilight and Charming Thunder then kissed and continued to walk out.
Two days later after the treaty with the Mon Calamari, Charming Thunder stood at the big round window next to his throne in the war room as he watched TIE Fighter squadrons fly past the castle. The doors opened and Twilight entered walking up to him. Charming Thunder turned to her and asked, "How did it go?"
"It was the best day I ever had," Twilight said. "My friends from Canterlot were very happy to see me. Especially one I had to make up for and she is just dying to meet you."
"Is she now? Then where is she?"
"She's just waiting outside. I'll tell her that you want to see her. Oh and before I forget, she does look a lot like me."
"Noted." Twilight exited the room as Charming Thunder stood in front of a glass container with Starswirl's hat in it. The doors opened again and a mare with light yellow coat, wearing glasses over her dark purple eyes, a brilliant amaranth with moderate purple and grayish violet highlights for her mane color, and a cutie mark with a crescent moon with three stars.
"Hello, your highness," she said bowing to Charming Thunder's presence.
"Greetings. You must be the friend my wife has been telling me about."
"My name is Moondancer, your highness. I have read books about you before Twilight came. I gotta say, I am impressed with your history."
"Enlighten me." Moondancer walks with Charming Thunder as she explained to him what she knows.
"You defeated an ancient Crystal Knight who was nicknamed Revan and he fell to his death as you were rescuing Discord. Slade then stole his mask to get a power to kill an alicorn and became a draconequus in addition. He killed Queen Amidala and with your rage, he fell to his death in the gorge at the Castle of the Two Sisters. That was when you became king."
"Impressive. Most impressive." Charming Thunder wrapped his hoof around Moondancer's shoulder as he continued. "You remind me of my wife before she became princess."
"I'm flattered really."
"Amidala was my mother you know. She fought well against Slade. If only she were still alive."
"Your mother?"
"There's more to the story. But in the meantime, let me introduce you to my twin brother. And maybe I can tell you about my history during the Lunar Wars."
"Sounds like a plan, your highness." Charming Thunder and Moondancer left the war room as they saw Twilight waiting for them.
"Off to introduce her to your brother?" Twilight asked. Charming Thunder nodded in response as Twilight decided to tag along.

Charming Thunder, Twilight, and Moondancer left the castle when Danny suddenly lands in front of them. "Duck!" Danny said.
"Why-" Charming Thunder asked when suddenly, a shadow zipped past their heads. Danny laughed as they got back up.
"Nice try Shadow! You’ll have to do better!" Shadow came back and began to float in the air. Twilight was freaked out to see it, Charming went into a fighting stance, and Moondancer looked like she had seen a monster. Shadow looked at Danny and dived down to him. Danny smiled as Charming Thunder got ready then both him and Shadow did a high five. "You’ve improved a bit Shadow." It smirked with the comment and they heard a bike coming to a halt. They looked to see the biker, Rainbow, Rainbine, and another friend of theirs. The biker got off his ride and walked over to Danny.
"Dude, we need to race more often," the biker said. "Most of us have nothing to do except fighting Phantom."
"You know, I can hear you, right?" Phantom said annoyed.
"Calm down Danny, but yes, sorry for not visiting," Danny said. "I’ve been ruling an empire and fighting in wars."
"Uh…Danny?" Charming Thunder asked. "Who are these two?"
"Oh yeah. Charming Thunder, Twilight, and…"
"Moondancer," Moondancer replied.
"Moon Dancer- wait, where have I heard that name before…oh yeah! Anyway, this is Johnny 13 and Danny Phantom, my mentors for Speed and Ghost Powers."
"So Johnny 13 taught you how to fly at hypersonic speeds and Danny Phantom taught you how to use your Ghost Powers?"
"Pretty much. Anyway, Johnny 13 and Danny Phantom, this is Charming Thunder; my brother, Twilight Sparkle; Charming’s Wife and Element of Magic, and Moon Dancer; Twilight’s old study pal."
"Wait, how you know that!?" Twilight demanded.
"Dusk."
"Ooooohhh." Twilight then blushed at the response. "She looked in my memories, didn’t she?"
"Yup and I saw everything. Still, I was surprised you deny Moon Dancer’s invitation, but then again, if you didn’t then Nightmare Moon would have taken over all of Equestria and shrouded it into eternal night."
"Wait, Twilight had to make a choice?" Moondancer asked.
"Yes. It was either your party or Equestria. She chose Equestria because if the sun disappeared then the world would change forever."
"Oh, I see."
"Give me a second, I need to think." Danny sat down and closed his eyes. He breathed in and out and opened his eyes. "My, my, my, we have an old Twilight in front of us. With all of that isolation, no wonder you didn’t have friends."
"Wha- how did you know!?"
"I have my ways, you know."
"What did you do?" Twilight asked. "It was more than sitting to think."
"A Halfa never reveals his or her secrets. Still, wasn’t that rude to pop the silence bubble that Twilight made?"
"Start talking or I see into your mind."
"Attempt it and I’ll have Shadow grant you complete bad luck," Johnny threatened. Danny chuckled as Twilight was steaming off heat.
"Anyway, so what are you going to do Charming?"
"Well, she is my fan..."
"I know! Take her as your padawan!"
"What’s a padawan?" Moondancer asked.
"It’s a Jedi replacement name for Apprentice. Sith use the word though, not Jedi. I don’t understand that at all."
"Hey everypony, we got- Moon Dancer?" a familiar echoing voice said. The group turned to see see Brutalight coming down. AssSpike appeared next to Brutalight and nobody but Danny knew who he was. Moondancer was now shocked and confused.
"What the- Two Twilights?"
"Not exactly. Moon Dancer, meet Brutalight Sparcake, Leader of the Elements of Insanity-"
"And the pony formally known as Twilight Sparkle."
"Wait, what?"
"We came from a different universe. A place known as Gmod. It was Discord who brought us to Equestria. The EOI were formally known as the Elements of Harmony."
"That explains a lot then."
"Who's the Dragon/Pony Hybrid?" Charming Thunder asked.
"You don’t recognize me?" AssSpike replied. "I’m hurt, Charming, but if you want my name, you can call me AssSpike. I was the baby Dragon formally known as Spike." Everyone gasped except for Brutalight and Danny.
"Spike?" Twilight asked shocked. "What happened to you?"
"The talk will have to wait," Brutalight interrupted. "We got a message from Princess Cadance. Some sort of robot stallion just appeared in the mirror room from the replica mirror. He claims to be known as Dark Metal and he is hunting down somepony known as Starlight Glimmer, you know her by any chance?" Danny, Twilight, and Charming Thunder's eyes narrowed in shock.
"Why would he be hunting Starlight Glimmer?"
"Something about being wanted for the murder of six victims."
"Why should we help him?" Charming Thunder asked.
"Cadance claims that Dark Metal is possessed and haunted by the six souls of those murdered."
"Why are these six important?" Twilight asked.
"Because the souls so happened to be the Mane 6."
"WHAT!?" Danny, Twilight, and Charming Thunder replied.
"Dark Metal spoke in Twilight’s, Fluttershy’s, Pinkie’s, Rainbow’s, and Rarity’s voices. They assume that Applejack’s soul is inside him as well." Before the group continued, Princess Celestia came down to them.
"Twilight, Charming, I want to talk to you alone," Celestia said in a calm but firm voice. "It’s about Nyx." Twilight and Charming nodded and they left with Celestia as Danny opened a portal for Phantom and Johnny to return them home.
"Are you certain that I’m worthy for Charming’s training?" Moondancer asked, wanting to be confirmed for Danny's reasons for the suggestion.
"Of course," Danny replied. "I see the potential in you, you are worthy. See you around Moon Dancer." He waved before he teleports away.
Nyx was in the bedroom going through the toy box and found Twilight's Smarty Pants doll and played with it a little. She laughed an made funny noises to make sound effects as she played with other toys. The door opened and Spell Nexus entered. Nyx was surprised as she puts down the doll and stood up. "Who are you, stranger?" she asked.
"I am Spell Nexus, little one," Nexus replied. "I'm...a friend."
"Friend?"
"Oh yeah. I know all about you. Like the fact that Twilight and Charming Thunder don't talk to you very often. It makes you sad. Doesn't it?"
Nyx nervously rubbed her right arm as she replied, "Well, maybe a little now that you mention it."
"Have you ever thought of them as family?"
"Always, but I never asked them. Since they brought me in to stay, I was nervous to meet others. But now..."
"Now they are focused on a war instead of you." Nyx's eyes widened as she took a step back. "Let me ask you something; what if I could show you...the future?" Nexus took a step back as Nyx felt something in her mind.
"What are you doing? Stop it!!"
"Know yourself. Know what you really are." Blue mist surrounded Nyx as images appeared. She did not want to look as she covered her eyes.
"I will not look."
"I knew this would happen," Celestia's voice echoed as an image of her fired a beam of her magic.
"Nyx, please," Twilight's voice pleaded as she was choked by someone's magic.
"I trusted you, Nyx," Charming Thunder's voice yelled as he swung his lightsaber.
"Remember this day," Nightmare Moon's voice said. "For this will be your last. The night will last forever!!!" Screams were then heard as Nightmare Moon laughed. Nyx kneeled down as she tried not to believe what she is hearing.
"No!" Nyx shouted. "No! No! NOOOO!!" She then screamed into the air as an image of Nightmare Moon's face appeared as the sound of breathing echoed around her. The mist faded as Nyx collapsed to the floor.
"Now you know," Nexus said. "Let me help you." He then levitated a glove that Nightmare Moon made a thousand years ago. "Wear this and I promise you, you will get what you wish." Nyx looked up with tears in her angry eyes and grabbed the glove. When she puts it on, an explosion of dark magic erupted in the room and she levitated in the air. An orange orb surrounded her as she grew taller. Her mane and tail turned blue and began to flow. Then, her teeth grew sharp like a shark as she smiled evilly. When the transformation was complete, she has now become Nightmare Moon. She laughed menacingly as Nexus bowed down to her. Guards entered to see her and became shocked by her presence. Nightmare Moon then used her gloved arm to rise up shadow troopers and blasted them. she then turned into blue mist and flew through the glass window along with Nexus as more guards along with Vanguard enter to see her fly away to Canterlot.
"Looks like there is more to report to Lord Danny," Vanguard said.

Charming Thunder, Twilight, Celestia, and Luna were in the throne room talking about a report that came in from imperial scientists. "And to conclude, the incinerator and carbonite droids are prepped for any upcoming battle as you requested," Luna said.
"Excellent," Charming Thunder replied. "Have some transported to the Consortium so that my brother can have some and-" His eyes widened in shock as he felt a presence. Something familiar from his dark past.
"What is it, love?" Twilight said as she placed a hoof on his shoulder.
Charming Thunder turned to the doorway and replied, "The cold." A lightsaber was then activated from behind them as a familiar chuckle gave them the chills. They turned to see Nightmare Moon herself. Charming Thunder got into his battle stance as he activated his lightsaber. He turned to Twilight and the princesses as they stood back. "Twilight, get yourself and the princesses out of here. I'll cover you." The three alicorns then made a run for it as Nightmare Moon approached. She then struck Charming Thunder and clashed with him. He noticed something different about her. Nightmare broke the clash and used her magic to push him back. He landed on his hooves and dashed towards her. She blocked his strikes as she was pushed back. When he was going for a jab, she grabbed his hoof and lifted him up then threw him to a wall. Charming Thunder was about to strike as he ran but Nightmare used her magic to levitate him and threw him to a pillar which caused him to drop his lightsaber.
"It is nice to see you, Charming Thunder," Nightmare Moon said as she approached him as he struggled.

The princesses ran through the halls then stopped as shadow troopers came in aiming their weapons at them and surrounding them. Three of the shadow troops used their blasters and stunned them. "They'll be alright," a trooper said. "Inform Nightmare Moon that we have the princesses." They then picked up the princesses and carried them to the Canterlot dungeons.

Nightmare Moon pressed buttons on the terminal and contacted Danny. The hologram of Danny appeared as she spoke, "Well, well, well. If it isn’t my son, Danny Eclipse."
"Hello, Nightmare Moon," Danny replied.
"Looking for Celestia and Luna? Unfortunately, they are no longer in control or ruling Equestria. Twilight and Charming put up a good fight though…too bad their under arrest and put into the dungeons." Anger grew into Danny's eyes.
"Hurt them and you die to my hooves. The Phantom Consortium will destroy your forces and retake Equestria!"
"Don’t worry about them; they are being treated like royalty down there. As from now on, from this day forward, the night shall last forever! And this is a new beginning of my new Empire, The Nightmare Empire!"
"We will fight to our last breath."
"Its war then."
"Seems like it." Danny's transmission ended as Nightmare Moon turned to the window.
"This will be a day long remembered. It has seen the defeat of Charming Thunder. It will soon see the end of Equestria." She then chuckled and laughed evilly as her plan was set into motion.
Charming Thunder and Twilight, who were unarmed and their cell being enchanted to prevent them from using magic. They were helpless and looking at the guards in misery. The guards were talking about why they were watching them when they were locked away. However, they were cut off when something landed in front of the cage. They looked and see a tall figure in front of them. "What the-General Calamitous?" one of the shadow guards asked shocked. "How are you alive?" Suddenly, one of the guards was knocked out by Proxy, who was disguised as General Kota. Proxy grabbed his lightsaber and cut the other guard in half. Proxy returned to his true form as Danny and Dusk arrived. He shot a ghost ray at the lock of the cell, breaking it. Charming Thunder and Twilight then came out of the cell and as he handed them their lightsabers.
"We need to get out of here before Nightmare finds out we are already here," Danny said. "Grievous, clear us a path." Grievous nodded and began to run up the stairs with his lightsabers in hand. The group then made their way up to the top floor and that was when the alarmed began to go off. A lot of guards began to rush to the Dungeons and they see them. "Well, time to fight for our lives." Proxy transformed into Darth Maul, which almost made Charming Thunder's heart stop. Proxy activated his double-edged lightsaber, Danny activated his lightsabers, General Grievous separated his hand into four arms and grabbed his four lightsabers and activated them, Dusk pulled out her two lightsabers and activated them, Sharple pulled out her lightsaber and summoned several different swords and held them with her magic, Soundwave puts the Resonance Blaster and put it on, and finally, Twilight and Charming Thunder activated their lightsabers. “Now THIS is a true battle with the combination of Sith and Jedi!" Charming Thunder nodded and the enemy began to charge. They began to charge as well then collided with them and began to cut down the enemy. They were surrounded and both Danny and Charming Thunder stood back-to-back. They looked at each other before they began to cut them down. They blocked their blaster fire. Soundwave punched a trooper then another and began to use his trademark weapon and began to take down loads of enemies. He deployed Laserbeak and he began to fire at them. Grievous was mowing down enemies with his four lightsabers. He stabbed two and cut down two more then proceeded. Sharple cut down one foe and used her swords to mow down groups. Twilight was cutting down opponents of her own with Proxy, who was still Darth Maul. Dusk was cutting down opponents like they were grass against a lawn mower. They were eventually together and managed to hold their ground. No matter how many they took down, more Shadow Troopers came back to replace the fallen.
"There are too many of them!" Charming Thunder shouted. "We can’t take them all down!"
"Then it’s time we even the odds! Selected Ghosts of the ghost zone, your master calls for your aid! Johnny 13, Danny Phantom, Clockwork, Vlad Plasmius, Fright Knight, Ember Mclain, Skulker, and Frostbite, I call your assistance!" Suddenly, the portal of the Ghost Zone opened. Johnny 13 and Danny came through first. They began to take down some Shadow Troopers. Vlad and Fright Knight came next, Vlad using his ghost rays to take them down while Fright Knight cut them down with his sword and pet, Nightmare. When, two more came through the portal: Ember Mclain and Skulker.
"It’s time to rock and roll!" Ember said as she began to play her guitar, her guitar was sending ghost attacks at the Shadow Troopers. Skulker began to fire ghost rays as well. Clockwork and Frostbite came through last and Frostbite fires ice beams at the Troopers, freezing them. Clockwork began to radiate with power as it began to launch waves of ghost energy at them. Charming Thunder smiled at the additional reinforcements.
"Now it’s a fair fight!" The group began to advance with the ghosts backing them up as they mowed down the shadow troopers and eventually defeated them all. The ghosts returned and the group began to run towards the exit that leads through the castle gates.

Charming Thunder, Danny, Twilight, Dusk, Grievous, Soundwave, Sharple, and Proxy were almost to the ship until they were stopped by Nightmare Moon and her soldiers. "Welcome home, Danny," Nightmare Moon said in an evil tone. Danny's eyes turned blood red and felt pain in his chest. Suddenly, green flames began to surround and it began to make the environment change entirely. The wing began to pick up speed, lightning began to crackle at the clouds as they turned dark. Even the night sky was beginning to change into green slightly. A green flaming tornado began to swirl around Danny and when the tornado blew apart, standing there was a adult-looking stallion. He was Black, his mane and tail were white but they look like flames, his teeth were still normal but he had fangs in front of them. And, to everyone shock, his cutie mark was the same. He opened his eyes, revealing his blood red eyes.
The stallion smiled and said, "Hello Nightmare...and goodbye." He then aimed his hoof at her and a blast of ectoplasm happened, sending Nightmare flying away. The stallion began to laugh evilly. "Finally, after 500 years of being locked away in Danny's soul, I'm FINALLY FREE!!! Dark Danny is back and better than ever!" Charming Thunder and the others couldn’t believe what just happened. He turned evil because of Nightmare Moon. Dark Danny turned to Charming Thunder and the others. He glared at them, not even going to attack them. "What are you doing, standing there for? Get into the ship, my business is with Nightmare alone. I don’t need pests getting in my way." Charming Thunder understood that Dark Danny was sparing them to leave and get out of his way. Charming took the chance and began to take the others to the ship. Dark Danny looked at the troops and fired an ecto-energy wave at them, pushing them back and off the landing platform. Nightmare Moon returned and she looked angry. She fired a beam of magic at Dark Danny but he just used a shield to block the attack. He pointed his hoof at her again and fired another ghost ray at her, push her back slightly. He took a deep breath before unleashing his ghostly wail. The attack pushed her back and made her pushed back to the castle. Dark Danny smirked before he felt pain in his chest. He revered his form back to his normal self and got up and dashed to the ship before it took off. He put up the landing ramp and went up to the front and took a seat at the driver’s seat with Charming Thunder. "Let’s get going before Nightmare recovers from Dark Danny’s Ghostly Wail." He then took the navigation controls and began to take them away from Canterlot.

The group arrived and landed in a hangar bay. They then got off the ship as Danny introduced the place. "Welcome to the Mount Phantom, the hidden base for the Phantom Consortium," Danny said. "In this place, we were going to monitor all enemy activity here. Come on now, we have a war to wage. I’ll show you to your living quarters." Charming Thunder and Twilight were shocked to know that he had a hidden base in Equestria without their knowledge and he lead them to the section where the living quarters are.
"What just happened back there?" Charming Thunder thought as he remembered that stallion back at Canterlot before he escaped.
Charming Thunder and Twilight cuddled together in their bed as they slowly began to drift into a slumber. "Goodnight, Charming," Twilight said as she kissed his muzzle.
"Night," Charming replied.

Charming Thunder woke up in a dreamscape and found himself in a strange room. He saw a DC-15S blaster and picked it up. He then walked to a door where he heard voices. "I’m not Pinkie…I’m not that good side of mine," a mare's voice said. "No, I am…Pinkamena Diane Pie." That name reminded him of Pinkie, but something seems of about her. He bursts open the door and stuns her with his blaster. He then sees Danny tied up on a table with metal pipes restraining him.
"You could have gotten out of that," Charming Thunder said. "Why didn’t you?"
"Pinkie made sure that it was anti-ghost proof," Danny replied. "I can’t use my powers." Charming Thunder came over to him and removed his bindings. Danny began to stretch himself, his wings happily opening up to stretch. "I must have accidentally sync our dreams into one, making a shared dream. Like mother, like son. Luna could do it, so can I. Come on now, we have to get out of here before the crazy horse wakes up-"
"Did you just call me a horse?" Pinkie asked. Charming Thunder and Danny looked at her whose eyes were now normal size.
"Do they wake up at the word ‘horse’?" Pinkamena made an angry face. "Let’s get out of here!" Charming Thunder and Danny went to the door and Danny looked out to see the coast clear.
"The coast is clear, time to juice," Danny said. He then grabbed Charming Thunder's hoof and before he could react, he opened his wings and they took off like a blur. Pinkamena fired a rocket launcher at them them before they got away but missed. Pinkamena sighed in disappointment.
"Looks like it’s time for Plan B," Pinkamena said.

Danny and Charming Thunder arrived at some sort of highway and Danny continued to fly them through. Charming was still holding on but he was now levitating because of his telekinesis and was even flying beside him. "Where are we?" Danny asked.
"Looks like a Rainbow Factory," Charming Thunder replied.
"Rainbow Factory…where have I heard of that before-oh yes, from the legends."
"Do tell."
"Charming, the legend says that there’s long been rumors as to how exactly rainbows are made in Equestria. While a great amount of Pegasi ponies are employed in the Rainbow department of the weather factory, almost all of them do the low-end work. What’s known is that great streams of Spectra, the individual colors of the rainbow, flow through large grates and into vast vats. From there, workers carefully and equally mix the spectra into the coagulated rainbow pools that dot and run through the factory and surrounding city. Next, that mixture is pumped to the floor below, where other employees atomize it and store it until the active weather Pegasi deploys it in field. However, no one knows how individual Spectra are made. Supplies are never seen being brought in, leaving not even a clue what goes into a rainbow. Tourists, when visiting the factory, are treated to an extremely foreboding and plain wall, with massive solid doors baring entry to anypony at any time. While most of the facilities various signs and architecture is bubbly and welcoming, the Rainbow Factory’s upper floor was protected by harsh imagery of potential hazards and death, and the cloud wall was made not out of the clean white of the rest of the city, but of a black, quietly thundering fog. To become an employee of the upper Rainbow Factory meant sacrificing any life outside those black walls. Workers are sworn to secrecy and forbidden from leaving, and live inside the facility itself. Those few who ever managed to make it out not in a body bag were twisted and disturbed, too damaged to ever bring themselves to talk about it. A lot of theories were proposed; Dark magic from captured unicorns, chemicals and environmental hazards that no sane pony would tolerate, and even thoughts of another unknown sister of Celestia’s, destined to create the Spectra instead of raising the Sun or the Moon. None of them could be farther than the truth. Besides that, I know nothing else of the legend."
"That’s interesting." Before Danny could reply, something hits him and knocks him to the ground. He heard Charming Thunder falling and he looked to see him screeching to a halt. A shadow knocked him out then Danny.

Charming Thunder woke up and got up. He looked around for an exit as he said, "Where is that exit!?" He tried going down a hall, only to be intercepted by Pinkamena and two Pegasus Guards.
"Welcome back, we missed you," Pinkamena said. Charming Thunder tried to run but was knocked out by Pinkamena and tied up.

Charming Thunder woke up again finding himself sitting on a chair. He looked through the window and sees Pinkamena, who was smiling creepy like. She looked to Fluttershy, who looked she was a devil creation. She push a button and Charming Thunder felt like he was being electrocuted to death. However, he felt something inside him rising up. Suddenly, Charming had transformed into his evil form, Evil Charming Thunder. However, Charming still had control over his body and immediately teleported out of the seat. Four Pegasi Guards went into the Pegasus Device to find Evil Charming, only for them to be killed. Pinkamena hears a crack and looks up to see Evil Charming coming down on top of her. She landed on the computer, accidently activating the self-destruct system. Evil Charming threw her to the window and teleported to go find Danny.

Danny and Rainbow Dash were clashing blows in the air. He charged at her but she flipped over and knocks him away. They heard hoof steps and sees pony prisoners leaving. Rainbow was about to attack and but Danny struck first and knocked her away. Evil Charming came behind her and knock her upward. He then used a teleportation spell to head up while Danny used his speed to race up there, Danny disappeared like thin air. He appeared in the sky, above the Rainbow Factory and see Evil Charming fire a magic bolt at Rainbow, sending her flying to Danny. She looked at him as she sees him crying. "Forgive me Rainbow Dash," Danny said.

Charming Thunder woke up sweating and he started crying. Twilight heard him and got up to see him crying. "What's the matter, honey?" she asked. He began to shiver as Twilight was about to cuddle him. Danny appeared in the room to see them. They looked up to see him.
"Hopefully, we won’t dream about that nightmare again," Danny said. Charming Thunder nodded and Danny teleported out.
"Another one?"
"It was different from the last one," Charming Thunder said. "I'll tell you about it in the morning."
Charming Thunder was training Moondancer in the training room using remote droids to deflect lasers from it. The droid fired and she deflected the shot. "Remember, a Jedi can feel the force flowing through them," he explained.
"You mean it controls your actions?" Moondancer asked as she was completely focused.
"Partially, but it also obeys your commands." The droid moved around as Moondancer kept her eyes on it. It then fired two shots at her and she deflected them. She then deactivated the training lightsaber and looked at Charming Thunder. "I suggest we add something to the challenge, Moondancer." He then levitated a helmet with the blast shield covering the eyes and puts it on her head. "This time, let go your conscious self and act on instinct."
"But with the blast shield down, I can't even see," Moondancer laughed. "How am I supposed to fight?"
"Sometimes your eyes can deceive you. Don't trust them." Moondancer nodded and activated the lightsaber. The remote began to move again and fired a shot which didn't hurt her. "Stretch out with your feelings." She nodded and stands in one place, seemingly frozen. The droid then makes a dive at Moondancer and she managed to deflect the shots. "See? You can do it." The droid deactivated and Charming Thunder levitated it to put it away.
"I did feel something. Its like I could almost see the remote."
"That's good, my padawan. That is the first step into a larger world."

Charming Thunder meditated until he heard a door open behind him. Danny entered the room and said, "Excuse me, brother." Charming Thunder then opened his eyes and turned to face Danny. "There is something urgent to talk to you about."
"Come in," Charming Thunder replied. Danny fully entered and sat down.
"Our scientists have successfully revived some velociraptors, a dinosaur race before Equestria was made. With them, we can mount them with blasters equipped to them or maybe use their jaws to chew on their victims."
"And I'm guessing that there is a bad news?"
"Yes. They are going crazy and are trying to break out of here. Twilight told me that you tamed the Predalien after you first met her and her friends. Could you perhaps do it again on them? We couldn't do it without Fluttershy so you are my only option."
"I'll do it." Danny nodded and they got up to leave the room.

Charming Thunder and Danny arrived at the research lab as Twilight monitored them. There were four velociraptors trying to break through the glass. Charming Thunder had to do something and rushed to the door. "What are you doing!?" Twilight asked worried.
"Let him go," Danny said. "I know what he's doing." Charming Thunder entered the room with the four raptors. They noticed him and turned their focus on him. They slowly approached him as he used his magic to talk to them.
"All of you stand down," Charming Thunder said. "Stand down." As he tried to touch one, the raptor tried to bite him and he pulled away his hoof away from its mouth. "Hey! Hey! What did I just say?" They hissed as they continued to slowly approach him. He turned to see the other one coming closer and raised his hoof at him to make him stop as he used his other hoof to stop the other. "Back up!!" The raptor roared and Charming Thunder decided to approach one of them. "It's alright. I don't want to hurt you." He then managed to pet the one in front of them as they begin to cal down. "Good, girl. Good, girl." He turned to the window and looked at Twilight who was worried and Danny. "They're good." He then exited the room and walked past them.
"Thanks for the help, Charming," Twilight said.
"I'll inform you when they are trained and ready." Charming Thunder nodded and walked back to his meditation chamber.

Charming Thunder continued his meditation as wanted to know the identity of Nightmare Moon. "Answers do you seek?" Yoda's voice said in his mind.
"Yoda?" Charming Thunder said. "It is good to hear your voice again."
"Darker your world becomes. Seek answers about Nightmare Moon do you? Hm?"
"That's what I have been thinking about since she returned. I would ask Aunt Luna but she has been banished to the moon by Nightmare Moon."
"Hmm. Powerful she is. Go to the castle of Ponyville you must. There you will find the truth. But beware, pain you will find."
"Thank you, master Yoda."
"May the force be with you," Yoda said as his voice faded away. Charming Thunder then opened his eyes and got up. He was about to walk out and when the door opened, Twilight was standing out there.
"I was just about to see you," Twilight said. "Is there something wrong?"
"There is something I must know, love. I need to go to your castle and seek answers."
"What if the shadow troopers are there?"
"They aren't. Their main focus is Canterlot for now. Wait for me until I return." Twilight pressed he lips to Charming Thunder's as she gave him a kiss for luck. "Please wait for me." He then walked past Charming Thunder as she stood and watched.

At the hangar, Charming Thunder walked with Danny to XS stock light freighter as they talked. "You sure about this?" Danny asked.
"I must know the truth," Charming Thunder said. "I'm sure you need them too." Danny nodded and they walked up the ramp. Once they were seated at the controls, Danny started the ship up and flew out of the hangar heading straight for Ponyville.

Charming Thunder and Danny arrived at Ponyville and wore cloaks as they entered the castle. They lowered their hoods and walked down the hallway of the castle. They then entered the security room where there are multiple screens showing where the security cameras are looking at. Danny went to the buttons and re-winded the security recordings to the day Nightmare Moon returned. Charming Thunder saw something in the bedroom camera. "Danny, go to the bedroom camera," he said. Danny nodded and enlarged the screen for the bedroom and sees Nyx and Nexus in the room talking. Nyx looked like she was crying as Nexus handed her the glove Charming Thunder recognized. An explosion erupted in the room and Nightmare Moon appeared. Charming Thunder's eyes began to tear up as she watched. "It can't be. It can't be." They then watched the clip where Nightmare shot down the guards and escaped with Nexus. "Turn it off."
"Charming," Danny said.
"I SAID TURN IT OFF!!! I can't watch anymore." Danny turned off the screen and walked up to his brother. He placed a hoof on his shoulder and calmed him down a little.
"I'm sorry, brother. I didn't know."
"How could Nyx do this to me? I trusted her, I cared for her like she was my daughter. What made her decide to turn against us?"
Charming Thunder sat on the bed as he felt scared about Twilight's reaction about his discovery. As he lays down on the pillow, the door opened and Twilight entered. Charming Thunder jumped a little and got up on his hooves. "What happened at my castle?" Twilight asked. He did not respond and gazed away from her.
"Something's happened to Nyx," Charming Thunder replied. "I just don't know how you would take it. She's in trouble."
"From Harkon?" Charming Thunder turned to face her with courage.
"From herself. Twilight, Nyx is Nightmare Moon." Twilight's eyes widened and walked past Charming Thunder. "I'm sorry." Anger filled Twilight's eyes as she turned and gave him a hard slap to his face.
"How could you say that!?" Charming Thunder rubbed his cheek where Twilight slapped him as tears fell out of her eyes.
"I saw a recording in the castle security room. She is angry, sad, and upset towards you and me. She feels a need to be loved."
"If only we spent time with her instead of talking politics and plan the upcoming war."
A communicator beeped and Twilight answered it. When the call ended, Twilight marched down the hall in anger as Charming Thunder followed behind still feeling the pain from her slap.

Danny was waiting on the landing ramp of a Nu-class attack shuttle. The hanger doors opened, revealing Charming Thunder and an angry Twilight. He saw a red mark on Charming Thunder's cheek and tried not to laugh. They approached him as Twilight began to lose her patience. "Why did you call us here Danny Eclipse and it better be good!!" Twilight shouted in anger.
"Thanks to my Consortium Agent’s work and Harkon’s daughter taking our side, they had brought back to us; Auriel's Bow," Danny explained.
"What’s so important about some stupid bow!?"
"Watch your mouth, Twilight Sparkle. Celestia herself crafted this bow and provided twenty sun hallowed arrows. This bow and the arrows can weaken creatures of darkness, like Nightmare Moon and Harkon." Charming Thunder and Twilight gasped at the explanation. "The presence of Nyx inside Nightmare Moon makes to one hundred percent that we cannot kill her. The sun hallowed arrows combined with Auriel's Bow can make the arrows explode, unleashing holy light and defeating creatures of darkness. When Nightmare Moon is down, we can end the nightmare…peacefully. So here is the plan: I’ll be the one using the bow against Nightmare Moon. While I do that, you two will be dealing with Nightmare Moon. Keep her distracted; don’t let her focus on me." They cheered and went inside. As Danny walked past Charming Thunder, he whispered in his ear. "She didn’t take the news well, did she?" Charming Thunder nodded and they boarded the shuttle and headed to the cockpit and Danny began to pilot the ship. They were heading to Canterlot. Charming Thunder sat across from his wife as he levitated an ice pack and places it on his bruised cheek.
Twilight looked at him with shame and said, "Sorry about slapping you earlier."
"It's alright, love," Charming Thunder said. Twilight giggled as the shuttle flew out of the hangar.

The shuttle arrived at Canterlot and landed on a nearby free zone from sight. Danny lowered the platform to the cockpit and got off. Twilight and Charming Thunder got off their seats and they went to the landing ramp and went down it. It was night outside, not surprising, so they dashed through the darkness. They got inside the city with ease and began to head into Canterlot Castle. There were a lot of guards but thanks to Danny's invisibility, they got past them like taking candy from a baby. They then entered the throne room and they see no Shadow Guards but sees Nightmare Moon and Spell Nexus. They came out of the shadows and Danny used a spell to prevent anyone from escaping or getting in. They looked at Nightmare Moon, who was surprised to see them. "I’m surprised you three have returned," Nightmare Moon said. " I must say, your here sooner than expected."
"Nightmare Moon, your reign of tyranny ends here and now," Danny said. Nightmare Moon gets up and activates her lightsaber. It was blue crystal with a white core. Charming Thunder and Twilight activated their lightsabers and Danny began to run towards the wall and began to walk on it.
"Now this is between you and me now, Charming and Twilight."
"We know who you are; Nyx!" Charming Thunder shouted. Nightmare looked surprised but didn’t last long. She readies herself.
"I’ll defeat you! I’m not Nyx! I’m Nightmare Moon!" Danny pulled out Auriel's Bow and a sun hallowed arrow and readies the arrow. Nightmare surrounded herself in a magic shield and began to fire lightning bolts at the couple. They dodged and Charming Thunder fired a lightning bolt at the shield, shattering it briefly. Just enough time for him fire the arrow. He successfully hits her before exploding in holy light. Nightmare screamed by the holy light and fell to the ground. Danny began to move again and Spell Nexus looks at him and begins to fire magic bolts at him. He dodged them and glared at him. Nightmare got back up but felt incredibly weak so she began to rally her energy to the moon. She began to glow blue and black at the same time. Charming noticed and charged, he wanted to stop her but when he hit the energy dome around Nightmare; he was pushed back. Danny noticed and began to draw the bow and arrow. Spell Nexus kept fire at each clone, destroying them. He was about to fire but Spell Nexus had hit the real him and made him fall to the ground and the remaining clones fusing back into him. He got up, feeling pretty weak. Nightmare was beginning to grow stronger. Danny growled and his eyes began to glow purple.
"Screw this!" Danny shouted. "I’ll take away the Nightmare myself!" He began to charge at Nightmare, purple markings began to expand around his body.
"What are you doing brother!? Are you nuts!!"
"I’m protecting and saving my family!" Danny hits the dome and he felt being pushed but he kept pushing against the force. He felt incredible pain as he pushed but doesn't stop. Nightmare was shocked and increased the pressure. Danny then reached out to Nightmare and touched her chest. His medallion began to glow and the markings began to glow and Nightmare began to have purple markings. She tried to push back but he held his ground. The markings began to expand until her entire being was covered in the markings. "This is the end of you! Now and forever!!" They then began to glow purple. He placed his other hoof on her chest and then separated his hooves, splitting Nightmare away from Nyx. Nyx was in his left as Nightmare was thrown to the right. She opened her eyes and sees her glove no longer on her hoof. Nyx was still asleep and Danny looked down to the glove and grabbed it. "This thing is too dangerous to exist." He then summoned the Dark Star Saber and stab the blade into the glove, destroying it. Nightmare gasped and he began to feel Nyx beginning to wake up. She opened her eyes and sees him smile. "Hey squirt. If you wanted attention, why didn’t you ask your old uncle Danny?" Nyx then hugged him as he hugged her back. He then puts her down and looked up to gaze at Nightmare. "Nightmare Moon, you have caused too much pain for this land to bear. For your punishment, you are to be sealed within Nyx for eternity, your power to only serve her alone. Nyx, do you wish to bear this demon witch in you for eternity?" Twilight looked worried, Charming was protesting against this action but he ignored him. Nyx looked at Nightmare first before looking at Danny and nods. His right hoof began to glow and he placed it on Nyx’s chest and Nightmare began to glow until she was pulled into Nyx. A seal mark appeared on her chest. Danny sighed before he fainted and the last thing he heard was Nyx calling his name before he fell asleep. Twilight walked up to Nyx as Charming Thunder saw Spell Nexus trying to crawl away. He then used his magic to levitate Nexus to him and grabbed him by the neck.
"Going somewhere?" Charming Thunder said. He then releases him and Nexus slowly begins to crawl away from him.
"Have mercy," Nexus begged. "Please. Please!!!"
"There is no mercy." Charming Thunder then fired lightning at him to start torturing him. He screamed in pain which got Twilight's attention.
"That's enough," Twilight demanded.
"Do not worry. I'm not going to kill him." Nexus sighed with relief as he lays on the floor. "I have some use for him." He then shot lightning at him again and Nexus screamed in pain. His screaming echoed through the castle halls as Twilight covered Nexus's eyes and watched.
In an interrogation room, Twilight sat with the handcuffed Spell Nexus and she asked him questions about his boss. The room was dark with only one light shining over them. "What is Harkon planning?" Twilight demanded.
"How should I know," Nexus replied.
"You and I both know where he is so you should tell me everything you know."
"What is this then? A good guard and bad guard routine? You're not a guard."
"Never start with the head. The victim gets all fuzzy. You can't feel the neck and--" Nexus was interrupted when Charming Thunder slammed his hoof on Nexus's arms on the table. He didn't feel the pain and turned to face him. "See?"
"You corrupted a filly," Charming Thunder said. "Like a monster."
"Now see here; I am not a monster. I am a servant of Nightmare Moon." Nexus then got grabbed by the neck.
"You're testing my patience."
"Kill me and you won't know anything." Charming Thunder drags him to a device and straps him in. As Charming Thunder was about to leave, the device was activated and the rack automatically lowered as sparks fired and when the door was shuts, screams were then heard. He then gestured the guards to enter and keep an eye on the prisoner. Twilight and him began to leave when they see Danny and Nyx heading towards them. Nyx gets off of Danny's back and runs over to them and hugs them.
"Mommy! Daddy!" Nyx shouted with glee. Charming Thunder and Twilight were confused until they see Danny smile.
"Nyx, here, had memory of the spell used," Danny explained. "Spell Nexus didn’t cast it, it was Nightmare Moon. Nyx, who had access to Nightmare Moon’s power and knowledge, used her power to release the Princesses. They were going to seal her away into the moon, but I stopped them."
"You stood up against your own relatives to protect Nyx!?" Twilight shouted.
"What did you do!?" Charming Thunder demanded.
"I threaten to use the banishment spell to give them time out and some time to think before they try to do it again. They were shocked to see magic radiating off of me. Anyways, we came up with a deal. I’m Nyx’s uncle and guardian while Charming is the father and Twilight is the mother. As long as Nyx uses her magic for good, she can remain with us and not on the barren lands of the moon." Twilight began to cry and began to hug Nyx. Charming Thunder hugged with Twilight as Danny smiled. One big happy family. "Hey Nyx? I know a spell to speed up the aging process. You want to use it?" Nyx began to think about it and then nodded. "How old?"
"As old as Light Sparkle, my adoptive big sister," Nyx replied. Danny nodded and used the spell. Nyx began to grow and when she reached about Light’s age, she had her cutie mark and everything. She looked really cute now. Her mane and tail was longer and it was nice and beautiful looking. She still had her Nightmare Moon eyes, her wings and horn grew as well, and her cutie mark was blue shield for the night. Danny had a feeling it meant “Defender of the Night” or somewhere around there. He then took her to a nearby mirror and she looked at herself. She smiled at her new appearance. "I look beautiful."
"Whoever is going to be your special somepony, is going to be a lucky stallion."
"I agree," Charming Thunder said. Nyx and Twilight began to talk about mare stuff as Danny and Charming Thunder left.
"Charming, our next battle will be Harkon. We need to strike now before he realizes that Spell Nexus has gone missing. Organize your men and I’ll do the same. Tomorrow, we shall charge against the Volkihar Clan, we are going to take the fight to them. We are going to march upon Castle Volkihar, home to the most powerful Vamponies in our world. Bring everything and everyone, this battle may as well be…our last stand." Charming Thunder nodded and left to go get the forces. He then saw the princesses and rushed over to hug them.
"Aunt Celestia!! Aunt Luna!!" Tears were beginning to shed as the princesses began to hug him back.
"We missed you too, nephew," Celestia said. They then broke the hug as Charming Thunder wiped away his tears.
"I trust that you and Twilight will take care of Nyx?" Luna asked.
"Of course. My wife is happy about adding her to the family."
"Good. For now go prepare your forces. You got a battle to win." Charming Thunder nodded and dashed past the princesses as he rushed to go fetch his forces. Luna only smiled as she watched him run off through the hall.
"What are you so happy about, sister?" Celestia asked.
"He just reminds me of him when he was young. Before I became Nightmare Moon, I use to play with him all the time. I treat him like he is my own son."
"I'm sure that he will accept you as a mother-in-law since Danny is his brother." Luna only giggled as Celestia laughed to the good memories of the past.
The airship called Nightmare's Fist flew towards Castle Volkihar. Danny whistled at the design as Charming Thunder admired it as well. "When Nyx told us that Nightmare Moon had her own personal Airship, I couldn’t believe it but now I do," Danny said.
"It must have took her a while to make," Charming Thunder replied. "The firepower from this could destroy Canterlot back before technology was even made."
"Anyways, we should be approaching the Castle now." They were surprised when they saw an assault force on the bridge, Vamponies. They looked up at them but they didn't attack. "Looks like we have been expected."
"Seems so." The airship lowered and opened one side of the bottom of the ship. A ramp lowered to shore and their troops began to march ashore.
"Why aren’t they attacking?" The Vamponies didn’t move. Twilight, HK-47, Soundwave, and Vanguard went to the abandon tower with snipers and took up gun positions. Their troops came ashore and got into their battle stances and stood their ground. The Vamponies didn’t attack yet, which confused them. Their forces were holding vibro swords with Charming Thunder and Danny behind them. Twilight and her forces were holding Sniper Rifles. The tensions began to build up, each side preparing to attack. Finally, Vanguard pulled out his sniper rifle, took aim, and fired a shot at a Vampony. When the Vampony died, they began to charge. Their forces collided and remained behind, watching the bloodshed fighting in front of them. Lightning bolts from the Vamponies shot everywhere in the area.

Meanwhile, Ivar Bloodfang and his pack of Bloodfang Worgens docked on the port with their big airship. "I want you to seek them out," Ivar ordered. "Strike them down as a true warrior of the wild. They won’t give it willingly; we can extract their foul powers by force."
"Bloodsuckers," Darius said. "Vamponies, take every precaution. One bite and you can end up as one of them."
"Glory awaits! By Ysgramor!" The Worgens growled n unison and howled in unison as well. "Now move quickly, and don’t leave any of them alive." The Worgens began to make their charge. Ivar led them to their assault, they began to battle against Vamponies and some Undead Minions. There was hundreds of worgens, all of them charging at the enemy forces, slashing and howling their attack. Ivar pinned a Vampony and began to rip him to shreds.

Forces continued their clashing on the bridge to the castle. Vamponies were using Lightning and Blood Magic and some were even using ancient reanimation spells to bring back the fallen to serve their cause. Danny and the others have not made their charge yet as they wait for the opportunity to make the charge. That is when they heard a loud growl and looked to see a Vampony holding a battle axe and cut the heads off of three separate ponies, who were part of their forces. Now was their chance, so Danny, Charming Thunder, and Serana began their charge. They approached and sees lightning shooting at them. Danny pulled out his lightsabers and prepared to cut the vampony’s head off. When they got up to him, he cut off his cut, clean off. They entered the castle and prepared for their showdown against Harkun.

Harkon was approaching the Dining Room and entered it. "Fools," Harkon said. "They are determined and well-armed, but foolish to think they can defy us. The Vampony is eternal, and with immortality comes the revelation that bonds never endurances. With the world in shadow, we will never tire, never weakened, more than a match for their pitiful armies-" He was interrupted when a loud sound that pushed back a squad of Vamponies. They looked at the source and see Danny and Charming Thunder approaching from the entrance with their lightsabers drawn. "Ah, you’re here. Good. I am Harkon, Lord of this court. You have come here to stop me from taking Auriel’s Bow and shrouding the world in darkness."
"We meet again Harkon," Danny said. "It’s been a while. A thousand years to be accurate."
"Ah, hello to you too, young Prince Danny, son of Nightmare Moon and King Sombra. I’m honestly surprised you chose to fight against your own kin. Why?"
"My kin are the Equestrian Ponies, not you heartless blood suckers."
"I sense you have made your own clan. This is traditional for both clans to clash, to find out which is the strongest."
"True, but I don’t care about tradition. You must die for your crimes, Harkon."
"I think we both know that your army of fools is no match against the scion of the ancient blood."
"That is what you want it to be," Charming Thunder replied coldly.
"You are the fool Harkon, and you will die as one."
"So be it. It ends here!" Harkon used a spell and he turned into a bunch of bats. The other Vamponies teleported out as well. Charming Thunder and Danny looked at the empty dining hall and began to walk towards the center of it to head to the stairs but when they arrived at the middle, there was a huge explosion and they were pushed back. They got up to look at the source and they see a giant Vampony. They glared at its pure blood red eyes and then realized that they were surrounded by Master Vamponies. They were about to attack and Danny used his Ghost Powers to create a domed shield around both him and Charming Thunder as they are protected from their attacks. They were firing Lightning Bolts and Ice Spikes at us, but the shield held against the pressure of their attacks.

Celestia, Luna, and Shining Armor were finishing up the remaining Vamponies on the bridge. "For Equestria!!" Celestia shouted. They cheered and continue the charge where they entered the castle. The Worgens began to come out of the hidden passage. Danny's ghost dome shield held and he kept it up without breaking a sweat. He looked at Charming Thunder and he was alright so far. The Vamponies kept to their attack. They suddenly see their assault force coming down the stairs to engage the Vamponies who were attacking them. They were even more relieved when they heard howling coming from the Worgens. Charming Thunder has never seen a worgen before and he was amazed to see they were humanoid wolves with fur and not wood. Their combined forces began to kill off the Vamponies in the Dining Hall. Danny lowered the Ghost Dome shield and began to help the others, but the next second later, both him and Charming Thunder were inside a prison cage, inside Harkon’s Room. He then grabbed Charming Thunder and turned intangible, walking through the bars and continued to head to the room where Harkon was probably at. They entered the Volkihar Cathedral where Harkon was standing next to the shrine where it was dedicated to Molag Bal. Serana walked into the place, looking at her father with anger and coldness. "So, you’ve returned," Harkon said. "Is your…pet…keeping you entertained?"
"You know why we are here," Serana replied.
"Of course I do. You disappoint me Serana; you’ve taken everything I provided to you and thrown it all away."
"You provided for me? Are you insane? You destroyed our family, you’ve killed other vamponies all over for some prophecy we barely understand." Serana then pulled out her short lightsaber which was a purple crystal with a white core. "No more. I’m done with you."
"So." Danny and Charming Thunder walk into the room and return tangible. "I see this ghost has fangs. Danny, I have you to thank for turning my daughter against me. How does it feel to hold the fate of the Vampony in your grasp? Exhilarating, isn’t it?" He walks down the few stairs in front of the alter to look at them forwardly. "Let's end this!" Harkon readies a powerful lightning spell and Charming Thunder prepared his. They fired and their lightnings met, creating a massive surge in the center. Harkon’s power was too much for Charming push back. "You can’t stop the prophecy!"
"Actually, we can!" Danny shouted. He then charged up his lightning storm and helped Charming Thunder in the pushing. It worked too, Harkon’s lightning attack began to be pushed back.
"Die!" Danny and Charming Thunder kept pushing back the lightning attack and it became imminent when it was about to hit Harkon. "No!" An explosion hits Harkon's side and they looked to see him weak and almost on the ground. "No. Serana, your own father?"
"Back to dust!" Serana shouted. "Harkon fired an unexpected Lightning spell towards Charming Thunder. It was about to hit him when Danny got in the way and took the hit to the chest and head. He fell to the ground and Charming checked for his pulse to see if he is still alive. He was lucky to find his pulse, faint and slow but still active. Harkon began to change. He began to glow blood red and then, he changed. His Vampony wings expanded, his horn was much sharper, his eyes were blood red, his teeth were sharper, and his hooves were now claws. He looked like a mutated Griffin but not exactly. His voice was evil, cruel, and sounded like a dark and cruel bug monster trying to talk but was having a hard time.
"First you die Serana." Harkon chuckled before turning into bats and reappeared in the air, aiming a hoof right at Charming Thunder, Danny, and Serana. His left hoof pointing at them and it began to glow blood red as a red energy sphere surrounded Harkon. Suddenly, the gargoyles statues shattered, revealing living Gargoyles. Serana began to attack the Gargoyles with her short lightsaber.
"Quick, the bow!" Charming Thunder nodded and grabbed the bow and sun hallowed arrows and began to draw it, aiming at Harkon. Harkon chanted a spell that began to reanimate skeletons from the dead to attack. Charming Thunder continued to focus at Harkon and aimed at him. "Break his shield, hurry!" He then made the final aim and the arrow began to glow as bright as the sun. He then released the arrow, firing it towards Harkon. The arrow hit its target and exploded with a great holy light. Harkon fell to the ground and erupted with a blood red light, his skin began to fade away, revealing only a skeleton of Harkon’s remains. The skeleton fell to the ground and turned into blood red dust that was glowing. The gargoyles and skeletons instantly died away. Charming Thunder and Serana approached the remains of Harkon. "Well, that’s done." That was when they began to hear movement behind them and they looked and see Danny get up with a curious look on his face.
"You’re awake," Charming Thunder said.
"Who are you?" Danny said with a curious look. Charming Thunder gasped at what he said. That lightning attack did more than just injure him, that was for certain. Danny didn’t know who he was but the only thing he did remember was his powers and skills and a few allies: names only. T3-M4, HK-47, Soundwave, and HK-50 were the only names he remembered. He began to run away, heading outside the castle as Charming Thunder and Serana followed.

A Consular-class cruiser, which was a big transport ship, landed on the shore. The others eyed it mysteriously and the landing ramp lowered. Soundwave and HK-47 came to the landing ramp and then they see him coming towards the ship. "Hurry master!" HK-47 shouted. He boarded the ship and it began to take off. Charming Thunder and Serana arrived to see it leaving as the ramp closed. The ship fled away towards the direction to the unknown lands of the centaur kingdom. He grabbed his communicator and contacted Celestia.
"Aunt Celestia, we have a problem," Charming Thunder reported.
"What is it?"
"Harkon has been defeated and we are victorious, but his attack made Danny loose his memory and he is fleeing."
"I'll have some men track the ship. Return to Canterlot. We'll find him, nephew. I promise."
Charming Thunder sat on his throne as holo projections of Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Brutalight, Meta, and Chrysalis sat in a circle. "We're having soldiers looking for him, Charming," Chrysalis reported. "They are fully aware of the situation."
"Fear might have caused him to run off," Charming Thunder said. "Wherever he is going, he might try to hide."
"You suspect that he is up to something bad?" Cadence asked.
"No. But I want him alive. We must find a way to restore his memory. I will inform Twilight to lock down the spaceport in Ponyville. And I will make it known, any ship attempting to leave the town, will be brought in by a star destroyer's tractor beam."
"Make it happen then," Celestia said.
"And please don't hurt him," Luna said. The holograms faded as Charming Thunder stood up from his throne and gazed out of his window.
"There is no need to inform me," Twilight said from behind. "I heard everything."
"How is Nyx?"
"She's holding up." Twilight then walked up to him and nudged him on his neck. "Don't worry, honey. We'll find him."
"Rainbow is going to be mad when she finds out that he lost his memory and ran off."
"Don't worry. She is with Pinkie at the griffin kingdom trying to solve a friendship problem. She won't know."

A few hours later, Charming Thunder sat in his chambers as he waited for word from the soldiers about Danny's whereabouts. He then glanced over the family photo as a tear fell off of his face.

Charming Thunder heard a beeping sound coming from his throne room and rushed out. He then sat on the throne and turned it to the round window and an image of a soldier appeared on the screen. "Your report?" he asked.
"We found the cruiser," the soldier reported. "We are preparing to board it and--" He was interrupted when the cruiser behind the soldier exploded. Even Charming Thunder saw it from his window. "What just happened, private?"
"The cruiser blew up," the private reported.
"It appears that Danny is covering his tracks. With your permission we--" The soldier was interrupted when he was being choked by Charming Thunder's unicorn magic. He could barely speak until his neck was snapped and the soldier collapsed to the ground.
"Apology accepted, captain," Charming Thunder said. He then ended the transmission and turned his chair back to its original spot and got up to leave the room. As he exited, Charming Thunder saw Rainbow Dash as she returned from the griffin kingdom.
"I heard an explosion as I entered the castle," Rainbow said. "What is going on?"
"Danny's memory has been wiped by Lord Harkun. We are searching for him and found his cruiser, but he somehow covered his tracks. I take full responsibility for whatever happens to him in the future."
"I know about Danny and its not your fault. What of the soldiers who reported this?"
"He has been relieved from his duties."
"You killed him?"
"You could say that." Charming Thunder began to walk past Rainbow as he made his way to leave the castle. He then stopped to turn and looked at Rainbow. "Have faith, my friend. We'll find him and everything will be back the way it was before."
"I believe you." Charming Thunder then continued to walk down the hallway as he left Rainbow.
