Huh. · 2:22am Apr 12th, 2021

Today, somebody who had previously downvoted a bunch of my stories changed their downvotes to upvotes, and then not long after, changed those upvotes back to downvotes. I see you, and I am... mildly confused. Couldn't you try reading those stories and rate based on that instead of, like, going through my blogs and voting my stories based on whether you agree with the particular blog you read last, or whatever it is you're doing?

Squirrels · 8:56pm Mar 30th, 2021

"I just got off the phone with your family therapist, and I hadn't realized how many issues your family had."
"That's normal, though, right? You look under the hood of any family, and you'll find problems."
"Well that's... true, but when I look under the hood of your family, I find squirrels."
-Conversation I recently had with my therapist.

You Know What's Fun? · 2:48am Mar 21st, 2021

Checking this site for story updates and seeing, out of the blue, previously non-extremist authors calling for political violence on their blogs. Oh wait, that's the opposite of fun. Apparently violent rhetoric is okay if it's lightly veiled in metaphor. I have half a mind to write a metaphorical tale insinuating violence against the people who are doing this to test if it works both ways... but that would require the dishonesty of pretending I promote violence. It so happens that morality is

This Blog is to Fix a Very Important Problem · 5:50pm Jan 12th, 2021

Being that I previously had 139 blogs, which is a very unpleasant prime number, and now have 140 blogs, which is a nice, small-prime composite number.

1. That you think I didn't argue the points made is evidence that you, like he, refuse to actually read what other people write. And it's highly ironic that instead of addressing the points I've made in that blog, you've decided to be "butthurt" that I made it at all.

Fandom Flashback #3 · 7:00am Jan 11th, 2021

Way back when, they decided to censor Derpy after some soccer mom complained that she was offensive. This... really sucked, because in the eyes of the fandom, Derpy was the exact opposite of disability-bashing: She had become a symbol of succeeding in the face of adversity. Have some songs about that.

Weeding Out the Extremists · 5:53am Dec 31st, 2020

I've had a few new followers in the last few days, who might not know what they're getting into. So, setting: Minneapolis, earlier tonight.
Story according to Twitter users: "Cop shoots man just sitting in his car at gas station!"
Story according to credible news media: "Witnesses report that suspect shot at police, police returned fire."

Rewatch Observations Pertinent to Lore · 10:54pm Dec 29th, 2020

1. In "A Canterlot Wedding Part 2", Shining Armor has four groomsmen, in order: Caramel, a minor background pony named Cherry Fizzy, Noteworthy, and another minor background character named Meadow Song (who is apparently removed to make room for Twilight in the second, real wedding). These would sensibly be close friends of Shining Armor. It's also worth remembering that Minuette, Twinkleshine, and Lyra* were similarly Cadance's original bridesmaids, implying a similar close relationship.
