Have a cute picture of Sweetie Belle.
Okay, less funny and more frustrating. Still an 'F' weird though. I like those.
Back on topic though: Starlight Over the Forest has a new chapter going up soon... ish. I was going to hammer out the last bits of the chapter but the Blizzard had to ruin my plans with an inconveniently timed update to Overwatch that released a new hero and other features. (I play on PS4. I am a dirty console peasant.)
So really, this is Blizzard's fault that there's a delay.
I'm going to take a break from giving story updates and be serious for a moment.
As I write this blog post, I am simultaneously heartbroken and the happiest I've been in a long time. Here's why:
New chapters should go up soonish. Sorry for the delay, fellow humans. I'm in the middle of a pet crisis that's culminated in me getting roughly two hours of sleep in the last couple days. Yay! Hopefully it'll pass soon. In the meantime, here's a picture:
I need five cc's of creativity stat! Nurse, hand me that spell checker! Clear!
Its... alive!
That's right folks! After a too-long hiatus, Starlight Over the Forest has a new chapter! And more to come soon! Holy fruits!
If you haven't checked out the story yet, I recommend you do so. This is probably one of my favorite pieces I'm working on. I'm just bummed I let it gather dust for so long.
Neat. I love multiples of tens. So satisfying...
I love palindromes too. You ever want to be my friend, post a palindrome to my user page. Or message it to me. I don't care how you give me my word heroin.
I've written roughly four-thousand words today. Two grand on the newest chapter posted to The Single Life, another thousand on the next one, and then a few hundred on a few other stories.
I'm still kicking! I've had an... unproductive last couple of months. I'll keep it brief with the explanations: Depression and then getting sick. See? Brief.
That's not the point of this blog, merely a preface. The real meat is this:
In any form, really. Story links, pictures, etc... it's just one of those days, ya know?
So I've been putting a lot of thought into Protectors of the Dreamscape as a whole, and I've come to a conclusion that irritates me:
I don't like the story.
