While at the beach the students of CHS encounter Screwball, a young genius with a few loose screws, who has come to test out an experimental perfume she invented to bring out the Wild Side of those who smell it, and when Timber Spruce is accidentally over exposed to the perfume, the girls all go Wild for him in a very Bad way, so now Timber's only hope of surviving this crazy situation is with Screwball's help, yeah he's toast.

Dr. Scarabew Ballentine(Ponyville's resident Psychotherapist) has time & time again proven to most likely be the best Mental-Health Professional in all of Equestria, but after Discord defeats the Mane 6 in the Hedge Maze, then goes to turn Ponyville into the Chaos Capital of the World, he'll really put her skills to the test, can she solve Discord's problems & convince him to not bring all of Equestria into Eternal Chaos, or will she just end up becoming another one of his chaotic victims, or will something else completely unexpected happen between these two?

As you can tell by the title this story is a "What if..?", meaning that it takes place in an Alternate Reality, so it is Not Canonical with any other story that I or Anyone Else has already created.

Princess Twilight is trying to focus on preparing for the Blue Moon Festival, but Screwball won't stop bothering her with her "Tex Avery-an" Looney Tunes-Style antics, and Screwbs is also bringing random gags & references galore to others all over Ponyville, even a little dimension hopping here & there, with so many crazy distractions Twilight wonders what else could possibly happen today, can you say Surprise Monster Attack.
