So, I was just thinking about my mom, and how I wished she was here.
How hollow I feel today, all day up till now.
How my dad had come over with his girl friend, and I forgot today was the tenth all day.
Three months dead... I'm still not over it all the way.

Well, I'm back from the con, and wow I got tons of fuel for myself to write with just from being there!

Stories from celebs, lost rides, nights of drinking, missing plane tickets, and even more that has happened to many people that were there! I think though that the best thing is that despite some bad things happening to some people, our community has shone with example by helping those out in need.

So with the upcoming trip to BABSCon, you would think that I would be excited, but instead, I've had a feeling of pure dread, will I have enough money, will my grandmother approve of the person I am riding with, will I be able to enjoy myself knowing that I have to call my grandmother every day?

Lots of what iffs, and not once have I decided to cancel out on this once in a lifetime trip.

However, I feel that a goodbye is appropriate, for I am leaving this town that I have known for the last 16 years. And so, to all of you, I do say goodbye for now, for I am moving, packing, and saying many a see you later to my friends up here.

They are what I'll miss the most, my band-mates, my friends, I even have two relatives that live up here. But, where I live, there is no future, no jobs, no anything.

Writing stories.

Remember the following whenever you write anything. Life is not always going to make you laugh, nor will it make you cry forever. Life is not ever going to be anything like you see on reality TV, or a great horror film.

With all that in mind, you have to remember that life is full of it's ups and downs. At the end of the day, when you know about your characters, you need to remember what kind of people they are, and how they would react to something.
