Please, authors. Comb your stories for typos and edit them out. Re-read your old stories on occasion for the purpose too. Typos are at once jarring and petty. They shake me out of the story and yet feel too small to message people over. I don't want to bother people about typos... but I don't want to read stories that have them, either. It's tough.
