Does anyone remember that story I wrote about a ghost opening a paranormal investigator service? Only the people following me from the beginning will. Anyway, I was thinking of redoing that story, but I'm not sure whether I should. Now that I know what The Dresden Files are, however, I'm not sure if I should. It seems like kind of the same concept. Thoughts?

Oh yeah, and it's not always on and always watching. And you don't have to connect to the internet every day. I mean seriously, why do you have to connect to the internet every day to play single-player games? We're not children, and Microsoft isn't our mother who we have to check in with. The company is acting like an overly-attached girlfriend and I don't like it. Change scares me.

I'm not going to point any fingers, but some of the stories that get featured on this site do not deserve it. Not because the authors are bad people, not because the story has a bad plot, not because of anything like that. It's because some of these things have terrible spelling, grammar, and formatting. Even that would be forgivable, though, if it weren't for the fact that these authors don't even try to get it right or do anything to fix it.

But then they're being all serious about it, and even though I know it's a joke, I'm still starting to get a little worried. I'm not sure what to believe, but if it is an April Fool's joke, then it's a damned good one. Anyone else even the slightest bit worried?
