You've all heard the story before; guy goes to convention, gets a cool artifact, and then gets teleported to Equestria, and then turns into what he's dressed as. That's the story going around. However, at least they can talk. Have you ever tried communicating with ponies when they not only don't speak the same language as you, but you can't even talk back because that fire-breathing hole in your face can't form coherent words? It's kind of hard. Well, as you may have guessed, that happened to me, except I didn't even make it to the con. No, instead, I put on my costume beforehand, and I end up getting summoned here by Celestia's own student, who thought she'd summoned something else. Now everyone's trying to kill me or something, and I didn't even DO anything!

Oh, and I can't even talk, like I said. Ain't life just grand? Egh... At least I have my sword... Don't ask how much THAT cost me.

The Arbiter. That is merely his title, nothing more. He has no name, no family, and no future... until now.

This Arbiter, he who was born of hate and wrath, thought no creature, let alone a mere human, could ever best him in combat. But, he was wrong. In the events of the Halo wars campaign, the Arbiter fought sergeant Forge multiple times, each time suffering a heavier, more degrading defeat. And at last, just when he thought he had the pestilent human, the gods suddenly turned their wrath upon him for his failures, and he failed against the little human, and perished on the shield world containing the forerunner fleet... or so he thought.

The gods he followed may have forsaken him on that day, but another, more fun power gave him another chance, to begin again, in a new world of its choice. However, that power failed to specify the Arbiter's new purpose, and dumped the belligerent sangheilli into a world that tests his very patience every moment of every day. Will he finally discover the source of true peace here, in this colorful, pony-filled world, or will he burn the fetid, cutesy, scum-sucking, human-loving planet to its bedrock!?

...Probably the latter.

Throughout history, ruins and relics have been lost to the sands of time. Most of these are artifacts and places of great value and import, but what if there were some things that were never meant to be found? Artifacts and ruins so evil, their mere presence corrupts the most innocent of souls to the promises of power. One such artifact is sought by Celestia herself, but for purely innocent intentions:
The Overlord's Armor.
This relic was thought to have belonged to an ancient being, who ruled as god among the ancient races of men, elves, and dwarves, and commanded an army of powerful minions to do his bidding. Needless to say, His armor was said to be the source of his dark power, and has been long sought after by collectors and historians for years, but no lead was ever found... Until now. Now, commissioned by the princess herself to find this relic, Twilight and her friends go two the barren wastelands of the overlord's old tower to find his tomb, and his armor with it... But sometimes, Power and riches can come with a very evil price...

Equestria has long been a world of peace and harmony. The many races, though once at war, now are united in a magical industrial revolution, thanks to two discoveries: The magical leylines that form a grid around their world and supply them with a constant stream of magic, and a mystical metal called Arcanium, which is almost indestructible due to its magical nature. Thanks to these two discoveries, production of many new conveniences, like giant machines that harvest the magic energy from the leylines to use for other new inventions, is in full swing, and leylines and Arcanium deposits are dug up every day. However, one day, a simple mining operation leaves an entire city destroyed, laid to waste by an ancient race of hyper-adaptive, territorial, hive-born creatures called Slivers. With the new enemy emerged from it's ancient slumber, the world of Equestria must unite against this powerful, indestructible menace. Now, 5 years after that fateful event, Equestria is in turmoil, with only a handful of sanctuaries remaining for the collective races of Equestria, and resources are scarce, snatched away by the Slivers. Now, a handful of soldiers are on a mission from the Princesses themselves: Find the central hive, and destroy it. But when the enemy is using their own weapons against them, how much will they sacrifice for a mission that's doomed to fail?

Zero, a being of no positive emotion whatsoever, was killed once again by a certain pink puffball by the name of Kirby. However, fate wishes to continue his suffering, so he is sent to the sickly sweet world of Equestria, where he assumes he must start anew. With the prospect of new people to share his suffering, will he make friends HIS way? Or will the Mane Six finally show him real happiness, and maybe the magic of friendship?

I do not own Zero or anything belonging to HAL Laboratories Inc. Nor do I own (or want to own) MLP:FiM.

Humanity, a species long thought exterminated by Celestia during her early reign, and now regarded as a terrifying legend. However, this changes when one reappears near the Everfree forest after a sting of dissapearances, all vastly unpleasant. This human, however, is vastly unlike the creatures of lore, being much larger and uncivilized than humans of legend. Also, unlike known humans, this one turns into a great, reptilian beast when angered, among other abilities. Luna, never having never seen a human before, wants to civilize it, and possibly use it as a secret weapon. Celestia, having supposedly eliminated humanity in the first place, wants it gone. But what say does the poor human get in this? None, as he can't speak Equestrian. That's not going to stop him from having an opinion, though.
(please read the author's notes when you can, they are usually important.)
