To be honest, I didn't think that it was that bad! That authors note was a little jarring, but everything else was pretty good for a first timer. The reaction to the transformation was believable and I'm kinda curious to see how this thing turns out. Also, it's not called a screen. Just call it the mirror. And capitalize Sudden Change in the title.
Some errors.
Everything felt.....weird. My arms felt like I had slept with a jacket on. Did I? I quickly dismissed the thought. Of course not. I live in Texas and it's the middle of August. That would be plain retarded. My legs felt twisted but there was no pain to speak of. I couldn't feel my fingers and toes, like they'd fallen asleep. My back itched in a very odd way. It felt like one of my legs when they fall asleep occasionally from lack of circulation. But even the sensation was, well, odd. I felt it on my back, but at the same time, I could feel it detached and foreign like a parasite that clung to my back. Well, this feels bizarre.

One problem is that, at the beginning, every time you want to pause more than the pause a period gives you, use three. So instead of something like-
I tried to fall asleep....... I couldn't.
It would be
I tried to fall asleep... I couldn't.
I'm kind of glad that I'm not the only one who consider the pony limbs to be "colorful tubes" whenever someone turns into a pony. Most of the time, people who are ponified figure out that these are hooves immediately even though they gave the description that the pony limb is exactly like the show. A hoof is not exactly the first thing I would think of if I saw that as my arm.
So, starting off, this feels pretty standard issue. I normally wouldn't continue, but you haven't actually mentioned the WORDS 'Brony' or 'My Little Pony' yet, so I'll see how it goes..

When I did Pirene, I made the assumption that Equestrians look rather more realistic - of course, I make a rather large point of the idea that they are supposed to be what a horse might have evolved into.
And then I go and get pieces of art that make them look like the show! Because no one does realistic Equestrians very well.

Woah man, I saw the cancelled status the likes versus the dislikes, got confused, read the story, got even more confused, then read the comments and was just like, 'Oh, well that's reasonable.' I know the feeling of loosing all idea and motivation to continue on and completely sympathize with you, but I highly encourage you to at least come to me so we could work together on this if you ever do want to start this back up but don't want to do so alone
