DJ (Vinyl Scratch as a male) got a scholarship from a famous dj called Neon Lights and now attends school at a large muscial arts college,"Las Pegasus Music Academy". He buts heads with a female pony named Octavia, but he instead of being mean to her, he tries to make friends with her. Instead of acting like an idiot, he's going to have to take things seriously if he wants to be a top notch DJ. He needs to clean up his act, put on his big boy pants and start taking this schooling seriously. His new roommate is an interesting one, he's actually an alien. What does fate have instore for these three ponies? Only time will tell.

1. Is DJ one of your OCs? If not, and Vinyl somehow got turned into a stallion, how did she change genders?
2. How did an ALIEN get into Equestria? Scratch that, how did the alien get accepted into the school anyway?

Okay these are fair questions. Thank you for bringing them to my attention. To answer your question about DJ. The tag in my story is Alternate universe. That means in an Alternate Universe Vinyl Scratch is a male and goes by a different name. As for the alien, that is the point. He is suppose to confuse you. You have to wonder WHY is an alien in a musical college. HOW did he get accepted. Those are the questions i wanted readers to ask.

Well. If you want to go into the physics of what kinda alternate universes there are, there are all sorts! In this universe the only thing different thing is that Vinyl Scratch is a stallion. It could be that in another universe that Octavia is the stallion. Or bigmacintosh is king over all of equestria. You never know what could happen in an alternate universe.

Ok
One one the things that I love about writing is that, as long as it makes sense in the context of the story, anything goes. DJ makes sense in the context, and so does the whole alien bit (although it makes even more sense if you watch Dr. Who). The characters are fun, enjoyable and relatable. I like it!
