Although there have been a lot of inconsistencies with the Doctor's age (7th Doctor said he was 953 while 10th said he was 903) so the Doctor might be much older or younger than he says he is.

Awesome!!! The silence are almost creepier than the weeping angels, the way they can make people/ponies do anything they want. Provides a good explanation as to why Celestia went from suspicious to outright hating The Doctor so fast.
