Pretty cool btw some suggestions! (I see Sig possessing applejack with applebloom screaming her sis been possessed by the ghost of rarity, with twilight pointing out that rarity alive,) Deneb possessing rainbow dash (With everyone surprise at seeing dash acting humble.) and the worst possible team up Ryuutaros and pinkie pie, i can see everyone being force to dance and party.

okay i CAN see some similarities in some of your pairings,

kintaros and rarity are both generous enough to help others out whenever possible
urataros and fluttershy are very caring (though urataros deserves a anvil to the face for what he made fluttershy do when he was in her body)
deneb and pinkie both always want to make new friends and defy their own worlds physics sometimes (deneb craps candy and pinkie breaks the fourth wall a LOT!)
the rest though don't really make sense, ryutaros should be paired up with pinkie pie, rainbow and momo would get along swimmingly (and i bet momo always wanted to fly

A few quick things to say: the diner car lady's name is Naomi not Nanami, there's some grammar errors that threw me off, and there is only five Imagins on board Denliner yet you said six (if you're implying Deneb was on Denliner for some reason then that would make sense); but other than that it's fine.
Let me guess. This is going to ultimately end with a, "Hissatsu! Ore-tachi no hissatsu waza! Harmony Version!"
