Quite honestly, I didn't really like it, so here's some advice, I suppose. One thing about fanfiction is that you're working with already defined characters who act in certain ways in certain situations (including speech patterns). Try to think how the characters would act in certain situations (the whole wanting to be reformed thing didn't work well with the parts of cannon you were associating it with, although this could theoretically be remedied by ignoring said cannon).
Also, look out for gramatical mistakes (you have a lot of them).
Last, but definitely not least, stick with it. Keep writing and trying to improve upon your capabilities. Don't let negative feedback get to you too much. Everyone starts somewhere.

2122732 Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. If you want to make a sad story with a romantic tag, make sure your story is longer. It will give the readers more build up, pulling them closer to the story. Bravo. I felt that you did a ver good job at giving Discord's character some depth. It can be difficult at time to write a story like this but you still did a great job at it.
I do have to admit that i was rooting for Discord's confession to go well and when it didn't i did feel sorry for him. in life there will always be that person or in this case pony that we can't be with but that doesn't mean the feelings will ever go away.

That was a nice story. I liked Fluttershy's bond with Discord.
I like it how Princess Celestia didn't immediatly feel comfortable with him. Celestia seemed to have a realistic reaction to Discord's feelings for her. I felt so bad for Discord when the guards started peeing on his statue.
The ending was sort of abrupt. I think you should write a sequel about how their relationship goes. There are so many possibilities. Maybe have him and Celestia argue sometimes. Maybe they could break up for a short amount of time and she could get with a boringly perfect alicorn he could be jealous of. Discord could get angry and go back to his old ways. Luna could be over protective of Celestia. Maybe Discord could even save Princess Celestia's life to make her trust him again. Great job! Keep up the good work!
