Believe it or not, a good amount of the things that happened in this story were actually because of interactive choices the anons of 4chan made by majority vote and suggestions from people such as myself.
It was a goooood night.
And a long one to.
The thread was very fun, however. Worth it.
Definitely, the way we did it might actually be the best way to write a fanfic. Normally a fic this long would take a couple weeks to finish from what I've seen. We got it done in one night. I'm guessing all the creative help of the 4chan night owls and eurofags really sped things up.
Sometime soon, We'll do the sequel.

I got a great idea! How about we do a bit of story following Anon and his fall into insanity. We could call it "Through the Eyes of a Madman".
Holding true to the style this has been written in, I'm going to have Gold and Braeburn as ONE of the many subplots.
Anon, Flutershy/Sombra, and Shining/Cadence/Celeastia as some of the others.
Need to be careful not to juggle too many subplots, though.
Right, maybe you could write about what everyone was doing during the several months that Sombra and Flutters were in hiding.
That'd make an interesting interlude, But I don't think It would work as a clopfic.

It's fanfic, we can do whatever the hell we want with it. We could make it where heat season rolls through while Flutters is missing
Ahah, that is true.
But doing what we want with it, and keeping it good at the same time can be quite a challenge.
If that's what you're worried about then call it a crack fic to non-canonize it. If it's non-canon for the story then there are no limits. Usually the thing that breaks things is trying keep it canon.
I wasn't really trying to make it all THAT canonical.
Just sorta keeping it within the "Rules" of their world as much as possible.
But you're right, I think we should slowly edge further and further out, taking the stories further.
Ah yes, start serious and work our way into absurdity.

THAT will be an interesting thing to cover down the line. Fluttershy falling for Sombra all over again.
So I'm guessing this would be an alternate ending since sombra and flutters are still alive and together in the actual story.

Definitely a possibility for the future.
But for now I need a bit of a break, and when I start writing again, I'd like it to be on a sequel.
