Pretty cool, I picked this up mostly because Thunderlane, and I was pretty glad I did. Most events seemed to pass by a bit too fast, perhaps going into detail would make things more immersive. The scene where he's robbing Carousel Boutique, especially. I also thought he was a bit quick to open up to Rarity, they didn't really talk for much at all.
No big deal though, I liked it. Putting Thunderlane at his lowest point to provide for his brother really does seem interesting, that in itself would be a compelling read. And of course, this line, I like it.
Though she seemed harmless, Thunderlane feared that she would somehow find a way to kick his ass for what he had done.
Idea looks sound, but I was instantly struck by how choppy it seemed grammatically, and in regards to sentence structure.
Could use a bit smoothing over, but looks like it's got promise!
Great story. I wish it was longer. We need more use of what little male ponies we have to choose from in this show, and I think you did really well with Thunderlane.

Aww this was a very cute short story and seeing how generosity can be very amazing thing when it comes to situation like this and despite that thunderlane felt guilty for trying to steal something from Rarity she still gives him something that he never thought a generosity and during the Wonderbolt Academy he even saved her life from falling witch that was pretty heroic and then after a few days he went over to her place and try to confessed everything to her but yet she wasn't angry in fact she probably knew about it but she decided because he needed the help and basically it was like a return this was a pretty nice story and very romantic as well a little bit fast but very good keep up the good work
