Haha, that's sorta what I was going for. The reader wouldn't really understand what was going on until the end. I'm glad you enjoyed.
The reason the other ponies ran away was because they were never in on the plan for the fight in the first place, they all sorta just jumped in since Rainbow Dash was impatient and started it early. Plus wouldn't you run if you were up against a catapult of "grenades"
