I'm not sure if I made the biggest underlying message to this story obvious enough for the average reader to catch it. If folks don't see it I may revise the story to make it more apparent, if I can figure out how.

I have no idea what that is, admittedly.

It's actually sort of a philosophy-based mind-screw. Since it seems to be a hit and miss if anyone actually gets it, it's suggesting that the reader is actually the filly, and 'My Little Pony' is the weekly treatment, with the story itself being the machine's power being turned up to reach out more directly.

I guess I kinda got the idea watching total recall.
