Come one, come all to the first annual Ponyville Paintball Competition! Wait, can ponies even..? Nevermind. How they shoot isn't important. What IS important is the prize: a year's supply of cupcakes from Sugarcube Corner. Enough to drive a town full of ponies crazy? Apparently. In the chaos that ensues, expect all sorts of action film references, both obvious and subtle, and the kind of craziness that only ponies shooting each other can bring. Action! Drama! Romance! All of this and more in My Little Paintball!

This is awesome. Not only is the idea orriginal and hillarious, while still remaining serious, it's written incredibly well. This story is great. I will track. The idea of a serious situation with guns while still remaining non-lethal is just pure gold. keep up up.

Why is Celestia so late? I mean three days?! They are waiting three days for this and it takes more than three days?! Well yeah, I get why it takes so long. Celestia better not jump out during the competition, on a shooting spree, working with her sister.....that would be so badass!

Community is one of my favorite shows (continuation of the Pillow-Blanket War tonight!) and Modern Warfare is my favorite episode. While it definitely came to mind while writing this, it wasn't really inspired by it. But it does seem to have the same feel.

I envision the guns as being mostly similar to real-world paintball guns, but with clamps on the back that attach to either one of the user's front legs and a larger trigger guard to fit the hooves.

Okay, this one took an absurd amount of time, but it was nothing to do with the writing itself. Future chapter updates should arrive much faster. Rather than fill up my message box and comments with votes for the next character, I decided to move it to a blog post instead, so check that out
I have to say I like where this is going so much. I'm also really glad to see an update! I like how each of the Mane6 seem to be getting their own little niche in combat.
At least it seems to me that they are each getting a specific type of combat characteristic, maybe I'm imagining thing.
