Romance is a good start, but it also needs the Pregnancy tag. And pregnancy is a thing that happens in real life that involves real-life problems, so you should add Slice-of-Life. Also, Dark is good but you also need Grimdark since there's subtle differences between them.
Definitely needs more Crossover. Maybe Sonic or Mega Man? Not sure. Might want to add a separate Crossover tag for each thing being crossed over.
Comedy definitely. Even though it already has Tragedy and Sad, there's no law that says it can't also have some comedy in it. Ever hear of black humor?
The story includes characters that have appeared in official episodes, so it needs Episodic. In fact, you should have a separate tag for every official character that appears in the story. I've noticed they only give you a tiny number of "featured characters" to list in each story, so it's a good idea to list secondary characters as tags. They'll probably fix this eventually, but for now it's a real pain.
I don't think the Humans tag is specific enough: you should add both Humans in Equestria as well as Ponies on Earth, and possibly Humans Turned Into Ponies and/or Ponies Turned Into Humans. I don't know if your story actually contains those, but it definitely should.
There are Alicorns in your story, so you should list the Alicorn tag, in addition to any of the following that apply: Earth Pony, Pegasus, Unicorn, Griffon, Baby Dragon and Adult Dragon, Sea Pony and Hippocampus, Changeling and Flutterpony, and possibly Nightmare which is a kind of Alicorn.
Alternate Reality is obviously a given. EVERY reality is just an alternate reality from somepony else's point of view.
Sex and Gore, obviously. It already displays these on the main page, but not in the individual chapter index page for some reason... is this a bug with Fimfiction? anyways, you might want to add more specific tags for sex (like M/M, M/F, or F/F, and Interracial for anything that happens between Anthony and Scarlet) and gore (Decapitation, Dismemberment, Impaling, separate tags for Drawn and Quartered), and all that sort of thing. This is mostly so people who don't like these subjects can avoid your story: otherwise, they'd read halfway through and then freak out. Also, add a tag for every cuss word you use, for people who are easily offended by profanity: ****, ****, ****, *******, and especially *****.
Basically, you're looking at thirty-nine extra tags. And that doesn't include the tags for every canon character that makes an appearance, so the final number might vary anywhere from five to fifteen. The more tags you include, the more people will want to read your story. It's fundamental probability science.

I'm curious: If you could only pick one tag, what would it be? What is the most important theme that runs throughout the entire story? What was the strongest single thought or idea that drove you to write it?
1439022 that is actually quite difficult, but i would have to pick Romance. i started this story with a premise that no matter what, Luna and i would be together no matter the obstacle. the rest of the story are the obstacles that keep them apart and test their relationship to the max. thank you for taking an interest in this and for reading my story. i'm glad there are people out there who actually care why the author wrote what he/she did.
