Does Cozy hate Ocellus for a specific reason or is she just a psychopath?

Psychopathy would mean Ocellus would notice a complete absence of empathetic emotion from Cozy. It would become noticeable after a while, though I suppose this could be set early enough that Ocellus didn't see... Or Cozy made sure to keep out of Ocellus's sight when she knew she SHOULD be feeling empathy...
Short but sweet(?) story :) And a chapter 2 faster than expected, nice!
I really do feel like people tend to treat Cozy as too innocent in most fics she's in 
... This was a refreshing exception

Cozy facing the same ugliness and wickedness she wished to inflict on non-ponies…. But 1000 fold?…. That’s a pretty dark yet oddly fitting end…. Makes me wonder…. Did Ocellus realize what she unleashed on that twisted filly?
