I'm on the spectrum, and I too often find myself choosing female avatars on video games, I too find enjoyment in things that are not "MANLY" like cartoon ponies, baking, happy music, etc. That said, I also grew up playing with Legos, and I wanted to be an astronaut (went to space camp 5 years running in MS/HS).
The idea that men can only like BIG LOUD ANGRY TOUGH stuff is so stupid and outdated.
Maybe it was useful in paleolithic times or during the WW era 🙄, but in 21st century not so much
