I wasn’t planning on it, sort of leaving a collection of questions unanswered because that was the nature in the first place, but I see what you mean. I wouldn’t discount it, but as it stands, it’s stand-alone, apologies for the disappointment.

A nice tale of a wanderer wandering into an old stomping ground, grandma's (or gramp's) place. Her sense of familiarity (nostalgia) come through in the early senses. The parting message, kids can cause one to settle, for their sake and stability, but that they can also see that one grandfoal has that sense of adventure that they had and will continue ... seeking.

And then there's the angry words hook at the end ...
