Dunno what "believability" had to do with this but Swift Foot is from the comics. She appeared in a two-comic series about a Friendship-Games style contest being held at the School of Friendship. Unfortunately the comic series ended on a cliffhanger and Swift Foot's full backstory remains a mystery
