Zipp is alone once again on Hearts and Hooves Day. So is her mom.

(Couldn't find a good wholesome image of just Zipp and Haven together, this is the closest I could get, LOL.)

I loved this; it was great!

What's the secret?

Very real tension :)

I tried to write the story in such a way that the secret is ambiguous. It's up to you as the reader to decide the things about yourself that you see in Zipp. I tried to hint this in the ending authors note.

Interesting, and nice to see more stories involving Haven. Admittedly I missed the 'Zipp is a science nerd' observation scene from the movie the first two times I watched it, so I'm still surprised to see how alone I was in that apparently. :rainbowlaugh:

Nice job.

I love the little implications about what the secret is. What the secret is likely to be aside, I can’t help but wonder how her mother found out.

Zipp is secretly a unicorn.

This was normal.

Elocution and eloquence. I enjoyed that. You know your craft. You get an up-vote.

Thanks so much!

Zipp is actually 3 winged dogs in a trenchcoat.

... I have the nagging feeling that Zipp's secret is that she's a trans stallion -- that would explain the reaction to her full name -- but I can't say I'm quite confident enough to stick with this.

You're right, this was good.

She would tear the pages, fold a paper airplane, and melt the wax crayons with the table candle to make a nose weight.

That's sone good zipping.

I'm not entirely sure what to make of it, but I liked it.

This was a nice story. Definitely one for my favorites bookshelf.
