I recently read all of Starlight. I was pleasantly surprised to discover this story.
Very much enjoying it so far. Radiant Star can't catch a break it seems.

Exciting chapter though! Tempest adjusted to things well considering. Though I am sad that Trick died. Was a bit quick.

Canterlot is certainly something but Gardens has cleansed a lot of it, but it's still very treacherous due to just being a pile of ruins.
I approached Tempest more so as the consumate soldier, adaptable and willing to accept the reality of the situation (something we'll get to showing from her past missions).

Yeah I've had a LOT going on this past few months so it's been a lot of time trying to get back to things. Definitely going to finish this.
Yes indeed, building up properly in order to stick the landing, or end the arc/story/whatever, is important. I'm glad the story is moving, but do take your time to get everything right by your standards. It is a good story, we'll wait.
I am enjoying the story so far.i think these few brief interlude chapters help to move the story along well and contribute to rounding it out more fully.
