A Wings Of Fire x MLP:FiM Crossover

This story is set in the first arc of the Wings of Fire Series, I suggest reading the first 5 books as it will follow the storyline.
(It will still be fine if you don’t but I still recommend)
This story practially replaces Equestria Girls. Some details may not line up with the original story of FiM but thats because it is an AU.
With an element of harmony stolen, Twilight is tasked to retrieve it. Unfortunately, it was taken to another world. To Twilight’s surprise, it isn’t the kind of world you would think a cute lovable pony can survive in. What can she do in this dangerous world? Can she recover her element of harmony before something catastrophic happens?

I just finished reading book 14. Then comes along. Thank you dear author for this great. So far its looking great. Earned my like and fave.
well, i have most of the books myself, all the main books actually, but i must register a concern here...if ur going to be following the primary storyline with only minor changes...it kinda wont work...throwing Twilight, Celestia and Sunset into the mix will set off a butterfly effect so profound, that it would be next to impossible for the story to follow the same track with only minor alterations.
Definitely an interesting premise, I loved the Wings of Fire series and I can’t wait to read more. I would just like to note that Jade Mountain isn’t in the Skywing Kingdom, and instead is south of the Sand kingdom close to the Rainforest. But that’s just me.

Edit: Just to be clear, when I say it will follow the main storyline. I meant that Twilight and Celestia will be within the book’s timeline, which means it their arrival would change certain events. But if it seems that Sunset hasn’t changed much, there would be subtle changes regarding her but only because she decided to lay low. But I can guarantee it won’t be the same story.

Crane originally died in a battle against the IceWings near the Diamond Spray River, but that battle didn’t happen because IceWings we're handling a battle near the Sand Kingdom.
If you didn’t notice the SandWing that was sent requesting Queen Moorhen for reinforcements since Scarlet and the SkyWings are supposedly out of the war.

Basically how I see it, Twilight has studied every type of magic including telepathy. Her profieciency with magic contributes in controlling this type of power. My headcanon is that NightWings are connected to the moons, Twilight lacks that connection but uses her Equestrian magic that resides within her as a source.

So I don't know if I need to ask this or not, but I have a story idea that's similar to this one and the fact that the poodle leads to pyria instead of CHS, but sunsets a wall empire would be completely different my idea is that she replaces the one in the story, so it's similar enough where I'm not quite sure if I would need to ask permission because your story did inspire this and I am taking an aspect of this story so I just thought I'd ask

Go ahead and do whatever you want. I am glad to know that it inspired something. I just really liked Sunset's character and I thought she could be more through this story. If you are taking direct inspiration from this story, you can just leave a note on yours. But other than that, go ahead.

Don't mix First Person Perspective (I, me, we) and Third Person Perspective (She, her, Celestia) in regards to Celestia, or even any character
If you want to make it the thoughts of the character, just italicize or put single quote on it
