Justin has been having troubles sleeping lately and writes a letter to the Princess of the Night for some help with the matter. When she arrives in the flesh, he finds that he isn't the only one experiencing these terrors. Something more is a foot and it may just be up to the two to find out what.

Is this a Nightmare On Elm Street crossover?

Is the Tantabus involved in this story based on what I read it sounds like the Tantabus episode from the show. I didn't even pick up on anything that reminded me of the "A Nightmare on Elm Street" series to me this seems to crossover "Do Princesses dream of Magic Sheep" and the "Nightmare Rarity" arc from the DWK comics of MLPFiM.
Oof i really hope Fluttershy remembers that her Justin would rather kill himself than scare and hurt her. I hope that at the end of the story Fluttershy approaches justin and hugcry into him begging his forgiveness about shying away from him because of the dream as she knows he would rather hurt himself than ever scaring and hurting her. Then Justin holds her close while comfort cuddling her and petting and cooing to her that he isn't upset with her and assuring her he would rather die than cause her harm. Then they just cuddle til Fluttershy regains herself and promising not to fear him hurting her anymore

I think the Nightmare on Elm Street thing came from the name or the account that made the comment feels sorta trollish cause it ain't the first time they've appeared on my stuff. Now for the "Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep," I'd be a bit on the lying side if I said I didn't get a little inspired by said episode. I've never read the DWK Comics but I feel like I should've, every time I see something about them I end up liking the art style. As for the Fluttershy situation: I got plans for that.
How many more chapters one or two more or one more with a teaser to your next story in this series? I love that out of all the mane 6, Pinkie and Applejack knew the shadow Justin wasn't their real friend Justin. I love that the most random pony and the most down-to-earth pony knew that the Justin chasing and hunting them wasn't the Justin they knew.
I sense an Earthpony bias Lol.
But in all seriousness great story i look forward to more

There will be at least one more chapter to finish up the story. It does bring me joy that someone is enjoying this so far. Pinkie knowing isn't really true since she thought they've been playing a dream state tag. I figured it'd have fit more with Applejack figuring it out since she know how Justin can be.
