That ending hurt, but it's honestly incredibly accurate. I know that this story isn't about some random internet user, but honestly I can read it like that, too.

I've been on forums for... 6 years, I think? Yes, I lied about my age, and somehow never got caught, and I've seen so many people I've called friends just up and leave. Hell, I did the same to the WoF Wiki. That ending just amplifies those feelings I had when I saw awesome people leave. You want them to come back, you know they won't, but one can keep hoping.
