Would have thought a Basilisk would be the cause but Basilisk's and Cockatrices in most often are one in the same or otherwise close cousins. But very intriguing story, and I would like a word with that chicken for impersonating Equestria's best Psychiatrist.
So her nightmare is that she is tormented by chickens before turning into Daybreaker. Huh… odd but fascinating.
