The one of chapter 159 where Spike has sex with nurse red heart, the last idea that I couldn't use is that after the teen has sex with her, she realize that he forgot to make himself infertile after he leaves.
Red Heart because scared for her job and the fact people might find out she had sex with a teen, then a month later after finding out she's pregnant.
She quits her job and moves out of town, after seddling down in a small town of Ponyville, she decides to raise the baby as a single mother.
Then years later when Spike returns to the human world, Red Heart introduces him to his daughter when they meet again

If I could suggest a fun idea for a chapter.
Spike and Apple Bloom reunite with Twight and Flash, so that their children Ruby and Stella can play together.
Apple Bloom decides to serve them Apple Cider, after drinking, Spike and Apple Bloom decide to spend the night with Twi and Flash, but Spike, Apple Bloom, Flash and Twi end up drunk.
and when they go to sleep, they accidentally switch partners, then Spike would wake up after a night of pleasure, only to discover Apple Bloom was not in his bed next to him, instead is Twi. well, you can imagine the reactions.
What would make this story a bit intense is if Diamond Tiara escapes her asylum to reclaim Spike and her child.
