No the correct spelling is there as in a location "it's over there!"
Their refers to ownership of something "that candy is theirs"
Applejack was referring to someone in a different location than her "your friend over there" I just removed the over from the sentence I appreciate your comments on punctuation but I have no real way to edit them in where they should be as I use the free version of grammarly which does not allow for advanced editing such as punctuation and wording besides obvious mistakes

use word. I highly recommend it. hint.... outlook word!!!!!!!!! use that online... that's what I use as of today... When I use grammarly it clearly messed up all my grammar... So I kept searching for word a free online version of it... and I have... outlook word is the best...
