Not normally a fan of Rarity, myself, but this story managed to keep my interest quite easily.

something i've noticed about your work that i've been wanting to say for a while now, is that you capture the personalities of the 'mane' six extremely well. none of the fandom's stereotypes and conjecture i read your stories, and it's like i'm watching an episode of the show. just thought you'd like to hear that.

Ah, yet another good "you" fic. The humor was good and I liked the characterization and the unique protagonist. I can't say the ending was in my realm of appreciation since I hate bittersweet stories/endings, but that doesn't make the story any less than what it is. Thanks for granting me my feel good quota for the evening Mr. Crowley.

And I was just wondering earlier when the Rarity fic would be finished.

So technically at the end, the OC falls for Octavia? If so, I smell a sequel involving that. Hope Spike never realizes what the OC did with Rarity and that he could have a shot at her.

Why is this thing in the Sparity group? Every time I get a notice that says a new story has been added, I expect some ACTUAL Sparity, not this. Is the guy who made the group a total blowhard? Signs point to yes, but I guess I'll find out for myself.

Very satisfying story, I liked the ending as well. Hopefully there may be follow up between the narrator and Tavi, but if not I still enjoyed the story. Everyone was in character, it progressed well and the sex scene was well enough to where it felt "classy" rather than "raunchy". Great work.

Ehh... I didn't like how Rares was willing to just... You know, but whatever. It's YOUR interpretation of her, so there's no need for me to act like it's canon or something! XD Excellently written as always, and thanks for an ending that isn't automatically happy and whatnot! :3

I scrolled right past the clop scene... what's happened to me!? The story carried itself just fine without that, is what.

Great stuff. The PoV-pony started out as a smarmy bastard, so he was maybe a little hard to relate to, but he was all right at the end there. Rarity was loveable as always.

Four thousand bits for capturing a mugger seemed jarringly high, but then again, significantly less than two thousand bits for the filly's family would have seemed insulting, maybe. I know how it feels to have two points in a story that don't quite mesh, and that the "adapter" can be a bit ugly sometimes. I probably would have used the same solution.

Granted, he was a pretty famous and successful mugger, appearing here in a news article (and featuring in my Trixie fic), and since most ponies in Canterlot are rich (and the mugger is praying specifically on the rich folk) 4,000 bits would be a reasonable enough amount for a ruch person to pay, considering the amount of money the mugger would have taken beforehand. He obviously wouldn't be worth 4,000 bits in somewhere like Ponyville, however.

Another amazing read!!! I loved that ending and I would love to see a sequal someday.

Ah, I see. Not having read that other story, I was a bit in the dark on that. It also might be, that big rewards for capturing a crook are more of a thing in the US culture than way over here. The expectation is no reward at all, or something in proportion to the trouble rather than the benefit to society. Like his hospital costs for the facial bruising, in this case.

True, true. I was toying with the idea of parodying US culture by having a "Wanted Alive" poster of the mugger with the reward under it. Of course, that would involve giving the character an appearence to go by, and since he's the star of the Trixie fic, his main benefit is having the readers' imagination fill the gaps of what he looks like. As such, the idea was void.

Fuck yeah Crowley, continuing the tradition of great work.
