My Little Pony Realization is now open to Beta testers, a full installation of the TV series as an MMORPG, designed for players to fully integrate themselves into the magical world of Equestria. There is no objective but your own. Fight. Level. Survive.
However, the exclusive experience is cut short on the last day as the world begins to break at the seams, caging the thousands of players inside of Equestria where there are no second chances once your life is null. Is this a glitch or is someone pulling the strings? The only way out is to fight and conquer the Four Vaults, but with hundreds of ways to die, is that even possible? Pretty much, yeah. Though I wouldn't go trying to obtain the one where you die now unless you're really committed to the collection.
Btw is there going to be the game, but its more like the second game in the anime SAO, to where there is no death threat, but there are real threats to the game, or even cross-overs with other franchises turned games?
Cause that would be really cool, and I could see a lot of potential with that type of set-up, that the protagonists, after surviving, and once they get over the PTSD, can enjoy that world and others without the fear of death, but there still being some semblance of urgency and threats to said worlds.

I've thought of that but that's a long road ahead, but I'd like that as a sequel, akin to the SAO series or games where there is a moderate threat but nothing like the Death Game they've experienced. As for crossovers, I might be sprinkling a few small crossovers if the easter egg achievements were anything to go by, but that's all I'll say ;)

As long as you are willing to expand this to more than just one story, that is fine. I've seen countless interesting story's die at the sequel before the sequel could finish, so it is nice to see you have one planned.

It's like with the story prior to this, I just lost that motivation and I felt bad because alot of people liked it, hence this remake that I really want to stick to. If I don't make a sequel for this it's due to the fact I'd probably feel like I'd quit halfway and I don't want to do that again, but the idea is there.

Got to say i like this concept of a glitchy/buggy/unfinished ai gaining access to the game and taking over.
Its a more interesting concept than the original sao story and i also like the main charecter is a female instead of the normal stereotypical male.

The magic of MLP is still there, so levitation, teleportation, etc. But the core of combat revolves more heavily around elemental magic, plus this game started out in Beta so not all features are implemented. But hey, it's your opinion, this is just how I adapted game-like mechanics and what-not.

I'm glad you found this story so entertaining. Again, I just had the chapters sitting here because I lost my motivation, as well as free time. But hey, who knows? The lovely adventure of an ego-centric swordswoman may continue someday - I'll be honest, I do have a few chapters done for the next arc but I don't know if I should post them in case, as I said, an update doesn't come for a while, but we'll see.
