Hmm, seems promising, I shall continue reading. Second persons don't seem bad, especially as a... girl..., but meh, I will still read. I think I will call the character; Scarlet or Navi. Maybe Laluli or Kuki. Lol, I love names that have L and I in them. Hmm, well, you should build up a plot, make it decent, have something that makes it stand out from being like any other HiE. I suggest making the character solve a economic problem in Equestria while struggling through life problems. Now the life problems are typical in HiEs. Mostly the human is depress or has a bad past. Have a little of that for depth and balance it with something that is good then depressing. Alright, another thing you should work on is emotions, human emotions. It doesn't have to be, "I am a human who will simply bring human traits to these ponies like fighting and cursing." Depending on the character is, which I hope is good. You should stick to their main emotions like happy, sad, angry, impress, and jokeful.
