Melody Song is a Pegasus from Cloudsdale who is a blank flank at fifteen. She and her best friend are enrolled in Twilight Sparkle's Friendship School. Then, when Melody accepts a big offer after excelling at a homework assignment, she ends up going on an adventure that leads her to become the mare she is today.

Good story so far. The part about the teachers (mane 6) just letting Melody and Orchid hate each other seems OOC to me, especially in a School of Friendship. Maybe you could add a flashback where they tried to get them to be friends or just a little chapter where the teachers discuss the problem. Though I do understand you are taking parts of your OCs backstory from your own life and this may be a part of that.

She is my character in Equestria. It took a while for me to decide on the proper cutie mark when I first entered the fandom, but then I literally discovered my writing talent was better developed than my musical talent, so I incorporated it into my character.
