Being the big sister is too hard. Always having to play silly games, never being able to choose first and receive scolds again and again when your little sister accidentally hurts or begins to cry even if you did nothing. If there were just a way to take revenge on that unfair situation, Celestia will be, without a doubt, happy to do that. But sometimes you should be careful with the things you wish because they could become true and won’t be as good as they seemed. During a hot summer day, a young Princess Celestia is going to learn that no matter how sweet a candy tastes, its flavor won’t last forever.
Remember, revenge is a dish best served cold, but it could be too cold that you freeze your own tongue.

You should definitely give yourself more credit. Your 'English' is just as good, if not better, than those who have it as their primary language. All the words that seemed any bit out of place were never taking away from the spirit of the story.
I do understand your worry. Some people are very harsh and judge stories on here as if they are reading something they had paid for with their own money. Story writing is meant to be 'fun'. If people want to be mean about a few word choice errors and/or spelling errors than they should go and work for the industry that sells books for profit instead of reading fan fiction.
You told a great story of older sibling and younger sibling. There is always a sort of disconnect between the two and jealousy can come into play.
In your story, Celestia is not understanding how jealous of Luna she is. She is not thinking about how she is expected to serve as a positive model for her younger sister. All Celestia sees is an annoying, baby sister who ruins her fun and steals her attention.
The diaper change scene speaks a lot on older sibling and younger sibling. Luna, being younger, would obviously still struggle with using anything except for her diapers. Celestia, on the other hand, is supposed to be beyond wetting herself in a negative attention-seeking action. So it is no surprise that Luna got positive reaction and Celestia got a negative one. The guards could likely tell she wet herself on purpose, too. Though a young Celestia would not know she was so easily seen to have done so.
The ending is the other big highlight. The way Celestia comes to see herself in Luna and starts to feel bad for wishing bad things for her younger sister is, to me, much like any sibling relationship.
My sister is three years younger than I am and I know we had our moments of just not relating at all. However there were just as many times we were happy to have each other to make sure we had fun despite all the eye appointments and struggles in school.
I congratulate you on this work and am glad you shared it. Be proud of sharing this story as it helps, hopefully, you to see your work is valued and that nobody can, nor should, take away what makes you happy through only commenting to leave negative feedback.
Not a bad little story, but I would need a bit more context on the ages of Celestia and Luna. A guard mentions that Celestia is supposed to be getting out of diapers soon, so I would assume that makes her at least three years old, more likely closer to four, while Luna is probably around the two year range. But I can only speculate on that.
Aside from that it's a sweet and innocent story about two siblings and the older getting jealous of the attention of the younger. Given what we've seen in canon it's very possible to imagine Celestia and Luna had sibling quarrels when they were younger. And the little bit at the end was cute.
Edit: I really don't see why this warranted either a Fetish tag or a Teen rating, if it were age regression I could probably understand, but this is taking place when the sisters are toddlers and diapers aren't even that big a part of it.
