Solar Chaser was an ordinary pegasus. For the longest time, he was indifferent to the hobbies of his little cousin. One day, Solar rediscovers that his cousin enjoys comic books, and that night, she wishes upon a star that a REAL superhero existed and met her.
This gives Solar an idea; Why doesn't he become a superhero? And so our pegasus dons his brightest spandex and becomes Captain Equestria! Under this new persona, Solar Chaser will go out of his way to do all the good he can do as the hero he is expected to be!
But as Solar Chaser will discover, the weight of being a hero is heavier than it seems, and that the power of a wish is stronger than one can realize.
