Many FOEs have the Caribou mind control the males into helping them. Have Megatron radiate such anger and hate that all they have to do to be free is to look at Megatron. In fact, have Megatron be dark hope; a monster that saves the day.

I think it would be cool if when Megatron faces the Caribou he used Optimus's quote that "Freedom is the right of all sentient being". For him to say a quote that he was once told and scoffed at and now repeats it because it's something he truly believed would really show how he has changed. Also the fact he would even speak such a thing and mean it should make him to pause for a second and realize that the irony and think about who he is now is, before continuing to fight.

Thank you. I'm just working on the epilogue and polishing up the remaining chapters, which are pretty good so far, but I think i can do better by adding things here and there, going in more detail, that sort of thing.

Once honorable?! Maybe the other ones, but the "Prime" Megatron still has some honor, evidence after the final battle in the movie.
If I had to Hazard a guess, when Megatron was offline as he heard the voice in the void, that was the voice of Primus giving Megatron his Blessing for Redemption, wasn't it? I've been following the story since I read the first chapter, and I had to say I loved it so far. But when I read that part in chapter 10, that really blew my mind when I pieced it together almost instantly. Very well played out using Primus if that was my correct guess.
