Despite never making an account, I've been reading trixie ships for sometime now, and only found one other decent in my opinion fic with pinkie as the interest. Unfortunately that story was abandoned, but with how well things are going with this one I hope it isn't the same case! Looking forward to the next update.

Thank you! The Prixie (Trinkie?) ship fics are pretty scarce. As they are my 2 favorite characters, i just had to remedy the situation. And, there's no need to worry. I'll finish this fic. I hate leaving stuff unfinished. Which fic do you like, btw? There's a couple of decent Pinkie/TriXie ones I've found over the years, like Magician''s Bubblegum and Unexpected Surprise. Although, that's more Trixie/Pinkie''s clone.

I found the comment you left on my story, and yeah, that's the one. Thank you for that btw. I can see the part of the inspiration, what with Pinkie being the assistant and all. Although I see this takes place after Boast Busters, and mine takes place after Too Many Pinkie Pies. Either way, I'm glad you liked my story, and I'm already liking yours.
Well the coming interaction between Twilight and Trixie should be interesting, especially with Pinkie thrown in the mix with connections to both of them. I feel as though she'll be a bit torn on who to side with (if a situation like that comes up) because of her attraction to Trixie, and her longer friendship with Twilight. As always, looking forward to the next chapter. Also, the last chapters were written on your phone? Any reason why? Looking over your story on a smaller screen would be difficult, so I'm actually surprised with the lack of mistakes in here! (guess that's another compliment).

Thank you! I've been away from home for a little over a week to visit family and my laptop charger mysteriously vanished. At first, I thought I wouldn't be writing much at all, but I managed on my phone somehow. And yeah, it'll be pretty rough for poor Pinkie. It'll be hard for her to reconcile her friends with the mean people that she's heard about from Trixie.

A whole chapter dedicated to setting up the next one? Saying I'm excited is a bit of an understatement. Can't wait obviously. I don't know what time zone you're in, but hope you either are having or have had a nice birthday!
Celestia acting suspicious once Trixie is mentioned, Trixie coming clean though not completely, and Twilight being told to hold on to her biases fro the time being. I do wonder if Twilight will take her words to heart, or if she'll still misunderstand the situation once she comes into contact with Trixie. Trixie's attitude won't help the case, as she's know to be quite prideful.
You know, I really don't mind the 1000+ word chapters (and the one 2000+ word chapter). With a story like this, it's fine. Great, even. But some of us might appreciate trying for something like 2500+ words. Some of us like longish chapters, you know? But like I said, it's fine if you don't want to do that.
That said, Twilight might seem a little conflicted by this, especially given what Celestia said. Still rooting for Trixie/Pinkie here.

I've thought about it. I actually prefer longer chapters myself. This latest chapter was actually supposed to be over 2,000 words but I decided to make the last scene a part of the next chapter instead. I just preferred this chapter ending with one of my favorite scenes so far.

Well to be fair I do find the idea of Pinkie being attracted to Rainbow Dash to be very plausible since if you wanted to look into characters as liking each other in that way Pinkie being attracted to Dash has some of the most evidence to be found especially from Pinkie's side.
Of course this does bring up the question of did Pinkie ever tell Dash about this, did Dash say no if she did, and how does Dash feel about that if she did find out. Is Dash's reaction not just her being loyal to her friend but also from some level of jealousy since it is Pinkie? Many questions abound.
