Definitely Twinkie. It is the coolest of names, and I can't remember seeing it before. But when you think about it Twinkie is a fluffy cute ship.
Discolight is pretty awesome also, and when it's done right it is one of the deepest and most intriguing ships, but it would be hard to do it justice in a story that's already packed as this one.

Now that you mention it... There's more Twinkie clop compared to pure romance for that ship. Though there is a fair bit of Twicord/Discolight. Also, please help tie up your editor so that they don't hurt themself
The story premise definitely has me interested, and the picture really drew me in, but all in all I have to say it needs a lot more editing and proofreading. There were several errors that seemed to have been overlooked, one example would be the sentence: "Was heard a slight groan, and it was just enough for everyone threw themselves on top of one another, attacking each other." I would like to see more of this, but just take a little time to read through this aloud to yourself and make sure everything sounds right. A little extra editing can go a long way.

Hmm. I have mixed feelings about this. I feel that you can work out a good story, you know exactly what you want to pass through in the narrative, and your characters are mostly acting just like they should, and have been all amusing in their own right. The prologue was a teaser of things to come, and it was very competent at that.
But this story doesn't quite read right...? It doesn't have a major, glaring mistake, more like some some logical and grammatical "bumps" in non-dialog paragraphs, which I'm reluctant to point out since you seem to have an editor already apparently, so... Probably not my place to say anything.
The story you're telling in and of itself is good, though, so props for that. Keep up the good work.
Probably should have said something about interference from other suitable partners. This could be a long one here with great potential. Several alternative endings would be in order to boot. For those who like each of the characters you have picked out. Or a all bit. That would be epic as well.
Saw this picture on Derpibooru yesterday and I see it as a cover on this story today. Perhaps destiny wants me to read this story. Put it in the later box.

I was gonna make a story with the exact same premise of Twilight wanting to be an independent woman, only to be harrased by her lovers. You know, subvert all the dumb harem tropes. 
Damn my workload.

Not all girls have to fall in love, right? If not, I'm rooting for Pinkie and Discord so Sunset and Trixie can maybe end up as a couple if they lose while Luna and Twilight is a bit overdone.
Besides, Pinkie and Discord are epitomes of chaos while Twilight is all uptight. Perfect pair(s).
