After Smolder finds out she's already pregnant with Spike's egg(s) of course.
I thoroughly enjoyed the story, and caught a couple typos:
The story, the action, and the dialog were all solid. Definitely faving this.
One question though: given that the whole lesson started with: "this is how mating makes eggs", it seems a little concerned that neither of them are concerned about actually making an egg.
The potential for sequels is high here.
