Orbiting Kettle

I've roasted a wealth of exotic things, All torn to ribbons at the hands of kings. Polished copper how I proudly shone, stealin' the fire of the blazing sun.

Thank you for sharing. That was lovely.

Even though this fic clearly shows Applejack has passed away, this was a really sweet fic about memories and how those you love never truly leave. Thank you:twilightsmile:

It took me a moment, but when I understood what was going on, I found this a lovely story.

(Also, we need kirin emoticons!)

Thank you!

In time, you add sugar to your tea.

I'm really glad you liked it:twilightsmile:

And I agree, we need Kirin (and Chrysalis) Emoticons

Your writing style was very poetic. I liked it.

Twirls, jumps, dashes, all in a brief, ephemeral display which sent Rarity’s mind on a journey, old memories on her left, new inspirations on her right.

See? This is what I'm talking about.
I also liked the pacing and the plot development. This story shows how you can make the most out of the Slice of Life genre.

Magnificent bit of quiet bonding. I do love unusual character pairings, and this one did some great work with the glue that bound them. Thank you for this.

I'm quite happy you appreciated it. I admit I wasn't quite sure how the story would be received as I wrote it.

it's a nice story, but this point gives it a dirt-brown sheen

You mean a healthy, earthy tone, right:raritywink:

9649845
no, i mean a sickly sheen
like it was dipped in the waste grease from a mcdicks

:pinkiegasp: I see.

Glad you still appreciated it despite the culinary misstep:twilightsmile:
