I am in this collab where humans buy an item for their mlp cosplays or something at a popular MLP convention (Bronycon) and end up transforming into that Equestria Girls character, like Fluttershy or another canon mlp character in Equestria girls.
I have applejack in this story or the person who displaced her. the group are helping "rarity" discover what is going on and we are also doing the Legend of Camp Everfree movie. The divergent issue is the CMC wanted to come to the camp with their sisters/sister figure and rainbow, aj, and Rarity snuck Apple Bloom, sweetie Belle and scootaloo on the bus to camp everfree

So, can you elaborate as to why you don't like this story? I'm trying to write this as to what happens to the guy who is investigating Tom Haddington/Apple Bloom's disappearance, only to be caught up in the displaced world of Equestria Girls and playing the role of Applejack. Not only does he/she looks/sounds like AJ, others would expect him/her to go about her daily routine at her farm and at school with her friends as they meet new students and staff, and solve friendship problems, as well as encounter magical threats from Equestria (the Sirens, Gaea Everfree, etc).

I have...several problems.
The tenses change all the time. Is this taking place in the past or present? Pick one and stick with it.
The story moves way too fast, but I was still bored by it. So many things happen in these precious few chapters, but I found myself struggling to keep myself invested. I don't know anything about who AJ was before the switch, and he's not displaying any kind of panic or confusion. There just isn't enough conflict. Too many characters, and they barely show up again. How do I keep track of all this?
And I also don't like how bland and blank-slate everyone feels. They're just...there.

I can't use Discord. It doesn't work on Win XP 32-bit. And my Win7 computer is in the shop getting repaired from where rats got in it and bit it, scratched it, and pissed on it while I was away in the hospital for a few weeks then.

Well, this is a rather interesting concept, one that may have a lot of potential
Though, to be honest, I believe the execution can be polished a bit more. There is a lot of needless exposition, some ramdomly capitalized words, and all of it moves forward a little too fast. I reckon that if you slowed down a bit and tackled the other issues, you could turn this into a nice engaging story that would get you far more interested people for the collab
