After the intense battle with Paradox, Judai Yuki decides to travel the world once more. However, as he travels back to his dimension, a strange energy saps him away into the land where Duel monsters

Not a bad start. The only thing that bugs me, more than it should to be honest, is Jaden being called by his Japanese name. I don't blame you for this, I'm just used to hearing his other name instead. Also, maybe have him ask for information about where he is in a calmer manner. I get that he's in another world, but that kind of behavior would only draw attention to him.
And followed, I'm really curious to see where this goes.

About the Duel itself, I suggest you tell us on how much ATK and DEF a monster has when summoned and tell us if said ATK/DEF is changed. Same with their Life Points. Since its hard to keep track of what ATK/DEF or how much LP a player has left if its not being exactly told.
Like type it like this:
"Elemental HERO Neos ATK: 2500/DEF:2000"
"ATK: 2500 + 500 = 3000"
Judai LP: 4000
LP: 4000 - 1000 = 3000"
That way its much easier for the reader to keep track of stuff. Not everyone can memorize what ATK/DEF a card has without looking it up and such either.
Also, wouldn't Judai's LP reach 0 if the Shadow Rider used 3 copies of Tremendous Fire? Since his LP went down to 3000 by Exploder Dragon's direct attack(showing its the anime version of the card where it can inflict battle damage to the opponent unlike its TCG/OCG version)

When Exploder Dragon attacks a monster and is destroyed, neither player takes damage only when it attacks directly. Also, I am correcting any mistakes in the story. Thank you for the input.

That is in the TCG/OCG there(neither players takes any Battle Damage from attacks involving it if it was attacking, that includes Direct Attacks)
In the anime, its only the controller doesn't take battle damage from battles involving it(regardless if it was the one attacking or not).
So yeah, I suggest using the TCG/OCG version maybe so Judai's LP won't reach 0 like that.
Looking forward on what happens next, hoping something about Spike there.
