If he is going to use psychological warfare, I cant see why Celestia wouldnt offer a little something similar in return.
A bit too obvious in the setup and too long in the windup, to the point where I was waiting for the anticlimax to be over with. Plus the genre tags were a bit of a giveaway.
It's a good concept; you just stretched it out a bit much.
